This restaurant is located inside Harrods on the second floor. Decor wise, the restaurant is pretty standard with a bar. Upon arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They showed us to our seat which was nice and socially distant from other customers. The menu has a variety of Italian style dishes but the main aim of the menu is based around pizza and Prosecco. We tried two glasses of two different types of Prosecco that they had on their menu which tasted lovely. We ordered the lasagna which tasted lovely but I would’ve expected a little bit of garnish on the side. For desert we ordered the tiramisu which was delightful. The waiters were very friendly and the service was great, efficient and very attentive. Overall, the menu is a little overpriced for what it is hence why I’ve given a 4*.

Delicious food. I have been there a couple of times and they serve tasty pizzas and a very good lasagna. Sitting in front of the chef and watching prepare the dishes is an enjoyment by itself. If you go to Harrods, I recommend having a meal there!

Not to miss when in London. Live Italian freshly baked pan pizza and pasta. Tasty and light. Enjoyed their Caprino (with goat cheese) and Classic Pizzeria pizza. The wait may be repelling at first sight but you would move forward faster depending on your choice if bar or table seating; I would say keep your options open it is worth the wait! Friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Harrods free wifi available. Accessibility measures could be improved.

Consistently excellent food. Yes you will have to wait for a table at busy times but it’s certainly worth it. Having visited this restaurant for years, I have been up and down the menu a hundred times over and never found anything I wasn’t fond of. The Truffled Macaroni and Cheese is still my absolute favourite though. Situated on the 2nd floor, it is a haven for the Arabic set and is busy most days from opening till close. You have the option to dine at the bar or a table but if you are of a larger build, then waiting for a table will be a more comfortable option, as the bar seating is spaced rather closely together. My favourite pizza restaurant in this part of London and I highly recommend it. Try to plan your visit for a Friday or Saturday lunchtime and you will get to see the Singing Chef!

well, you get a seat pretty quickly and the service is really good and professional, but the "harrods special" isn't that special. cheese fall out (dough doesn't hold), some fresh basil leaves, but really all around a pretty mediocre pie. you'd love it more downstairs at the food court.

Harrods is one of the most upmarket luxury department stores that caters for the rich and affluent so don’t expect prices to be low. A pizza and a glass of wine or soft drink at their Pizzera are likely to cost you around £30 per head, but it really is a magical in store eating experience like no other. I sat at the counter whilst Italian chefs created an entertaining performance of a dough-tossing serenade whilst loudly singing opera at the same time! I had their classic Margherita Pizza which came straight out of their wood-fired oven. It was just how I liked it; lightly charred and chewy around the edges on a thin-crust base. You can always judge how good a pizza restaurant is by ordering a basic Margherita. The menu also includes a selection of salads, pastas, risottos and a dessert menu. The place gets very crowded but service is efficient and there is a large seating area. Don’t be fooled by the queue. It looks long but it does move rather swiftly which is also a good sign. After all who can resist the aroma of freshly-baked pizza dough.

I’ve been here over 20 times, there’s the “singing chef” Andy who never ceases to impress me, he’ll be tossing the pizza base in the air like it was a tennis ball while simultaneously going around the bar singing ‘volare, cantare’ with the voice of a Domenico Modugno. For a brief moment you’d transcend to Milano. Beware this isn’t just a Pizzeria it’s an experience, half the people go there to see this singing, tossing chef. On top of that the pizza here is something else, obviously it has the colour of Middle East like everything in Harrods, you’ll have the special ‘shawarma pizza’ with shaved tartufo bianco, Parmesano & truffle oil to top it up with, food here is truly exotic.
