Reviews of Haché Burgers Camden
W. J.
Have visited and ordered for delivery several times. Burgers are great, kids meals are great and we are always happy with our meal.
Tonight, was the first time ordering the Aspen (truffle) fries and the portion size upon arrival was majorly disappointing for £6.50. This is such a measly amount compared to truffle fries in other restaurants.
Y. L.
Easily the best burger I've had. Soooo delicious, with bacon JAM!! In fact, all four of us got a different burger (two vegan) and demolished them all. Looking forward to amazing desserts to round out a fantastic dinner experience!
M.
One of the best burger you can have in London, for a fair price. Small restaurant in Camden, pretty close to the underground station, and well decorated. Apparently Amy Winehouse used to go there too.
Recommended!
S. D.
A Camden staple for a long time now. The restaurant is very pleasant, especially the back room. Staff friendly and welcoming. Food on my recent visit was pretty average. Nothing to complain or get excited about and expensive. Burger £13, Chips £4.75, glass of plonk £5.75 plus the nice service came to £26, which I think is a lot for what was on offer
A.
Absolutely delicious burgers and English breakfast! Staff was absolutely great! Totally recommended it!
D. S.
The food was superb! The service was a bit slow, considering how quiet the restaurant was. (Five tables and 3 wait staff). Overall though a positive experience. I consider myself a burger connoisseur, and these burgers are very tasty and have wonderful flavour pairings. Definitely worth a visit.
A. J.
Best burger I’ve ever had! Say on Amy Winehouse’s favourite table
M. B.
We had a perfect lunch at Haché on a Friday, the restaurant was very quiet and we had amazing, very friendly service. Oreo and nutella milkshake goes great with Bailey's. Le Fumé burger (pictured) was one of the best burgers I've had. It's a little expensive but that's mostly the area, and for this place it's well worth it.
A. d. B.
Wonderful warm and cosy ambiance, friendly service and delicious food. My burger was very good.
W. T.
Truly fantastic. From starter to dessert, every piece was amazing. Their burgers are genuinely top notch, the staff are lovely, and the ambiance is perfect, too.
N. Y.
Amazing and super tasty burgers, good range and lots of choices. Also vegan options! They were good checking my allergy. It's not the cheapest, as burgers are around 10-13£ without fries. But really good quality!
E. M.
Really nice burger experience. Recommended!

On the whole, burgers are burgers - Hache offers a good product in a very competitive market.
What sets them apart is an excellent approach to the wine list. It is down to earth, mindful of it's footprint, with the opportunity to get a carafe of wine from a very good list that is largely European.
M.
Really great burger! There are more veggie/vegan options than the ones mentioned on Google maps. Tried the Le Fume and it was amazing, very juicy and tasty. A bit more pricey than other places, but would definitely recommend it.
P. A.
Great little spot for tasty food. Burgers are very delicious, i rate them highly. And even though i am not a vegan, i was very impressed by the range of vegi and vegan options. The food we ordered came out very prompt and was just super quality!
J. K.
Burger was tasty but overpriced. £4 for about 15 chips. Our waiter was nice but wooden. Automatic service charge, on top of all that, made it a lot of money for not very much quality. Won't return.
R. R.
The best vegan burger I’ve ever had, and the basque cheesecake was to die for! Can’t wait to go back.
B. D.
Brilliant burger place in London. Good quality, fresh ingredients, nice size menu with beef, chicken, lamb and vegetable burgers a few different options for fries and monthly specials. It can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so you might want to prebook. It is a warm and dimly lit place place with a bar and staff who are helpful and friendly. The food takes between 10 and 20 minutes usually. My favourites are the Canadian (smoked cheddar and bacon) the smokey burger, truffle fries and their fresh lemonade. Prices are between £9 and £14 per burger. They also have a few deserts, but I've always been too full to try them. Definitely worth a visit for anyone who enjoys good food.

I’ve been meaning to put a review up for quite some time now. I’m a world traveler and enjoy the finer things in life, especially food. I’ve never been a huge fan of burgers (shocking I know...considering I’m half American) so if I do get into the “I feel like eating a burger” mood, I don’t want to be disappointed and am extremely picky. Let me start by saying customer service was wonderful and the vibe was friendly. Secondly... that burger was On point 👌🏼🙌🏽. Thirdly... make room for desert, I tried the Banofee pie ...I don’t even like deserts with banana flavoring but oh my gosh it was amazing!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone and will be returning! Great ambience for a friendly get-together.
Side note/random fact: This restaurant was one of Amy Whinehouse’s favourite places to eat.
F. L.
My friends and I had a wonderful time - the food was almost as amazing as the staff! I don't know if they'll read these reviews, but we send our compliments to the wonderful crew at Hache for their hard work and amazing vibe.
This place is going to ruin my wallet and my waistline.
A. V.
I love this place! - everytime I go to Camden, I go to this place. Incredible burgers (lamb, chicken, beef and vegetarian/vegan options). You can choose how cooked you want your meat, and they always make them as you want!
The lamb one is my favourite (+ bavarian cheese), but I have also tried the smoked one! All perfect!
v. m.
An excellent and consistent experience. Highly recommended - seemingly one of the few remaining options in Camden which neither prioritises the dining experience of the vegan or Halal crowd only.
K. L.
Haché is certainly worth a visit however the price of a burger and chips for 2 with a beer can end up being £50 which is high even for London prices. The burger is good but not extraordinary and certainly not worth 25 a head.
A. P.
🍔 One of the best burgers in London
🍞 Tasty buns
🥒 Delicious ingredients
🍽 Cozy environment
👩🏻💼 Quick service
We had a Goat's Cheese Burger and a Steak Le Fume Burger with Haché Poutine Frites for a side. The food was served swiftly and every bite counted! Also tried the Classic Haché Lemonade, which was refreshing and flavoury. The waiter was a bit cheeky, but this did not ruin our night. We simply did not leave a tip. We only do this if we face rude personnel. However, I would not give nothing less than five stars, as this burger restaurant is definitely a must go!
J. M.
Best burger I've had in years...the 'smoked' one was delicious. Staff very friendly (especially the dude with the multi-coloured hair and nose ring) too
S. S.
The interiors are lovely. The burgers are good. The milkshakes are to die for. Quick and polite service. It's an experience worth having :)
#ProTip: Adding Baileys to your milkshake delivers unexpectedly awesome results. A milkshake you could get tipsy on!
L.
The highest quality burgers in a chain restaurant! They absolutely do not compromise on quality of beef. Each ingredient in the burger is high quality, and there's a variety of flavours to choose from. They also have lamb, chicken and vegetarian options too. Comes with a funny looking lettuce leaf with some chopped tomato bits inside.
Nobody mentioned you also get smarties (like m&ms but not) when you get the bill??! Hell yeah
Side dishes, starters and drinks: The nachos were really good with layers of toppings, so each chip gets a bit of something. You can also tell the chicken wings chicken were happy and well fed because the wings are juicy and full of meat. They use to do onion straws which were my favourite side but I think it has been replaced by onion rings. Sweet potato and normal potato fries have crunch without being soggy or too fat. The lemonade were a bit too sour for my taste and may need more sugar.
K. T.
Off main road at Camden, I was looking for something more "independent". Hache invited with it's simple design. The staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't at it best if compared to the price. The menu has everything for everyone: vegan, vegetarian etc. Interested in sesame fries I ordered them. To y disappointment those were just regular fries tossed with spicy paprika and some sesame. The issue is, as you can see on the pictures attached, the amount of ingredients. I mean, sesame is not an expensive seed, and there were literally some fries that had none or 1 sesame seed. The burger itself... also... just a bit of halloumi cheese in between two buns. Hache gets 3* because o the staff, unfortunately I did not pay 30quids to hang out with nice people, but also to get some food, which did not meet my expectations. I would recommend other restaurants in the area. There are plenty, especially with hipster-americas vibes.
K. D.
Absolutely amazing burgers, the bun-less options gives you plenty of salad and the truffle Fondue fries are incredible! Lots of food so I'd share sides. Highly recommend the watermelon lemonade! Staff very friendly and attentive, didn't need to book on a sat evening either as plenty of room.
F. G.
Decent burgers and really good fries. Nice to eat outside as well if the weather allows. Would come back again
A. A.
Their well done cooked beef patty was very very dry. Beer batted onion rings were exceptional. Average sweet potato fries. Average food.
N. A.
Fantastic place for lunch. Went with a work colleague and absolutely loved it. Very easy to find and the service was fantastic. For pricing it's about £16 per person which isn't bad compared to some of the Camden hotspots
P. H.
Great little restaurant. Cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Truffle burger and chips - mouth watering!
N. D.
Good burger, great patty and fillings bun a bit too dry for my liking.
O. L.
Solid and juicy beef patties with a wide selection of styles. The Mexicain burger was spicy with a variety of flavours itself. On the pricier end but worth it if you love burgers.
J. H.
Flavor packed burgers served in decent portions. The truffle fries are quite memorable.
n.
Straight to the point, no nonsense fantabulous gourmet burgers and delightful customer service.
I went for their signature bacon filled Steak Canadien (Hache spelling) medium cooked burger in a broiche bun and their fresh watermelon juice as it was too early for beer. I will go again and try their pulled pork burger next time.
L. F. P.
I ordered my lunch on Friday. The cheeseburger was amazing and the fries too. The presentation was excellent, it was almost like being at the restaurant. Clean and warm. These are not the cheapest £11-13 but it's worth. I recommend it!
Y. L.
Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere with classics of pop music playing in the background, but the food was (very) disappointing, there are much better burgers out there. The avocado especially was hard and tasteless..
L. M.
Reasonably priced, great service, surprisingly good brownie desert and the whole place has a genuine non-corporate and do-good feel to it
I'd definitely recommend any burger with bacon and i think side of onion rings won't go to waste!
S.
Good service delicious truffle burger 🍔😋 onion rings is something else 😍
e. l.
Really good not too expensive. The veggie burger was super good and the watermelon lemonade refreshing. Nice ambiance and place!
P. F.
Yesterday we ordered our dinner for the first time. Highly recommended, our burgers and sides were delicious and came really well packed so the presentation was the same as if we were at the restaurant. Apart from this, we received a hand written note that made our dinner even more especial. Thank you! We'll definitely repeat.
V. D.
Staff; efficient, friendly and hard working. After setting high expectations they are let down by the food which is distinctly average. Could be great but currently living off its reputation.
I. G.
A nice burger place with a good selection of beers + cocktails. Burgers lacked a little vigour but were delicious. Sweet potato burger as pictured. Service was faultless.
F. H.
The burgers are great and the staff is kind. Although one of our burgers was undercooked.
Wednesdays you can get bottomless gin and a burger for 30 quid.
A shame they don't have heaters.
H. T.
I was so hungry after a whirlwind half day tour of London. I was seated quickly and my dinner arrived promptly after ordering. Service was friendly and professional. Excellent burger!
j. j.
Tried this burger joint for the first time today and was delighted to finally find my burger soul mate. Had the steak burger in ciabatta with bacon, mature cheddar with fries and ate every bite. The meat was ‘meaty’ it had texture and was cooked to perfection exactly as I asked for none of this bland, pappy, pink patty stuff.
A. A.
Always a nice and quiet burguer place close to Camden. Quick and good service, amazing taste and reasonable price.
M. B.
Crowdy during evenings, but it's understandable considering food quality. Great, GREAT burgers. You can choose type of bun, many taste options. Highly recommended.
J. B.
This used to be better! It was my staple diet when I lived around the corner but visiting last week I was disappointed. My burger still tasted good but it arrived pretty late and was lukewarm. My mate’s veggie burger looked dry and she said it was stale and bland. Real shame, this used to be top notch!
T. S. C.
Possibly the best burger I've ever had - well worth a visit. I wouldn't hesitate to go again. The truffle fries are also well worth the bit extra. We also happened to sit on Amy Winehouse's favourite table which was pretty interesting. Really nice atmosphere - looks pretty flash for a burger place but is still very much a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Also a really great selection of craft beers - some new favourites in there.
R. G.
We have enjoyed a well done cheeseburger after visiting Camden Town Market. You can sit down in a quite atmosphere and taste one of their delicious burgers. The staff is very kind and will helpfully explain the menu. The waiting time has been quite short. I have read some people here complain about the prices, but it is absolutely worthy. Not much expensive than similar places in London. I would definitely recommend this place to beef burger lovers.
T. C. (.
Great vibe, reasonable prices, nice twist on some burger options including inventive veg option, and smoked meet-free burger. Probably the best burger I've ever had, anywhere!... Steak Bavarian (smoked cheese on top). Highly recommended, it gets bisy, but staff are very attentive. The quotes on the wall say it all 'this is what Byron burgers aspire to be when they grow up"
A. M.
Haché has burgers to die for. This restaurant is straight gourmet. Also, if you're out with a vegetarian friend, there are lots of animal friendly dishes to choose from. The décor in the restaurant is really warm and cozy. The lighting is dim, there are mirrors surrounding the tables, the walls are brown and the candles are flickering.
S. H.
Great vibe, lovely decor, delicious burgers. Excellent service.
A. M.
Another gourmet burger chain that serves tasty, real meat burgers and alternatives.
Okay prices although not the cheapest.
Burger was nicely cooked but a little greasy on bun. Blue cheese was stingy in portion size.
The fries were the usual unpeeled, thin cut type. They were very greasy and came luke warm. Not the best.
Staff were friendly and prompt to take the order.
Overall a decent burger place that just needs to dial back the grease and improve the fries.
I would go back.
N. V.
If I wrote about the food only, I would rate it with 5 stars. We had wonderful dishes there. The service though was 'bland'. No smiles, nothing extra. Compliments for the chef, not for the waiting staff. Such a pity!
G. P.
...returning customer after a good year or so away!! Nothing had changed, if anything a lot more comfy (due to cov-19 social distancing and all) ! Served by the same bloke who served us over a year ago, what a charming guy (tall asian orientated bloke) Absolutely loved it!!!! A little gem that definitely needs more recognition!!! Burgers as good as they come...please please please stay as you are! X
W. R.
Fantastic burgers with lots of choice and fantastic combinations. Delicious sides and lovely milkshakes. You can even double up your burger if you feel brave! Meat is fresh the buns are light and the toppings generous. One of my favourite burger joints in the area.
A. B.
One of the best burgers I had in London ,price can be better but the quality and presentation amazing , nice food
R. S.
I absolutely love the burgers here they are different the ingredients are very good quality and the always have new things on the menu.
I can’t give the place five stars because the food takes a very long time to be served and the waiters are extremely busy so you would have to go there with plenty of time.
The toilets are downstairs and you have to walk down very narrow and high steps which I find very dangerous for a restaurant where people eat and drink frequently.
It’s hard to find as they don’t have.a very visible name anywhere
M. B.
Great place, greats atmosphere, great food, great service. Only one toilet put one star down. But I could definitely recommend.
L. J.
We came here as it had very good reviews. Our burgers were very nice, the chips were cold but instantly replaced and the beer was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place although there's only a couple of veggie options and the price is quite high but the service, location and food made up for it.
H. B.
One of the best burgers in London. Proper beef burger, not a patty. The stilton top is my favourite. Staff lovely too. We sat outside today - in December!
S. D.
They serve really good gourmet burgers!! The brioche buns are the best and the burger topping flavours are quite. A really pretty restaurant with great decor and atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely recommend this place over other burger chains.
R. K.
I had “this isn’t canadian” (vegetarian version of the original with Beyond Burger. Bun was disproportionately big and quite old, heavy and burger overall was dry. staff is pleasant and overall good vibes though.
g. a.
The best burgers in London allongside with great coctails.
J. B.
Went on New Year's Day so I ordered all the healthy choices: bunless garden burger, salad, veggie/pescatarian sides etc. It was all delicious. The pink orchard pressed juice was amazing. Friendly service. Came to about £25/head so it was reasonable too. My friends had proper burger and fries and that all looked really good. Worth a visit.
J. P.
Had the steak truffle burger and truffle chips - could bathe in the stuff 😍
L. M.
Haché Burgers offers some great burgers and sides at reasonable prices. I've had both the Steak Catalan and the Steak Canadian there, and I loved them both! The Sweet Potato Fries are a must with any burger!
I've never been wowed by the drinks menu, and the service was nothing special (not necessarily service with a smile, but food arrived none-the-less) - but I will keep returning to Haché for their imaginative burgers!
S. G.
Good tasting burgers in a plain restaurant. Did not care much for the music played whilst in here.
J. K.
This is a slightly more up-scale burger joint, which I was very glad to visit. The beef is quite lovely on its own, but the burger becomes an experience when combined with some of the most tasty and aromatic toppings I have encountered. I also had much pleasure in the form of nachos as a starter.
On my second visit I sadly got my burger medium well instead of medium rare, but to be fair, the Louisiana burger with peanut butter was amazing nevertheless, so 4 stars is still an appropriate rating. The onion rings were quite mediocre though.
N. P.
The food was pretty good but I have to admit that I was slightly disappointed. The patty was a bit dry and tough. I was hoping for a very juicy burger. Nonetheless, everything else was very good. It's definitely worth a visit if you like a nice gourmet burger.
M. G.
The truffle steak burger is my favourite burger ever, a must try!! I love that you get to choose your bread (brioche or ciabatta), you can add extras and there’s even a low carb option! I often order from there and I never had any complaint, definitively a 5 however I went to eat there and the service was as bad as the food is good... super rude waiter, making completely inappropriate remarks. I would still recommend it for the food, best to order to not be disappointed
B. D.
If you like a burger and haven't been here then you don't really like burgers.....ultimate burger 🤷
M. C.
One of the best burger joints in London!
C. C.
Really surprised by Hache, the burgers were tasty and well cooked and the fries were generous portions and a bit different. Up there with the better places in London and I've eaten in a lot of burger places. The service was ok, could have been more attentive and the wine was not bad. Maybe slightly expensive for the burgers but overall very enjoyable so would go back almost certainly.
A. R.
Although the meat itself is very good, this is definitely not the best burger in London. The flavour combinations tasted unusual to me and their brioche buns were absolutely no where near the quality of other burger spots in London. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I don't think I'd go there again.
P. E.
Best burger in London. Having planned to go for a rare meat treat there, I was pleased to find lots of vegan options on the menu and it their vegan burger was really delicious.
A. J. G.
Friendly waitress, decent menu, wasn't told my steak smoke burger would come without smoke as the smoke machine is broken!
That's really my only fault, however I do question 'best burger in London'? It's very good however. Top 5 maybe...
G. B.
I am living in Camden at the moment, but never considered going there until recently. I was surprised that a really good burger restaurant is around here, so I decided to go there and try it out. I don't eat a lot of burgers, but sometimes I like to have one.
I took a Jerk Chicken, a very interesting and really delicious burger! can definitely recommend this one.
I was a bit excited about the bun, as I read that it should be good. And it was. Often the bun is the worst part of a burger, not here.
I chose the open Merlot they have on their menu, and it was also good.
The dessert, an apple crumble, was very hot, so I had to wait until I could eat it, but the taste was superb and the portion was quite bit, almost too big.
All in all I was very satisfied with this dinner experience. I also do not think it is overpriced, I think the prices are fair.
The only problem could be, that when you're more than two people you might need to wait quite long for a table. But besides that I can really recommend this place for a burger dinner.
L. G.
Great selection of burgers and more, cozy place and helpful staff. Perfect place to go for a burger in London; just remember to book in advance if you're with a larger group (say, 6 or 7 people), because the premises aren't large so it may become difficult to accommodate all of them if you pop up unexpectedly (it happened to me, but it was my fault).
J.
Solid beef patties. Very friendly staff. Excellent service
J. W.
Great burger! How many 'greatest burger' places on the planet? Too many as most fail to execute. But this place is really very, very good. Just off crazy Inverness St with its vendors and market stalls and next to the world famous Good Mixed pub a great spot welcoming and efficient staff and great burgers. Give it a try!
E. T.
LOVED it here! Burgers were incredible, great drinks too. Lovely service from the lady in the blue dress. Amazing cocktails. Specifically love the nduja sausage 😍
L. A.
We got the Truffle Burger, the Le Fumé Steak Burger, the Aspen Fries, and the Sweet Potatoes and they were all delicious!
m.
It’s a real shame I have to give this review because the food we did receive was amazing, from the quality of the meat to the way it was cooked. lovely vibe (albeit with some cheesy 2007 hits playing). the service was great until our burger arrived and after biting in I noticed we hadn’t been given the rocket, tomato or red onions that the menu said was served with all burgers. Before continuing I called over a waitress and tried to enquire where ours was. Without looking at our burgers she said “all our burgers come with it as a garnish” and disappeared. A little confused we settled that it may be more of a dressing or salsa but when the table next to ours got theirs I could see I was wrong. A real shame as this was our
first time.
A. E.
The burgers are amazing. There are less options than before but you can still customise the burgers. A great place to eat with friends if you fancy a gourmet burger for a great price.
K. H. J.
I really liked my experiemce there. Staffs were very friendly and caring from entering the shop to leaving. And I wasn't expecting the foos to be as delicious as it was but it has exceeded my expectation. I have ordered le fume burger(i think) and it came in a smoke filled dome cover. Its just extra fun added to the dining experience! I would highly recommend this burger place and I will definitely come back to try a different burger there. They also have branches in holborn, shoreditch and few other locations.
s. w.
Amazing burgers all the time in an awesome atmosphere. I’m still trying to find better burgers than theirs, but no success so far.
Go there and be delighted.
A. G.
As the name suggests this place only serves burgers as mains and the selection on offer is excellent - really varied. I recommend the truffle burger - absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself looks great and the staff are helpful. Prices are reasonable. Recommend this place.
L. S.
We went as a big group of 12 and I was surprised they even took reservations! Very delicious beef burgers and even vegetarian burger with aubergine and goat's cheese. Also loved the sweet potato fries! Wash it down with some prosecco :) Admittedly it isn't cheap but I'd say this is the average price you pay for what we love to call a 'premium burger' place these days.
A. L.
Amazing place, very professional and friendly staff. Amazing food and drinks. Definitely worth it 👌
F. T. L.
Today I had one of the best service, I didn't ask the name of the waiter, I know that is a young guy from Poland, the professionalsm was over the top, very charming and friendly I would love to put more stars on the comment but they allow me max 5
Keep it up
A.
Let me tell you sir/ Madam, if you like your meats and you like your burgers this will be a treat.
Possibly the best burgers in London, I was repeatedly impressed with this.
It's unfortunate that while service is good your burger might not always arrive to order. Too many times myself and company have order medium rare and got some towards medium to well.
It a shame because the burgher is then thrown away and you have to wait for a new one.
Am I pedantic to mark a star down for the occasional botched order?! absolutely.
Do I like Haché burgers? absolutely!
T. S.
Polite staff, but giving it 5 stars on the quality of the burger alone. I had the Steak Milano, done medium rare, in a brioche bun (choice of that or ciabatta). It's that tough decision between savouring the flavours or getting that goddamn tasty juicy thing down you! My mate must have polished his lamb burger off in 30 seconds. The sweet potato fries are great as well, as was the American style ale I tried. Clean facilities as well. I'd definitely recommend booking if you're making a specific plan on going there.
B. F.
Stumbled upon this little hidden treasure. The food was brilliant. I had the Louisiana and my dad had the mexican. Both burgwrs were cooked to perfection. Only downside is drinks are quite expensive.
The atmosphere was lovely. The waiters were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be back.
A. J.
Have been going here since its 1st opened - and take all visitors here.
Scrumptious food, friendly staff and a cosy space with lovely decor. All the years I've been - only ever been disappointed once and that was more due to an obnoxious server than the food itself.
Desserts are a must - even if you share them post the enormous burgers!!
V. G.
Premium burger joint. This is slightly more expensive than gbk. A set of burger and fries would cost you 15-17£. Steak burger is obviously cheaper. Burgers are good but not all of them are amazing. One of my friend felt portion was too small and was left feeling hungry. The other one got an half avacado as one of the toppings which practically overwhelmed any other taste. Chicken katsu burger in cibata bread is definitely worth having. Kimchi fries are pretty good. Shakes with JD or Bailey's is surely recommended. Chicken wings were cold and way too expensive to try. Chicken was tasty though.
Hop in this place if you are in Camden sometime or bored of gbk/band of burgers or honest burgers.
S. J.
It's our most local 'gourmet' burger joint if you discount 5 Guys. I ordered a roquefort cheeseburger on a ciabatta. The bread was dry and over toasted on top and soaked with meat juices on the bottom. Not the end of the world but it made me wish I'd ordered the focaccia. Chips are not included in this £11 burger which are an additional £3.50. The chips are better than Mac-D's but come on!
J. I.
Small menu but a darn good burger. Best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Burgers are around the £10 mark and fries you have to pay extra. Expect to pay between £15-20 for a meal and a drink... Maybe a bit overpriced but really tasty
R. G.
Superb burgers with a twist! We popped in as looked tasty and a good price and were not disappointed. Burgers were very tasty. They cater for all types of foodies.
J. H.
I usually do not prefer fast food, but believe me these burgers are more than perfect. Beef steak burger is the best one I've ever tasted. Ideal place for a quick meal, especially when you are in a rush.
H. G.
Amazing service and food that is to die for. There are many restaurants in Camdentown but this is the only place I come back to over and over. I strongly recommend this restaurant next time you want to eat dinner after a long afternoon of bargaining and shopping around the stalls.
J. S.
I'm vegetarian, so its foolish of me to expect amazing vegetarian food from somewhere specialising in meat produce. Even so, I think its reasonable to expect competently prepared food. The vegetarian burger was ok but tasted like it raw in the centre, which wasn't pleasant. However, the chips and desert are gorgeous and I'm assured the meaty burgers are very nice.
P. N.
Ok, just about ok. The burgers were overcooked, hence a bit dry and rubbery. Slightly better than a fast food outlet. Friendly staff, slow service, the place itself could do with a refresh and deep clean.
T. G.
Lovely staff and a nice range of really niceburgers. I treated myself to their winter special- flambe- they literally poured flaming cognac - I hope it wasn't anything too precious like an XO - onto my burger and it was delicious. Ooh and the Poutine had some of the best gravy
R. C.
Excellent burgers in creative variations served in a cosy environment by friendly and relaxed staff. The highlight was to sit at the table where Amy Winehouse always dined.
V.
Excellent burger joint. Some different ideas on the menu plus a few old favourites. Waiting staff were attentive & gave great recommendations. Some good veggie options too.
B. T.
Food was good, very rare burger! Toilets needed a clean!
B. O.
Fantastic spot, only stopped in for a brew but when i saw the food come out i could not say no. The halloumi fries and the cauliflower wings were something to die for. Staff are very friendly. Will defiantly visit again.
j. p.
Very tasty vegan burger and fries.
t. b.
Proper burger!! Menu is not the biggest but the food is brilliant tastes great and is fairly priced, fresh burgers rustic bar with real ales and a selection of bottle drinks also, well worth a visit.
V. W.
lovely little venue and food was pretty good if slightly pricey.... they are just burgers at the end of the day! two of the three staff on duty were lovely but the attitude of one when we were slightly late for our reservation (which they weren't even sure we needed to make when we rang ahead to check) spoiled the visit for me. Also we were offered coffee or dessert but when we ordered coffee the waitress came back and said we couldn't have any. .... because the machine was turned off - which would have been a crappy reason even if it hadnt been clearly untrue as could see the lights on. suspect it was more that "grumpy waitress" had cleaned it and didn't want to make coffee - fair enough, I've worked in London bars and cleaned the coffee machine early to try and save time on a close shift so I know how annoying it can be..... but if you're not going to serve coffee maybe don't ask the customers if they'd like one!?!
A. G.
A real hidden Gem, Haché Burgers is a really excellent burger place hidden on a side street very close to Camden Town tube station. Burgers are very tasty and atmosphere is wonderful. Very friendly understanding staff.
J. J.
Really great service, tasty burgers. Particularly liked the truffle fries. Wouldn't really recommend going on a Friday night or Saturday, you'll just get caught up in the drunken carnage of Camden chavs.
B. F. R.
One of the best hamburguer restaurants I have ever tried. Still dreaming about their burgers.
The place is really cozy and the menu is ok, it covers all the basics.
Really recommendable the Milano burger with mozzarella, parmesan & dried tomatos.
I would also suggest trying The Canadian: a basic and a must and nothing beats the basics ! Bacon and Cheddar cheese can't be defeated ever.
M. Z.
Terrific burger joint slightly 'off the beaten track' in an otherwise incredibly busy Camden Market area.
Had the basic beef burger with sweet potato fries - you really can't go wrong with that!
T. O.
Great burgers, attentive and such service, will definitely come back again!
Also, overheard that the waiter offered some customers to pay their bill in Euros, so that may be an option (do check beforehand though)
R. F.
I've been coming to Hache Burger since they day they opened. Best burger I ever had and as they got more and more successful the burgers just kept getting better.
My favourite is the Steak Spanish and I can say that knowing I have tasted all of them.
W. E. T.
Hache was great- the burgers delivered juicy patties and innovative flavours, and their truffle fries were perfect! The place can get noisy so might not be great for conversations, but the decor is creatively effected.
K. A. K.
I loved the cheeseburger, it was tasty
E. K.
Great place for burgers, great choice (30+) and you can also replace your bun with greens.
Service is great, last time we had to wait for the food a bit long and we were offered a free drink as an apology.
F. D.
Excellent location and yet not too busy. Right in the heart of Camden Town, yet off the main road, which is probably its saving grace. Delicious burgers. Friendly service. Fast food with a difference
P. V.
The burgers were great! Would go again. The milkshake was average, but I loved everything else.
S. S.
I got the green bowl with chicken instead of hallumi, and it was fresh, tasty, and filling.
D. H.
Such a nice burger we had! The atmosphere was great and we couldn’t be happier with our meal!! I recommend this place
E. d. J.
Amazing service and amazing food! I ate so much I could barely stand!
E.
Have been to this Hache a number of times of the years, they were one of the first decent burger joints out there, food and cocktails are always of a high standard, service can vary, staff can be a little to cool for their own good and that of restaurant at times, but recent visits have been spot on.
G.
Nice burgers and very reasonably priced for London. £8-£10 per burger. Sides are £2-£3.
Nice waiting staff and a good atmosphere overall.
N. D.
Standard trendy greasy burger place, complete with usual level of hipster service - they'll serve you, but at their own pace. Nice but not particularly unique.
C. R.
Great service! Burgers are varied and delicious. Veggie and Vegan options if that's your style as well. Great for lunch and early dinner
J. H.
OMG I definitely want to go back, the food was excellent, wish they had a bit more to choose from regarding cocktails though but, other than that can't fault the place.
A. C.
Best ever burger and the truffle fries are to die for. Excellent service, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere. Very reasonably priced especially for the quality of the food.
E. A.
Came here on a Wednesday Eve and was one of the only places open till late. The atmosphere is gawjus. Very well decorated. The food was also very nice. We really enjoyed this for a last minute bite.
R. M.
Fantastic burgers!!! I have been a couple of times when I have visited London and it’s never disappointed. Service is always good and burgers Are always tasty!
S.
The food is amazing as always! what makes the place miserable is the arrogant and unprofessional italian young barman and his collegue the lady who's saying to be the assistant manager and refused to tell her name because conscious of the complaints i was going to make about them attitude and the service they're providing.
n. p.
The meat is not minced but finely chopped. Though that doesn't mean better burgers in my view. The London burger scene is definitely on the upswing but just like anything in life, first master the basics and then you can innovate. I would rather take my money and get Patty & Bun of Five Guys.
J. G.
We visited the restaurant on Friday evening. I understand that this is a busy time, so I made reservation, not knowing that reservation can be done only untill 7pm or something. When I asked the service, they quite unpolitely replied that I have to wait. Fair enough. Generally, the approach of the service was very unwelcoming during the entire stay.
These is basically no waiting area and during the 25 minute wait in a corridor a was pushed by passing waitress literaly falling some couples (luckily still empty) table. When we sat down, it took the service quite some while before we were able to order.
The food was very good and we enjoyed it, the burgers tasted very good and in my opinion are in my London top 3, despite the fact that spicey mexican Chorizo burger was not spicey at all.
It took ages for the services to make us pay, I had to order my second glass of tap water 3 times, we were charged for the service twice (the note in the menu is as small as it could possibly be) and when leaving, our complaint about the quality of service was comented by an explanation, that "tap water is hard to remember, because it is free and they do not put it in the system". Not really my problem, why dont they have it in the system for 0 GBP I did not get.
Great place for food, but will honestly never come back after this experience.
V. I.
Good service and burgers. However, fries were average and “freshly squeezed juice” tasted like an orange juice from Tesco or Sainsbury.
I. C.
I really Love the Lamb burger with truffle chips!
Atmosphere really awesome however you can hear a lot of shouting from the kitchen downstairs :)
Anyway.... Who cares...Foodie maters
A. H.
This venue is an amazing place where you can choose between a very big selection of burguers. You can customize your dish selecting your bread and sauces. It's a warm place with a very friendly staff, mainly for spanish people, because some staff speak spanish.
J. B.
I like my buns fresh, and this is where Hache fell down. I also had to return my first (over-cooked) burger, however the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the final product was fairly tasty.
D. B.
This place is good but not very good and i am comparing it to other places i have been and had a lamb burger, the chips are lovely and the the lamb burger was good quality and cooked medium which was perfect but it lacked a bit of flavour for me, the calamari was nice for my starters and i also had a peanut butter and banana shake which was very good.
D. O.
When in Camden this is the place to go if you love a good burger, always a great experience. Haché Burgers Camden gets my vote!!
M. S.
Liked the burgers and the place. We didn't have to wait that long to be served. I recommend the vegetarian burger with goat cheese, amazing!
M. T.
I ordered a Canadian Burger medium rare,i was told that they will not cook it like that, anyway the burger was a little bit above average, although the burger in some places was cooked medium-well,in some places medium. The service was bad i barely heard the waiter talking with us and he seemed to be in a rush everytime we engaged with him.
A. L.
Only popped in for a coffee as I waned somewhere quiet before heading Into the market. Fast service, polite staff and the coffee was alright, and it was quiet when I visited. Will have to try food next time.
T. V.
Smokey burger was smoky indeed. Nice fresh meat and tasty sauce. Not a big fan of the ciabatta bun though.
J. P.
Best burgers I ever had. They also make really good and rich desserts. I loved the place.
T. D.
Fantastic burgers! I love London food! Not great on a Sunday as the market restricts your view but incredible food and service!
J. G. L.
Awesome burgers and really friendly staff especially these boys. Well done guyz. We will come back for sure!
M. B.
The vegan burger was amazing. This restaurant own it's name of best burger in London. I recommend !
N. S.
The food is amazing. I'm a very picky eater but I couldn't even make one complaint about this place the food was great the cocktails great and the service was perfect.
E. R.
Lovely and tasty burgers. They have posh and amazing burgers and fries. Nice and cosy place, too. Love their watermelon lemonade, as well.
A. G.
Not really a real atmospheric place. Although the food is good for the price. Burgers are some of the best in London.
M. B.
Food was great although selection from vegetarians wasn't too varied. I still enjoyed my veggie burger very much!
d. m.
Took a gamble, up in town to see Raconteurs, called in here, was semi busy, all I can say is so glad we did (me,mrs, son),the food so so good, friendly efficient service, total pleasure to eat there, clean toilets, good beer, perfect start to a perfect night! 5*
J. M.
Excellent burger, you won't be disappointed. If you are around and taste a great burger. Don't hesitate.
D. H.
Fantastic burgers and great service. Probably best burger in London
J. M.
Delicious, best burger I've had in years and a great local beer on tap.
J. E.
Good cocktails, service a bit slow though given that we were the only group in there for most of the time!
G. G.
Very nice food and waiters were very friendly, however slightly on the slow side with bringing out the food even though it wasn't that busy, otherwise this would be 5 stars.
M. L.
Absolutely Top Notch Burgers. So glad we got the opportunity to visit. I’m sure we will visit again next time we around this area. A must visit if your in the area.
L. G. A.
Tasty burgers and nice atmosphere.
N. A.
I had a pretty great burger here along with a fantastic milkshake! Service was slow as hell when it came time to check out though!
D. W.

S. “. S. R.
Highly recommended, decent sized hamburguers with superb taste. Totally worthy price for excellent quality ingredients.
F. S.
Food is very good but the sides are not included with the burgers, just a bit overpriced
B. 1.
Staff are always friendly / food is always delicious and the restaurant is perfectly located if you want to go to Camden Market
B. H.
My favourite burger joint. The steak Bavarian is one of the best burgers I've ever eaten 🤤
C. B.
Nothing special, just like every other burger place now. Milkshake was disappointing, very watery. Staff are nice and environment is good.
G. S.
Very good burgers had double patty was so good and the truffle cheese chips omg too good.. would defo recommend ☺
A. D.
Great vibe, swift friendly service but the chicken on my burger was overcooked and dry. If you are a gourmet burger place you have to get the burger right and unfortunately Haché didn't do that.
M. S.
Outstanding burgers! Delicious
M. S.
If I could give a thousand stars I would give it immediately.
Took a burger and a dessert and they were both really really delicious.
T.
Amazing food get anything and you won't be disappointed!!! They do mini camembert with honey that I'd amazing, truffle fries that are amazing too and milkshakes that... Are... Amazing.
M.

Tasty burgers, cooked like customers like. It's great to be able to choose the bread: brioche, bun, ciabatta.

L. G.
Best burgers I've ever had. A must go each time I'm in London.
B. M.
It's ok. Not the best burger of my life, but good enough. Meat was a bit overcooked, I requested medium rare.
S. B.
Decent enough burger, could do with a more varied selection of beers to match them. Would make experience more balanced and tasty.
m. l.
