Collected the food myself after ordering online. The place was difficult to find as it is in a massive warehouse. A member of staff came to the carpark to give us our order. I ordered a chicken burger which was on offer - and it didn't taste good, the meat was not cooked well and tasted old. The chips were good. The drink are in glass bottles and they even gave us a bottle opener so we could open the drinks!!! Thanks!!! The other people with me order the beef burgers and they went on and on about how delicious it was. I think I will give the chicken a miss next time. The meat is halal.

Absolutely delicious! I’ve tried many burgers and can honestly say this one of the best burgers I’ve had in London. The patty is cooked just right as it retains its juiciness and flavour. I had the grounded beef double and it was definitely a winner! I’ve tried the Buffalo chicken burger and loved the combination of their Buffalo sauce and the tender chicken. I recommend the mango shake, was thick and creamy and hit the spot on a warm evening. Will definitely be visiting again as it got the family’s seal of approval too. Am eagerly awaiting the dine-in experience, which I hope happens soon!

Decent beef burgers (have personally tried better ones in London but for those who can only eat halal meat these still aren't bad at all, given that there's limited halal options out there). Very good chicken buffalo burgers. The missing star is for their costumer service that can vary between good on days, and really terrible on other days which I think is because there's only a few members of staff working in there. That's the only reason that puts me off ordering here. A tiny bit pricey for a small takeaway burger.

Lost for words. Genuinely haven’t tasted beef burgers this good anywhere in the UK! For price and quality this has to be the best burger joint in London! So much details in their packaging as well with holes in the boxes so that food doesn’t get soggy 😂.

Literally the best burger I've ever had. Not usually a fan of eggs in burgers but this one was made perfectly. The Cajun chips were also delicious. It's located in a storage unit, just need to wait outside when collecting which was no hassle.

Best burger I’ve had in years. The Grounded Burger Double Patty, fries and peanut butter milkshake would have cost me £17.45 (a friend of mine paid - he’s good to me like that) so be prepared to pay more than you would at a standard burger place… but this is no standard burger place. Every detail was outstanding from the caramelised onion, to the soft potato bun. All delicious… but the best part was the meat. So so good. You can tell they’ve got the balance just right and then cooked to perfection as well. Only disappointment is there’s nowhere to sit down to eat it. So we ate in the car - just so we could enjoy it hot and fresh! This is a delivery/collection place only but for the quality product I would love for it to be dine in some day. Still I have to give it 5 stars for the food.

Absolutely love this place! I'm not always a massive beef burger fan as sometimes I find them to be rubbery but the Grounded beef burger was amazing! The flavour to it was so good I had to go back again with the whole family! We also tried the milkshakes this time which were so good! The mango was definitely my favourite! I'm a sucker for good packaging and I must say theirs was one of my faves! Do check them out, their service and speed is just as good as their food!

Ordered via phone for collection. Staff were friendly and helpful. The burger was juicy and cooked very well. Haven't had a beef burger this nice anywhere in London! I ordered the cajun fries on the side which tasted great, not too spicy and overpowering. Finished off with a peanut butter milkshake which was exactly how I like it- not too thick but creamy! Will be back again for sure. I can see a lot of thought has gone into the taste and presentation of the food which is impressive. Keep up the good work!
