We felt like having some decent American cuisine and ended up here at the Greenport Kitchen. It's a large hotel restaurant at the Hilton, very clean and sleek with super friendly staff. I was a bit disappointed to see that there was no mac and cheese on the menu, my all time favourite go-to in American restaurants. But I went for the chicken and bacon penne in four cheese sauce as a good substitute option and it was delicious! My friend had the messy pulled pork burger, which was also very good. Food came out quickly and was very good. Definitely recommend this place.

Had a late dinner here after a day of tourist activities. It was very convenient because we were tired and it was late. They had good options and the serving staff were top notch. They were very attentive and answered all questions about the menu. The food was delivered quickly. The garlic mozzarella balls were amazingly delicious! The serving sizes are quite large, we were unable to finish our entire meal, but ordered appatizers so that's comes into play. I had a cheese and bacon burger and it was super delicious and had great taste!

The service was slow and it wasn't even very busy. They still had offer on outside of window that had expired. They did not honour this deal which is disappointing. At least the food was decent.

This place has potential. Had the weekend fish and chips and it was okay. The chips could have been thicker, but it was tasty. I also tried the steak prepared on the Kamado Joe. The flavor was really good, but the meat was way too tough. They need to use a much higher quality of beef. The service was acceptable. Nothing extraordinary. I'd return if staying in the area.

Great food really nice and attentive staff. Puddings were delicious. Very close to the Travelodge in Waterloo which is why we went there. Very convenient. Pizzas were great though more selection of varieties would be good.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our guest numbers was considerably large and the staff ensure all had a great time. Food was good. The portions were large. I couldn't finish mine and had to take it away.

We came here on tuesday evening and I had the chicken penne, I must say the atmosphere of the restaurant is absolutely great! The decor is superb and the customer service of the staff is on point, initially we had an issue but the supervisor on duty was very quick to fix it. Definitely recommed!

(Translated) The decor is nice and modern. The service was good but nothing more. Sometimes she wasn't visible. The food was rather mediocre. The chicken breast was partly black, other dishes came slightly different than ordered. Locals tend not to come here, only the hotel guests. You will not eat here a second time. (Original) Die Einrichtung ist schön und modern. Die Bedienung war gut aber mehr auch nicht. Manchmal war sie nicht sichtbar. Das Essen war eher mittelmäßig. Die Hähnchenbrust war teils schwarz, andere Speisen kamen leicht verändert als bestellt. Einheimische kommen hier eher nicht her sondern nur die Hotelgäste. Ein zweites Mal wird man hier nicht essen.
