Very good burgers. Have visited various of their outlets around London over the years and the quality is consistently solid. Nice variety of specials, too, and chicken, vegan, meat alternatives. The chips are also very decent. Pretty good value as far as burgers go. I also appreciate that they offer a kids menu. I’ll happily eat these burgers again.

This Honest Burger is hidden away off the main road. As always very consistent. Each Honest has a local special and this one is one of the best with a collaboration with The Rib Man…it’s so good, worth coming for!

Really good burgers and at a decent price. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly. It was also great for a coeliac. All food was gluten free apart from the burger buns which can be replaced with a gluten free bun and the coeliac in our group was also able to get onion rings which is a rarity!

Really pleased that we visited here for lunch. It's nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Dalston and the venue was clean and welcoming. Our waiter was super friendly and we were seen to and seated in very good time. We both had the Rib Man Burger which was one of the specials and a side of onion rings. All were very tasty. A place always gets huge brownie points from me when they offer gluten free (including the onion rings) and Honest Burger is no exception. When we had paid our bill, it was pouring with rain so we waited a good 10 minutes for it to stop before leaving. We felt no pressure to leave from the staff. Although I don't visit Dalston, I would visit this restaurant in particular again.

The burger are not that big but the quality is high; we had the special of the house with slow cooked ribs (amazing) and the plant burger, both delicious. Best vegetarian burger I can remember having, made by a chef who was happy to come out and ask for opinions and thoughts (it was a quiet night). The rosemary fries were also top-notch. Very reasonable prices, very good services, and the magaritas were better than expected from a burger bar! This place certainly has my recommendation.

We went for my sisters birthday and we had a great time. Everyone loved their meals. I had the masa fried chicken which was really tasty. Another thing we all noticed was the atmosphere in the restaurant was outstanding, the lights and music created a unique style that we all liked. Also the waiters are quick and friendly. Man it’s good. Not only do they serve an exceptional burger... juicy, well seasoned and never soggy (even delivered) but their rosemary chips arrive fluffy and crispy on the outside. How they get it this good on delivery I don’t know. But it’s dangerous!

Great customer service in addition to their signature burgers! We ordered last night through Deliveroo and had an issue with the food not being up to standards (probably due to the delivery taking longer than it should have) I called in to give some feedback and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and offered to send the whole order again without even hesitating. Second time around, we got beautifully cooked burgers with perfectly fried chips, and they even sent the drinks again! Sorry I didn´t get your name but thank you big time for going the extra mile!

Don't believe the hype. The service and environment are fantastic. Shame about the burger - it was not that great. Brioche buns and red onion relish are played out (for me at least). It added a sweetness that really didn't complement the burger. There was no real seasoning on the burger so it was overpowered by the sweetness. Strong fries - shame about the rosemary flavouring - again, not for me - you may love it. Ketchup sorted that out. Wont be visiting again though - which is s

I've eaten at honest burger before and enjoyed, but I can honestly say I was just very impressed with my meal. The cheapest of the comparative chains, with the YUMMY chips included, and the burger was really tasty and messy (how I like it!) The decor was super relaxed and cool, and a nice break from often pretentious hackney.

Very, very nice burgers. But as a big meat eater, the vegan burger was the one that blew me away ironically. The consistency and colour were perfect. Nearly impossible to tell it wasn't a meat burger. All the food I have had here has been fantastic. Will be back very soon.

I've been to a few of these various restaurants, and they don't feel like chains at all. They each have their own feel, but are consistent in having great food, at a reasonable price with really friendly service! A few times the waiters have stopped by to have a chat, it's a really nice atmosphere. Their cocktails and sides are all great, plus it's a nice quiet yet atmospheric spot to catch up with friends. Highly recommend this one especially!

Really great burgers. Their fritter burger is tasty if you're vegetarian. I switched out the cucumber yoghurt for curry sauce without any problem. Fries are cooked to perfection. The unisex toilets are well signed and are located in the basement after some Staff Only doors. The place was empty on a weekday and the waitress was very friendly indeed. Highly recommended.

Chain restaurant. Venue is quaint. I had the new vegan beyond meat plant burger. It tasted good, it was the most expensive burger on the menu at £13. Service was ok. There were two of us and they forgot one of our orders which we had to reorder later, so we could not eat together. After sharing our disappointment they agreed to take one off the bill. I would go there again.

Love honest burgers... I worked at deliveroo as a manager last year and tried out all the burger competitors and honestly, honest is my favourite. The ribman and the best fries bar none. The staff at this branch are super friendly and attentive. Haven't eaten in any other branch

Honest burgers seems to be thriving where other QSR burger chains (think Bryon or GBK) have been struggling, now in the era of Five Guys and Shake Shack. This is a testament, I believe, to both the quality of the burgers, and the successful presentation of the venue (it's kept with the times, offers great beers, etc.) This particular location is a bit off the beaten path down a side street, but once found, it's a cheery spot with friendly staff. The food of course is as good as at any of its other locations. One peculiarity; we went at lunch on a Saturday, and yes it started tipping it down, but we ended up being one of the only customers that dined there, though we saw plenty of the teal deliveroo jackets. Perhaps it's more of a delivery venue? In any case, this suited me just fine, as I'm more of a private diner anyway.

I love this place. Nestled snugly between Kingsland Road and Gillett Square like a medium-rare patty between two toasted buns, you might otherwise pass it by. But it is a delight. Somehow not succumbing to the priciness, poncery and parsimony of the typical 21st-century London upmarket burger joint, for under a tenner you can indulge in the most delicious and no doubt least dangerous export from our gun-toting Atlantic cousins. Talking of indiscriminate killing, I wouldn't mind murdering some of those onion rings and chipotle mayo! The venue is comfortable, the music is on the whole pleasant (and played at an inoffensive volume, unlike in Guantamo Bay!) and the staff are friendly, attentive, and yet manage to avoid that most irritating American habit of hovering behind your shoulder at every opportunity. Something to do with paying them just about enough to live on, apparently. Anyway, there was a lovely curly-haired young woman and handsome gent who were particularly cordial tonight, so try and catch them on their shift. Not entirely sure where you can find that info; try the NSA perhaps. In summary - lovely burgers, lovelier staff. Yankee go home.
