Amazing place...wonderful, professional and polite staff...You can see the kitchen and how your food is prepared so what i have seen they meet all covid requirements, clean and efficient.
The food was better than I expected 😋 yummy, delicious, no grease at all..I'm in love in the desert Apple pie ...
I definitely recommend 👌
The price is higher compared with the restaurants around but worth for every penny. Definitely recommend.
I enjoy my lunch and spending my time there on the sunny day

Was our 1st time here with our babies, we were look after immediately from the manager Kim, he make sure we have enough space for the prams etc. We were served by Jose and Seonjeong, the attention for detail and recommendation for the food was great, dinner was delicious, also we have a few cocktails and wow! They were just perfect not only for the taste also for the nice presentation, thanks to the Bartender Kieran. I definitely recommend this place for drinks, food, excellent service and space for prams, just try to go on weekdays after 6pm so is not so busy.

Amazing experience! Restaurant definitely had a cosy chalet in the Alps vibe. Service was immaculate along with the food. We opted for late lunch and everything was delicious. The manager is very pleasant and had good recommendations! Restaurant is easily accessible from Stratford Station.

Amazing! Fantastic! This place just welcomes you. The decor is awesome even to the toilets ☺️. I had drinks with a friend here and enjoyed every moment. There was live music, a DJ and saxophonist! You should definitely check out this gem in East London...

The staff were so friendly. Such a relaxing experience, helped by the warm lighting and cozy sheepskins on the back of the chairs. The food was amazing and great value if you get the lunch time set menu. Will try to visit every month.

Decided to go here for a family dinner as I have been intrigued for a while when passing by.
From the outside the place looks stunning and inside the atmosphere is really nice.
Majority of the staff seem nice, but I did however notice two members of staff discussing customers in a not very nice way, the waiter who served us also felt the need to correct my mother in law who struggles with English, which I felt like as rather rude, it actually made her feel a bit self conscious.
The food took a while to arrive and when it did it looked great! However the same thing cannot be said about the way it tasted. 3/5 people on our table were disappointed. When my roasted pork joint arrived it looked absolutely amazing, but taste wise it was average at best,
So salty that it was hard to want to carry on eating more, the meat was also rather dry and what is up with the horrible provided side? Maybe I was jus unlucky but nothing seemed be to great. Oh and my actual ordered side was forgotten completely.
I would come again, but only for a drink and to enjoy the atmosphere and would actually recommend it for that purpose, but not for food.

Definitely wanted to leave a review as this is a newer place. I visited a week ago and it was honestly brilliant. I love the fact that fancier restaurants are finding a home in Stratford, and I totally welcome it.
I will start by stating the positives: the staff seemed run ragged a bit, partly because they were catering to a table of 12 next to us, who were quite deafening. I think if there were quieter sections that guests could be moved to, that would be ideal. But as a result, there was a significant delay in being served.
Also, they served the worst chips I've eaten in a long while. They were chewy and stale...definite no.
But neither of those were enough to dock a star because I just had such a brilliant meal. We had the tomahawk steak and it was the best I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked and bar the chewy chips, the accompaniments were delicious. The rosti!! Highly recommend!
But it was nearly the desserts that stole the show. So mellow and they just melted on the tongue. We had three, all were knockouts. Don't deprive yourself.
The cherry cider was also a big favourite for me. They had very unique cocktails as well, and the bar was very swanky-looking. Coupled with the location, and the fact that the service, while scarce, was friendly and accommodating means I can't really give it any lower than a 5/5.
Side note: if you're unfamiliar with the Stratford area, if you leave Westfield to the outside shops (where House of CB and TKMaxx are), and walk towards the stadium, you should see Haugen on your right as you keep going in the stadium's direction :)

Was a great dinner out. The staff Alessandro and Christian were amazing and helpful. A comfy restaurant with a lovely Alpine feel.
The food was lovely. The Raclette and the Schweinshaxe was quite rich but still very nice. The side vegetables were nicely prepared. The wine was well described and best paired with our food from the sommelier Alexa.
Will be returning to try out the different options on the menu.

The ambience was beautiful the decor and seatings were comfortable. I was quite disappointed with the service as my group waited 45 minutes before we get a table and had to chase multiple times. The starter and main came on time but dessert waited for another 30 minutes. The waiter or manager didn’t really apologise much about the delays. I felt the staffs were not attentive enough and could do better with some training. Bar area was quite loud when I tried to communicate. I would still come back when the service has improved.
