Reviews of Honest Burgers King's Cross
G. M.
They do burgers....they do them extremely well, cooked to perfection and taste divine. One of the best burgers I have ever had.
The rosemary fries were exactly that, you could taste the rosemary and were excellent. Also had a side order of onion rings which were again brilliant.
Staff very friendly and manged to sit inside as it was quite cold, only a small indoor seating area but lots of out door seating about that is covered. If you want a good burger and in the area.....I would only come here as food, quality, service and value were top notch.
H. F.
Nice venue and friendly staff, but the burgers were a bit of a let down tbh.
The menu advises that the beef is served pink/medium and the waiter did check if that was ok, I would say that they were more medium rare though as it was quite bloody, with blood dripping out all over the chips. It really put me off and whilst I could have asked for it to be cooked again, by that point my stomach was a bit turned. Also it’s £1 for chipotle Mayo for a half full pot.
Compared to Gordon Ramsay Street Burger that I visited the day before, this place falls short.

The BEST burgers we have ever had! My partner and his friends are burger mad and we’ve been to pretty much every burger bar available and I wasn’t jumping for joy to go to another for a friends birthday. But Honest burgers were absolutely gorgeous. Everything was sooooo tasty!!!! And the staff were 10/10, so lovely and welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely return here when we’re back in London without a doubt!!
M. G.
I loved this place: staff singing in the kitchen preparing fantastic dishes, very kind service, 🔝 burgers & beers
B. B.
Excellent service from the friendly staff. Very Covid secure set up. Probably only restaurant that I’ve been too that actually follow and comply. Well done so proud of you guys. Definitely highly recommended at this branch. Food was fantastic, no fault at all.
K. T.
I had a lovely experience here the other day! The food was fantastic, the environment was comfortable, and everything came out quickly. The best part of my experience was my waiter Campbell! He was kind, helpful, and funny! I will definitely be stopping in again!
K.
Great place with friendly service. Vegetarian options available - both burgers and fries were spectacular!
D. A. S.
The vegan burger was so tasty and the staff ladies were very helpful and kind with the customers.
C. K.
Only love for these great burger house! I think is one of the best burgers you can have in UK. The meat of the beef patty is really really great, potatos are out of space especially with this rosemary herb. Try also the home made onion rings. The tables near the window is a must
S. S.
Consistently great burgers, always love trying the specials each month too!
A. H.
First time eating at Honest Burgers and it was brilliant! I had the Chicken Burger but the chips were definitely the highlight for me.
S. W.
Original burger combos. Cooked to liking . Great chips to go with. Had the onion rings too. Nice grub. Stones throw from Kings Cross.
P. C.
Lovely service, they gave me a little hand written note each time I order in the takeaway paper bag. The chips are amazing and the veggie burgers have great taste, best combo is burgers and chips always. Their chips has rosemary in it, which gives it an extra flavour that chips in other shops don't really have. Not expensive for London price either so definitely worth trying!
L. W.
Note, the food here is not like California food. The portions are much smaller. Not like Paris small, but smaller than US. The wings were somewhat sweet, not really a buffalo spicy style. They were good though.
We had the veggie burger (what the heck...we had to try it. People said it would be great). It was very good. Small, but good. We also had the regular cheddar burger and that was as expected. We sat upstairs which was kinda loud. The downstairs at the time was closed. It looked like a nice quiet cozy place with lots of booths.
Location was super convenient near the train station.
E. m.
Ok about 12 pounds for one hamburger... But like the best burgers ever! The vegan one did not ever taste like vegan and mine, with meat, was super delicious. I could eat 2 burgers, very good. The place was lovely, the girl very kind. I would definitely go to Honesy Burgers again :)
S. W.
Love an honest burger. Fries are super salty but still delicious. Had the chilli burger for the first time and it was perfection.
J. L.
Went to honest burger to have their vegan burger. It was really popular, so many tables also ordered the vegan burger. The burger was amazing and the best vegan burger I've had. The restaurant was busy when I went on Friday night and we had to wait in the queue but the staff were really apologetic and the staff kept me updated on the wait.
Definitely go try the burgers, they have limited burgers as well which keeps the menu fresh and fun.
J. E.
Amazing! I've always loved Honest Burgers. I remember when I used to frequent the original restaurant in Brixton on Sundays to cure my hangover. Since those days I've decided to take the vegan path in life, so I'm so glad Honest Burgers have brought a vegan burger to the table and it's amazing. I would love to see an all vegan/veggie Honest Burger restaurant.
R. L. H. 2.
Everything there is amazing. My faviroute restaurant ever. Their rosemary chips are amazing their buffalo wings are delicious and their burgers are so nice. Also, their lemon and mint drink is the best drink I've ever had. I would definitely recommend coming here you won't regret it
M. V.
The kimchi special was amazing. The interior is lovely and I felt at ease. Staff was friendly!
H. B.
The rosemary salt chips, no review will ever convey how good they are. Food travels well and is always good. Sometimes the delivery order isn't quite right but that's with any food business. Love their burgers and their chicken wings are to die for!
T. F.
Looks really small but then you realise that there is a downstairs. Burgers are consistently good. Our waiter was so sweet he took some pictures of us when we asked him.
R. D.
All round good experience. Good service and lovely food. £75 for four adults. Clean toilet facilities. Decent amount of seating.
R. M.
Third time I have been here and it’s so good every time. Tried the Honest burger this time which was delicious. Rosemary chips always hit the spot and the local beer was tasty also. I like the fact they give you proper squeezy bottles of ketchup and mayo so you can have as much you like. Only drawback was no beer on draught as they had run out. Will be back soon!!
B. D.
The place was rammed when we turned up because of a promotion Time Out was running. Someone brought drinks out while we were waiting though, which was a real nice touch.
It didn’t take too long to get in, and we were seated downstairs. We all came for the Plant burger and were not disappointed. Superbly cooked, and delicious. I can’t wait to go back. Despite being super busy, the staff were always very friendly and easy to get hold of when we needed them.
C. G.
The most delicious meal I've had in quite a long time. The burger was perfect. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. I will definitely stop by again because even the cocktails were top notch. Best burger in the kings cross area.
M. T.
Amazing burger, good value for money and super friendly staff. The environment was good and it wasn't very busy on Sunday afternoon. I would definitely go again. I went for the classic , Honest Burger and my friend had the King's cross special burger. I tried both of them and they were very tasty. I love Honest Burger as it comes with fries with rosemary.
The location was very good as well. 3 minutes walk from the station so it is very central but without having the bustle of the station.
H. S.
Cracking burgers at reasonable prices. Lovely pale ale on offer, I recommend the N7, certainly helped wash down the Mother Clucker and spicy wings. Enjoyed my food so much, polished every morsel off - although I did have to defend it from a waiter who seemed to stalk tables for empty plates like a vulture...should at least ask if you've finished your food before snatching plates away!?
M. G.
Had the Tribute burger medium rare and chipotle mayo, had an hour to kill before a train at KGX (a 10 min walk away) and enjoyed it. Friendly staff, relaxed quiet atmosphere.
C. L.
Superb customer service - the best staff I've come across in a very long time. Very uplifiting and bubbly attitude. Great food too with generous portion sizes. The restaurant was also set up properly so that it was safe to dine in with proper one-way systems and other measures to feel safe. I'd definitely come back again in the future with friends as it won't disappoint.
F. L.
Went to try the veganuary Teriyaki Plant and it was delicious, I wish they keep it in the regular menu the whole year as well as increasing the plant-base options.
N. S.
Looking for a unique burger experience then pay this place a visit. Had a pleasant experience. The food is very tasty and honest. Great customer service but only downer is the wait but waiters do their best to find a table as soon as possible.
C. Z.
The services was stupendous. I dont usually try burger chains just because but...glad today because the other place went to eat said it would be an hr wait we decided to come to Honest burgers...and to be Honest I'm glad we did. I had the cheese truck and that bad boy was too good. However did ask for it medium rare it came out medium. I'll let that slide.
Thank you honest burger for great time and burger.
Karolina was splendid.
O. B. (.
Delicious fries to say the least, we came in late (45 mins before closing on a Sunday) which resulted in burgers with less than satisfactory ingredients. Although the patty was close to perfect the ingredients such as the bacon was burnt and a little too chewy. Despite all this I had no problems whatsoever chowing down on this entire delicious meal. I'd recommend anyone visiting London going here for an amazing burger experience, although go during peak hours while the ingredients are fresh.
T. M.
Honest Burgers are a good restaurant chain. They support good producers in their supply chain and are now also supporting vegan food. The plant burger they produced was the best vegan burger I'd had. It's a must try for vegans and curious omnivours! The chips are also amazing!
H. P.
Only eat at one burger place twice a year and this is always Honest burgers
Even more since I have it cooked the way I want
f.
I'll start this by saying I'm a meat lover. I love eating cows, they taste awesome. That said, I went with my vegan friend to try Honest Burger's limited-time vegan burger and I was amazed. If you hadn't told me it was a vegan burger I'd have sworn it was beef. The flavour, the juices, the colour, the smell were all perfect. The only difference was the texture was ever so slightly softer than beef but once inside the brioche bun with all the salad, sauces, cheese etc it was perfect. I really hope they keep this going because it's a definite winner for vegans and meat-eaters alike.
E. A.
The staff were really lovely and the new Wellington special was delicious! Had a really nice evening here with a friend!
A. N.
Came for a bite to eat with the other half. A little wait then seated ordered food which came within 10 mins. Was warm and not hot, food was good but not amazing. Would go again if passing but not make an effort to go there.
Loved the chips when warm but not so great when cold. Very small can of ginger beer.
Overall good.
S. J.
Staff were friendly and the place was stylish and great. Also enough portion size for one person with fries. But for burgers, nothing special.
B. P.
Nice quiet atmosphere and the waiter was super nice. Was a little sceptical about eating in here by myself but I saw other lone eaters through the window so I thought I’d give it a try.
My meal was awesome. The only downside was the wings, they had a weird texture (over cooked perhaps?) and the sauce had a nice flavour but it was too thick. I have never encountered really clumpy sauce on wings like that which is a shame because the wings from your other branch are perfect!
The toilets are not separate for guys and gals and it’s a bit unpleasant when a guy tries to chat you up when you’re bursting for a wee.
J. L.
Good, standard burgers always with an interesting special. Can't really go wrong.
T.
Very good vibe and the staff were really nice! Food was good and they didn't mess about with drink size! I didn't realise a large cocktail was going to be a bucket! For that I would give it an extra star haha
Food was really good, tried the bleeding burger and gotta say as a meat eater, that it was delightful! Had the same texture and taste as meat But its 100% vegan.
M. S.
This branch of HB is great. The upstairs isn't big but there is more seating downstairs. The service is always good and the specials are usually a must try. If you don't go for the special then it's all about the 'Tribute' burger. Tip: get chipotle mayo for your chips!
M. S.
I love honest burger. They have really Good Gluten Free Options not just bread for your burger but also many different sides that are gluten free. There are so many great combinations to choose from, although most of the time I just like to keep it simple and focus on the quality of the meat itself.
I have visited multiple honest burger restaurants and this is probably my favourite a great location and a good place to go to escape from St Pancreas if you are nearby.
Y. E.
The best fries I've had since arriving for my first visit of England. The burger was just ok, nothing to write home about. The service was good and the staff very friendly. Simple menu, great tastes.
C. H.
Lovely burger with homemade chips. The kings cross burger was gorgeous beware of the Satan's gravy. Hot 🔥
S. M.
Pretty dang good as always! The beef and bacon gravy is MIND-BLOWING.
Please don't ever stop being so good with allergies.
M. A.
Nice place with delicious dishes & good vibes.
Excellent burgers & chicken, great service!
Highly recommended
N.
Delicious food and truly above and beyond service!
The Beyond burger was so popular it’s staying indefinitely too.
We came to enjoy the Beyond Meat burger and it was delicious. It came with fries and my wife and I enjoyed beer and wine respectively. All of it was tasty!!
The place had run out of ice cream for our toddler so they went out and bought some for us! The staff were very accommodating and understanding of our two noisy and slightly destructive toddlers, helping us clean up after them. We felt very welcome and will definitely return!!
Don’t worry though - we were the only people with kids and it’s quite far out of our way to get to so we probably won’t be there to ruin your experience 😳 lol
Edit.. on our second visit the food and service was again exemplary. We will be back!
S. T.
Honestly
I had few different burgers recently. I won't give names. But gone back honest burger cos it was the best. !!!
D. B.
I can't comment on the eat-in experience, but I just tried the Plant Burger with the Beyond Meat patty.... and it's one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Their Rosemary fries definitely deserve a mention. I will most definitely be back for more.
H. P.
Talking about Honest Burgers at Kings Cross or about Honest Burgers in general it is a shame that you cannot give more than 5 stars. Beginning with the super friendly and cheerful staff up to the fantastic food. Go there once and come back again and again. My passion for Honest Burgers started here. Recommendation: Try the local specials at the restaurants! It's worth to try them all 😉 Come as a hungry stranger, leave full as a friend. My top choice when it comes to Burgers in London 👌 See pic for reference 💁🏻♂️
S. B. A.
Visited for my sons birthday as its his favourite burger restaurant. Server was friendly but I felt the food/drinks were not up to the usual standard I have received in the past.
Z. V.
Cozy place, tasty burgers. It seems small but there are seats downstairs as well.
N.
Great branch of this burger chain. It's usually busy on a Saturday evening at 7pm but there is seating at the bar and downstairs.
Recommend the Fritter burger if you're vegetarian, quite filling and comes with excellent rosemary salted chips done in a crispy style.
Efficient staff and upbeat atmosphere make this place recommended.
C. B.
Absolutely stunning burgers with the most amazing thyme chips. I had the Honest Burger with the thyme chips, Bacon Gravy (oooooh yeah) and wings! Wings were every bit as good as the burger. Very reasonably priced with a good array of craft larger. Good vibes and great decor! Highly recommended
S. L.
One of the best burgers we have had. Hats off to the staff as well. Very attentive without being in your face. Only suggestion would be a bit less salt on the chips.
K. B.
Pleasantly surprised at the delicious food served here. To our advantage, the kitchen had an extra order of wings. They are incredible!!! Not like the spicy American versions. The burger we shared was cooked perfectly to our liking and was really great! Would definitely recommend eating here!
V. M.
Tried the Kings Cross burger. Hot sauce was nicely complemented by the sour cream. Got this as a takeaway and was eating my way happily out of London Kings Cross 🙂
N. G.
Really enjoyed the food. They had really good chips too! Very friendly and polite staff. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning.
K. W.
Delicious burgers, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Happy days. You can tell they're good at what they do when the deliveroo boys are constantly picking up from the restaurant. This did not delay our food either! Impressed.
D.
My first stop in UK. I tried the Honest burger and I really liked it. It’s not the nicest looking burger but that doesn’t matter. It tasted really good. The staff was very friendly. I will come back next time.
J. S.
I had a nice vegan 'bleeding' burger at this branch of Honest Burger near Kings Cross.
The staff were good and attentive throughout the meal, though they did take a little while to provide us with our bill and take payments. This wouldn't normally matter, but as I had a train to catch, I was in a hurry.
Otherwise, they provided the venue to the end of a decent evening after work.
And I'd recommend the vegan burger, as someone who is not vegan, I enjoyed the taste and texture.
M. P.
Very good. The special kings cross burger with chilli sauce was top notch. Not very busy.
S. L. L.
Friendly staff, good service and nice food!!!
We have tried the fried chicken burger (available for a limited period only) and it is really delicious!
For students, present your student card while ordering and you will get 30% off!
M. T.
Good food and good service. Had the plant burger which has the Beyond Burger as the main pattie. Absolutely superb! Great chips as well. Also I'm pretty sure these were the best onion rings I've ever eaten, great with the chipotle mayo.
l. m.
Decent burgers, reasonable prices, rosemary chips included in the price although they were a bit salty. Nice atmosphere.
M. E.
We had the "Plant" burger which contains the Beyond Burger patty and it was super delicious. The Honest Burgers place at King's Cross is currently the only place in London that serves the Beyond Burger (to the best of my knowledge). However, the air conditioning downstairs was freezing (minus 1 star).
T. B.
Randomly came across Honest Burger while wandering around London. Their food is wonderfully full of flavour, if you are nearby I highly recommend you visit. The student deal, consisting of 2 burgers, 2 drinks and 2 fries for £15 is a steal!
Y. M.
I had a vegan burger and it was simply delicious. Their homemade lemonade was also a great complement. Wait time for a table for 2 on a Thursday night was about 20-25 minutes.
J. B.
Great food. Great staff very friendly and willing to discuss their recipes. My sons and I are looking forward to our next visit
.
B. W.
Great burgers, value for money. Good value children's menu. You get chips with every burger.
M. A.
Great burger, interesting flavours without losing balance and the meat taste. Burger was constructed well and held its form despite the amount of ingredients. Wings were well cooked and tasty, not buffalo unfortunately but still good. Needed a dipping sauce. Service was good. Oh, the rosemary fries were damn good. I'm definitely coming back for more!
A. R.
The tasty was excellent, but expensive for one small vegan burger per 14 pounds. I think for the price burger should be more bigger.
P. G.
Very good burger, tasty and moist dry aged beef. Asked for well done and it came out spot on. Friendly staff and a good menu.
D. O.
Really quick service, the food was delivered fast and made fast, without compromising the standards. The rosemary chips really are great. Easy burger joint that can fill you up.
L. T.
Honest Burger is a very modern burger restaurant with a wide variety of food on offer. Their menu is accessed via a QR code which is easily accessible on any smartphone, and service is prompt. I would definitely come here again, as the food is great and the staff are very friendly!
M. V.
Great option for a quick meal, dinners with friends or just simply socialising. Cocktails, great food and service. Worth a visit.
D. H.
Superb burgers & rosemary fries. Server was lovely and welcoming. Will be back!!
T. Z.
The vibe is amazing however they made me wait an hour for my takeaway order. They apologized and gave me a free drink. The wings were amazing however their burger was raw, im guessing they were trying to get my order out really quick, i couldn't return it because I was really hungry so i just had the wings and chips which came with the honest burger i ordered
C. W.
Went to try the new Beyond Burger in July and it was amazing! The staff there were lovely too :) I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
W. G.
Good Burgers. Meat & Vegan. Great fries and friendly service!
S. W.
Had the plant burger, that is the Beyond Meat burger. It was great. Service was poor. Food was good.
J. Z.
Thanks for introducing Beyond Meat with the Plant burger. Absolutely loved it! Also very good service from the staff. Will be happy to come back!
M. S.
nice and quick plus friendly service. My burger was a little dry but in general a great place for casual groups and dining for two. Great lemonade!
J. M.
Had a great veggie burger and pint here. Helpful & cheerful staff.
Struggled to make my train on time because I ate too much 🤣
R. C.
Fresh quick lunch. Burger was cooked perfectly
The place was also really busy for a lunch but service was still seemless.
Would recommend!
M. S.
Meal and service excellent but surprised don't serve desserts, why is that?
K.
Best vegan burger I've ever had (bacon plant) and the Burger Beer washed it down nicely. Lovely friendly staff too.
J. H.
Vegan plant based burger is absolutely delicious! Taste and texture is so similar to beef, couldn't tell the difference!
G. D.
Superb value, great fresh and tasty burgers with friendly and attentive staff!
L. G.
Absolutely lovely staff and incredible service. We went for the Boozy Brunch and it's incredible value for money, great food and great drinks. Highly recommended.
A. M.
The rosemary potatoes are a thing of their own. The burger was cooked to perfection, incredibly tasty! And I also had a tiki mule which I absolutely loved! I would 'honestly' go back!
M. S.
Really fast service, the food was really nice and we ask for one of the burguers to be a bit more done and they did it in 1 minute, brilliant service, the staff super friendly and the price is really fair.
K.
3 guys ate burgers and wings rated everything highly fair play
W. W.
To be*honest, it was a very good experience in this restaurant 🥰, especially the service here is super good, burgers 😋
With the kid meal , good for family as well.
Just around the corner, you will find it👍🏻👍🏻

Nice place, unique burger experience. I will go again.
f. f.
One of the best burger chains, never disappointed by the food.
A. M.
Five star became they serve a "beyond meat" vegan burger which tasted better than the actual animal meat burger! Hats off.
D. G.
Great burger, great service and good price.
A. G.
Great burgers. Order took more than 30 minutes to arrive but staff gave us the meal for free in return.
P. H.
Chill atmosphere. Good burgers! Friendly service. On a corner with large windows all around.
A. M.
The staff was so friendly. The environment was cool, the taste of the burger was acceptable but not my favourite.
A. E.
I visited here on my way as I was in London for work and the staff made me feel so at ease and welcome. My meal was calmly paced and the restaurant (although being fairly busy) was actually quite chilled out. The food was really tasty, I had the veggie burger which didn't feel like it was missing meat, it was super. Thanks for a lovely evening Honest Burger!
S. W.
Brilliant burgers. Really tasty. Would Defo Italy visit again, excellent service too.
w.
Delicious vege burgers, friendly stuff, very nice place overall. Highly recommend!
M.
One of the best burger and fries I've ever had.
S. R.
Love Honest Burgers. Delicious food, accommodating and fast service.
K. G.
Good food for okay prices. Staff was nice, service time could use a little improvement but overall, great experience.
A. S.
Nice Food....the chips are very amazing and homemade....i took the beef burger. It was very nice.
T. H.
The best burgers as always from Honest Burgers. They even have a plant burgers for non meat eaters, which my wife says is amazing! Every shop has a different special burger which is a nice touch as you can get something different every one you go into. Good local beer as well.
l. j.
Great food but a bit of a delay when they are busy. The fries were a tad on the salty side.
C. K. L.
The staff were wonderful: they kept us informed while waiting for a table, were very lovely to us and had a great sense of humour.
The food was delicious. I've never had rosemary chips before but they taste fantastic! The mint lemonade had a fresh flavour and was a great way to quench our thirst.
My friend who took us there said she was even more impressed than on previous visits, and had a high opinion of the place to begin with.
H. L. G.
Delicious food, very very overpriced! The service was awesome, everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially when I, as an American, needed all the ice for my soda. I would definitely recommend the food, it was great, the onion rings were yummy! Too pricey though... about $45.00 for 2 people... we ordered a Veggie burger and onion rings and a Cheeseburger with fries and 2 sodas...
A. H.
Great burger. Had the Kentucky Bourbon burger which is a new creation. Prompt service. Friendly and helpful staff.
M. S.
Handy place to eat if near Kings Cross. Friendly service and good burgers.
P. J.
Really like this place. Ultimately the menu is very simple, with about 6 choices of burger including the special. But they are all delicious and very different, so you can come back and have a very different meal. The chips are amazing, and the onion rings the best in London. But the real kicker is that everything can be gluten free, including the beer. Amazing. Best burger joint in London for all dietary requirements.
a. s.
The service was quick and friendly and the burger was probably one of the best vegetarian burgers I've ever had.
C.
Yum! Such good burgers and their rosemary chips are to die for!
K. P.
Very friendly staff, and the food was lovely. Great service and experience in general and they were more than happy to accommodate as a walk in (hard to come by in London these days)
C. B.
Honest burgers is the best burger place in London, every of their restaurants is at the same high standard.
Great burgers, and amazing rosemary fries.
They also offer chicken burgers and veggie burgers, and each place has their own specialized burger.
The restaurants are always clean, service is always quick when compared to other places, even during busy times. And staff has always been kind to me!
I love honest burgers!
W. S.
The best burgers, every single time
S. R.
Everyone about from our little one enjoyed their burger (and I think that's on the little one and not the burger). The chips were a bit disappointing but honestly I feel like that's probably more a symptom of being there in the middle of a weekday (a bit soggy and over salted).
Great vibe to the place with super friendly and helpful staff (we were bringing in a buggy and them immediately offered to take it and pop it out of the way, they also had crayons and paper for the little one).
The chips would have probably normally meant a 3 star review but the people deserved more
R.
Great burgers, great fries. Prompt service. Tried the special edition vegan burger and would put it up there with alongside some of the best meat burgers I've had. Cute little restaurant in kings cross. Would recommend. Only fault was that the table was sticky!
S. M. (. C.
As a Coeliac, I need to know I can find safe gluten free food, that tastes great, and is available while I'm on the move, having lunch meetings, ordering a cheeky Deliveroo, or bringing friends out to eat in Central or East London. Honest Burger hits all these marks spot-on. Tasty food, excellent service, great portions and a piece of mind when it comes to being safe from allergens, that I cannot fault. It's also nice to be on their mailing list, and know that any imaginative and yummy new burger ideas they come up with - I can actually enjoy, without worry of getting sick! Priceless. And Highly recommended.

5star review only , i loved it . If u go sure check out there boozy brunch menu .

I went to try out the Beyond Burger and it was absolutely fantastic. It's been a long long time since I've had such a good vegan burger that wasn't chickpeas.
The staff were all super lovely, very welcoming and patient with lots of allergen questions. Would definitely come back again. Here's hoping that the Beyond Burger gets a permanent place on their menu!

Well made Tribute burger and chips. Quick service on a Tuesday afternoon and the server was pleasant. Only 2 beer on tap, rest from aluminum can. Fair price for meal.
Burgers are on a butter bun and good portions, not small as other reviews stated. Typical size burger and chips.

Tasty burgers and fries...enjoy the homeade lemonade. Nice atmosphere and warm welcoming. Well done guys.
G. S.
if you want an excellent burger, just come here.
even though they're technically "a commercial chain" now, they haven't lost their genuine touch.
all venues have a distinct ambiance but they all share amazing food.
their menu is quite limited - with good reason. there's no frills, just really good burgers. (wings are finger licking good, if you leave without having had them, you're a fool).

First time trying Honest Burger. Met up with a group of friends and we had a great visit. The staff were very friendly, keeping us informed when arrived about wait time as we had a bit of a queue as you can't book a table here. A good choice of burgers, special burgers too. I enjoyed one of the specials with the amazing rosemary chips. Would visit again.
G. Z.
Amazing burgers! Every time I go here, I leave so full and happy!! The food is always cooked perfectly. The fries are great, but the onion rings are even better (in fact, the best I’ve found in London!) This is a great place for a quick bite and is definitely good value for such a great meal!!
H. D. V.
Nice burgers and really friendly personell. They asked whether I had any allergies or thinks I did not like to eat. There weren't, but the fact that they ask makes you feel valued. Also the burger was simple, but of really good quality. They also have nice homemade lemonade which is to be recommended.

Without question the best burger place to eat in all of England. That’s right, England!!! Me, my wife, and four friends received the best service start to finish. The atmosphere is the coolest, the staff is the nicest, and the food is the tastiest. The beyond burger was an amazing Choice for my vegan friend. I can’t rave about this place enough. Seriously a great restaurant and I will be sure all my friends visit this place. 5 stars forever!!!
C. O.
Small menu serving a limited selection of burgers which all come with perfectly cooked rosemary fries. The special Cheese Truck burger was cooked accurately however I would have preferred slightly more seasoning. The upstairs seating area can be quite noisy but no louder than other places although the music choice was a bit odd at times. Good service from pleasant staff.

I always go there for the plant-based burger from Beyond Meat. Brilliant. I've tried it in so many branches and always the same quality and pleasant experience. and if anything goes wrong, which happened a few times, staff always apologise and compensate in some way. Def not a place to spend a very long time, it's rather busy. More to have a good meal and go!
M. L.
Went here twice and I really liked here. Staffs are generally nice though very busy sometimes. You can choose betw beef and chicken patty and both of them are good tasting. Chips come out with rosemary salt on it. Tastes good but new. Most people drink beer with the burgers so have a try!
D. H.
Not surprisingly this place is famous for it's burgers and they do make fantastic burgers! The place have a kind of hipster feel to it I think and while not flashy it felt genuine. I'll also praise the staff, they were excellent really made me feel welcome. So, if you're out and about and in the mood for a burger this is a top notch place!
Z. Y.
Everyone I went with enjoyed their food. I wanted to try their plant based burger (which is a "Beyond Meat" patty) and was surprised. A decent alternative to a standard burger which ended up being well textured and a filling meal.
It's a shame I was just let down by the service as we asked for the meals come later in order to wait for fasting guests but this was confirmed then ignored. The guests just had a meal in front of them for 20 minutes to just end up lukewarm.
K. Y.
My girlfriend and I came here on our first night in the city. We just spent 5 days in Madrid so a good burger and a pint sounded fantastic. This place far exceeded our expectations. The quality of the meat was amazing, the fries were perfect, and the overall price for food and a couple of pints makes this place well worth it. Not only does this place have great food, it has an amazing service staff as well. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing. They were even very gracious when we asked some typical American touristy questions. We're only here for 3 nights and we might come back. I highly recommend coming here.
T. A.
One of the best Burgers we have ever eaten, they offer a good Variation and even for vegetarians they've got a really tasty Option. Really good meat! Their Rosemary Chips are really good as well. The staff and service is really nice - you don't have to wait for long.
C. L.
Been here a couple of times but about a 2 year gap between them so can’t really remember the first time. Second time I went not much to fault on except it was a little cold but the taste made up for it, loved the chips and the burger, get a decent portion too. Me being dumb at first panicked when I bit into the burger to see that it was red inside after moments of panicking I read up that it was a sliced meat not minced meat so you’re able to have it rare, medium-rare etc. So ate it all and best decision I made. Highly recommend the staff are lovely was only in there 5 minutes to pick my order and was offered sample drinks. Travelling to London rarely I always pop in when I’m there!
R. B.
Popped to the Kings Cross Honest Burger last Friday night to catch up with a friend. Fab customer service, the Friday night crew were really great, Friendly & genuinely enjoying their jobs, in a location I assume can get pretty hectic! The team were a real credit to the brand :)
Tasty burgers too!
T. E.
Good place to grab a burger and a drink with friends. Nice atmosphere, with seating across two floors. It seemed to be very popular - a good sign - although you may need to wait a few minutes to be seated depending on the day.
The staff are one of the highlights, as they were both fast and friendly.
W. L.
Chicken burger was tender and perfectly done. It was a bit of a wait on the weekend, so be ready to wait outside. So much chips on the plate so I won't recommend ordering extra fries! Was so full and happy when I stepped out. I love the organic ginger ale too.
A. P.
Fantastic. Loved the burger here and I went to the Liverpool Street branch, which shockingly, didn't have a queue either. The chips here is to due for and the burgers may not look filling but once you finish your meal, you'll be full. Staff were lovely and the food didn't take too long to come either. Honest burgers - one of my favourite burger spots now!
E. C.
Good food and drinks. Vegan burger was great!
C. D.
Very good burgers, with massive portion sizes, the onion rings and gravy are amazingly good. Service is super chilled without being rushed. Busy on a Friday night, so expect a small wait, but there is a large downstairs as well as the upstairs.
Also do delieveroo.
A. H.
Staff here are really kind and just great. Burgers fabulous, with generous student deal that can't be beat. Very fast service for ordering and getting food, but getting the bill can take a few minutes. And a shout out to the incredible rosemary chips!
L.
I'm drooling still thinking of my meal here, it was very good! I had the tribute burger which was delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked with a good amount of toppings. My only gripe was that the sauce fell out with each bite.
The rosemary fries were lovely and reminded me of roast dinners. We also tried the wings which were a cross between buffalo (without the tang and spice) and BBQ (buttery but not too sweet)!
To drink I tried the Honest g&t, a nice twist on a classic cocktail, with added grapefruit!
All in all I really enjoyed honest and will definitely visit again, really friendly staff and great music too!
R. S.
Limited options done well. The burgers are great and the side of chips is perfectly seasoned with rosemary salt. Beets Byron.
M. R.
I honestly (no pun intended!) can't remember when I last had a burger this good. Juicy, well seasoned and cooked to perfection with a little pink in the middle - it just melts in the mouth. And their rosemary-flavoured chips are so good, too.
When it comes to burgers they set the bar very high indeed - I'll definitely be going back for more soon!
L. V.
For fellow Antipodeans the prices may seem high, but the Christmas beef burger was a half pound absolute delight! The rosemary chips (with optional mayo) were great. Prices are in the £8-9 range for normal burgers and there are student deals with ID. Good bar, friendly staff. Happy to recommend.
K. L.
There are closer Honest Burgers to me but we had to visit this branch as they are the only branch with Beyond Meat burgers. I love a good burger and steak but decided to give it a go. It's hard to get nutritional information about the burger but taste wise, it's good. It's damn good in fact! On balance a meat burger does taste better, but it's really close
G. C. S.
Gorgeous food, great atmosphere. What's not to love!! The meat was absolutely divine. Melt in the mouth steaks and the rosemary fries were an excellent compliment to the dish! Will definitely be back next time we're in town!
A. S.
One of the best burgers I have ever tasted hands down! The beef patty was cooked to perfection. The chips were amazing and clearly hand cut and fresh! Highly recommend the onion rings- to die for! Staff was super friendly and service was impeccable!
S. L.
I have been to Honest Burgers at various of their branches. At this site the waitress was absolutely amazing! As I informed her about my food allergies she was very considered, explained their kitchen policy to me and how they handle the fried food (as I specifically asked about it and she told me all fried goods are gluten free - didn't know that and it's AMAZING!).
She also had a trainee with her who did a solid job.
Food was served within a reasonable time to be freshly prepared. Unfortunately, the rosemary chips were too salty, upon mentioning it to the waitress I got a replacement portion for free - that is professionalism, that I would not have expected from a fast food place if I am completely honest.
Even though Honest Burgers has already proven to be my Nr.1 Burger Place (despite the extra charge for gf buns they score with the Beyond Meat patty, Rubies in the Rubble mayo, the best chips and their incredible service staff) they have set the bar even higher with the effort of staff I have experienced on that occasion.
L. W.
I only went here for a quick bite, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was cool and the staff seemed very attentive.
I had the honest burger with rosemary chips and ordered a side of onion rings for the group. The onion rings tasted of fennel and were quite spicy, not to any of our liking, so I'd avoid them unless you like the sound of them!
The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the unisex bathroom. I accidentally went into a male cubicle, but I guess that's my own fault.
Other than that, I would happily return.
J. H.
Great service and great food! Really good for gluten free.
T. K.
Essu going, simple but good menu. Homemade lemonade. Good, fast service
R. D.
Honest makes my favourite burgers in London, and I go to a lot of burger restaurants. This is my favourite branch as it is much bigger than the other ones and doesn't usually involve much waiting around. The burgers are good quality, good value and just the right size. They are not overly greasy and come standard as a perfect medium pink. I love that chips are included in the price.
K. R.
I was really looking forward to this as lots of people had amped it up. there's only one veggie burger which is a fritter. I found the fritter really dry unfortunately so it was hard to chow down. seems lots of burger places here fry the patties so it would be nice to have a vegetarian option that isn't heavy. the rosemary salted chips are great though and the mint lemonade was nice and fresh. service was friendly and inside is a vintage kind of vibe.
M. V.
I have a feeling this place could sometimes be 5 star and sometimes much less. We hit it somewhere in between.
The place is quite trendy, often busy and the menu is simple but with something for everyone. Prices are good for central London and the restaurant is open late.
For us the staff were extremely friendly but service was slow, and not really sure why as there were plenty of people working. Food was tasty but not that hot and we needed to ask more than once for top up on our drinks during the meal, despite the staff collecting empty bottles and seeing our glasses were empty.
I would definitely come again, as the atmosphere was good. 3 stars.
K. M.
The service here is always friendly and fast. The food is always cooked very well and tastes amazing. I've never had an issue getting a table and there is a downstairs area with extra room. One of my favourite branches of Honest Burger.
N. O.
Really lovely burger and onion rings. Chips were fried nicely, but slightly too salty but I love the hint of rosemary I get ! Would definitely recommend.
T. A.
Prices were reasonable but nothing special here, service was also mediocre. Quite crowded.
M. A.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming, food was always great this my favourite place 😇
P. M.
One of the best burgers in London. Great taste!
C. A.
Top notch burgers, great customer service. Gotta love my honest burger.
Also, best onion rings in London.
Waitress go above and beyond giving tips to tourists too. Simply great!
C. K.
Not bad hamburger, fries are awesome made me deeply impression
G. A.
Vegi burger was really nice, great location
J. H.
Perfect atmosphere, friendly service and fabulous food!
The chips were tasty and original and burgers truly handmade. The caramelised onion is quite sweet, so if this is not your thing ask for something different in your burger.
I noticed many people coming here for after work drinks and a bite to eat, but this place accommodates groups and also dating couples.
M. H.
Always a tasty burger. They have local craft beers. Reasonably calm environment. The signature burger has onion jam in. The American style burger is good. They also have a type of "impossible" (vege, imitation meat) burger which people speak highly of.
A. C.
The veggie burger is soooo nice here
T. H.
Super fast service (in and out in 30 mins and I took my time!) and good atmosphere but an underwhelming veggie burger and chips. 'burger' was more like a spicy onion bhaji and it was virtually round which made it hard to eat. Bun was pretty nasty - springy and artificial tasting. Rosemary chips were plentiful but a little over done. Fine for a quick bite but didn't live up to the hype in other reviews.
S. K.
Great service, and got promptly sat at a great table. As a vegetarian, there is one option which is the fritter - but it is delicious. Ask half chips/half salad and a pint to go with the burger and you'll be set. The dips (such as curry source) are not vegetarian as the waiter pointed out when I tried to order it. The burger is large and filling. The buns in particular are also really good, and they have gluten free if you prefer (£1 extra).
J. T.
Lovely friendly staff. Best burgers in London by far. Up the road from kings cross past 5 guys. Why would anyone go to 5 guys for an overpriced rubbish burger, when you can go to Honest burgers and lord it basking in the glory of the finest burger you can get you face around! (Trust me I've tried them all and this is the best). Honest!
S. D. J.
Even though there are a lot of five star reviews already, I have to wright. The burgers here are amazing! Fair prices and the rosemary seasoned french fries are to die for! Gotta love the nice and warm staff and beautiful atmosphere in this restaurant. Definitely coming back!
J. T.
I have been to Honest Burgers quite a few times now, both this branch and the one in Soho. I have never been disappointed, except by the long queues. Unless you come early expect having to wait, maybe up to an hour.
The service is usually quick, even if the restaurant is full and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The burgers are probably the best ones I've had, simple but good, and come with really tasty rosemary salted chips.
I would really recommend Honest Burgers if you want a quick and tasty burger.
M. W.
Standard Honest Burger experience, meaning great food and great service. Had the plant based Beyond Burger which was pretty good. You can tell it is not meet but still way ahead of any veggie burger I've had and is pretty close to meat. Would have it again.
D. R.
I wasn't in the best of moods after my hotel was overbooked and I got sent to a Travelodge miles away due to everywhere else being fully booked inside of company policy.
However the burger was great, rosemary fries excellent and even though I was eating on my own it was a really comfortable environment. Staff and manager attentive and on hand to take additional orders.
Clean, friendly, hot food with good cider (& proper real ales and decent lagers) an easy choice of red, white or rose.I wasn't in the best of moods after my hotel was overbooked and I got sent to a Travelodge miles away due to everywhere else being fully booked inside of company policy.

An almost faultless burger experience. We had a bit of a wait, so hung at the bar for a bit, putting out the vibe...
The restaurant isn't huge, and some of the tables are quite small, but it's nicely kitted out.
The menu mostly stays the same, but there's also some brilliant specials to get you dribbling even more into your lap than you previously were. The burgers and rosemary chips really are awesome, although I think the salt levels on my fries was a bit unnecessary.
Looking forward to going back for more burger fun, and the guilty meat sweats that follow.
A. S.
Me and my partner visited this place while we were staying in London. We went to the restaurant about 9pm on Wednesday night and found it to be really busy. It was really loud in the restaurant because of the music also.
It was only a short wait to get a table which was good; we ordered some drinks at the bar while we waited, the bartender began serving someone else before doing my order and then only gave me one of the drinks I ordered but then gave me the other one after I asked again.
We both order the Honest Burger with the fries; the food was really good, would definitely recommend that burger.
When we left there was a bit of a mix up with our bill but the staff were able to fix it for us straight away.
It felt a bit chaotic while we were there and it looked like the staff didn't know what they were doing or where they should be but we would both still return again.
N. P.
A nice place to have a burger in London without breaking the bank. Very nice burgers, decent onion rings and even nice beer. Vegetarian option was also good. Service was attentive and courteous. Ask to be seated by the window for some nice London atmosphere.
H. D.
I ordered a takeaway burger and was told it would be ten minutes, maximum twelve. Thought that was a bit quick to be honest, and it took more like twenty but this didn't matter so much. Staff should probably just not said anything!
On to the meal. Ordered an Honest burger and was a bit disappointed. It's a solid burger in terms of bread and gubbins (onion jam for example) but the meat flavour and texture really let it down. Really not a lot going on in the meat department. Used to be a lot better. Rosemary salted chips were good though.
G. c.
The Honest burger and the trial Vegan burger here (Beyond Meat with vegan smoked Gouda, Chipotle ‘Mayo’, mustard, red onion, pickles, lettuce) were absolutely fabulous. The vegan burger was also eaten by a dedicated meat eater and was very convincing. I was not happy to see an extra £1 for a dash of vegan mayo (on the side) on my bill, as the waitress did not indicate this before. Service was good otherwise. I hope the Vegan burger stays...
M. K.
Great burger joint with a casual vibe and very friendly staff. I like that they are consistently accommodating towards those with allergies and/or intolerances — I for one have never felt unwelcome nor have I had problems with their food. Strong recommend.
n. s.
No the best burger eat so far ... probably a bit expensive for the real value...
P. H.
My colleagues and I go there on a weekly basis since I work near the place. We are always treated very well by the nice staff they have there and the food is always great. Honest really makes some of the best burgers in town and their specials are regularly very fancy and delicious. This branch (or any other) just never let us down.
T. B. K.
Friendly staff, good service, excellent burgers and a decent selection of beers. Still one of my favourite burger places in London. I definitely recommend!
It’s not very big and it’s usually crowded so expect a bit of a wait before getting table, you can enjoy a beer at the bar while waiting.
L. M.
Burger tastes great, nice portion of chips included. Decent variety on the menu, fast service and friendly staff. Can be difficult to get seating when it's busy, but they have a take away option if needed.
A.
Quite good, nice service - but hoped for much more after reading other reviews.
M.
Delicious Burger for reasonable prices. Highly recommend it!
B.
The plant-based burger is astonishing. Exactly like meat. I don't like many meat substitutes, but this one is excellent. The smoked Gouda is nice too. And the fries are herby. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic about the plant burger too. Can't fault it.
E. s.
Great burgers and awesome chips (although there are definitely less than there used to be but I don't need more), drinks are a touch on the pricey side but service is prompt and efficient. Great place to stop for a quick dinner and their specials are often very good plus the windows are great for people watching
J. H.
The plant burger special was really good - a fully vegan burger from Beyond Meat, which had a convincingly meat-like taste and texture. Unfortunately this is apparently only available for July 2018 and the staff said there were no plans to turn it into a permanent menu feature, despite its popularity.
I don't think I would go back once the Beyond Meat special has expired, because their regular veggie offering (a fritter of "market vegetables") doesn't really appeal - I've just never had an example of that style of "mixed veg" veggie burger which I actually liked.
J. B.
Seated, served and eating in under 15 minutes. Atmosphere was great with a rustic look, good music and friendly staff. The food was absolutely perfect, seasoned handcut chips were probably the best I've ever had and a really unique selection of burgers which tasted great. Very reasonably priced for central London and only a stones throw away from Kings Cross. 5/5 would certainly go back!
A. D.
Slight wait at a peak time, by that's was expected. Told to wait at the bar, but no one came to serve us, so we ended up waiting there. After being seated, we ordered and the food came relatively quickly. The chicken burger was good but very plain, even after applying sauce. Each portion with fries, came to around £10/11.
T. A.
The best Honest Burgers in London! I have visited 4 honest burgers in London that do the bottomless brunch service and the King's Cross branch is the best of them all. Notable mention to the supervisor/host Tom who gave an astounding and personable service that we could all relate to and feel comfortable with. Will definitely be returning with more friends.
T. G.
Kind staff and fast service! I had the plant based burger the other day and I really enjoyed it. I'm a meat eater myself and I had a real hard time figuring out how it was made. Thanks Honest Burgers for the meal!
B. O.
We had brunch here, well we ended up having lunch. Very good customer service. Paul, who usually works at the Oxford circus branch was very easy to talk to, gave good recommendations and served us all well. They just need to control their chef who kept effing and blinding - think a waiter got the order wrong and had to return the food :/
L. T.
Honest Burgers is a favourite of mine, but I'll not return to this branch. The table was sticky beyond beliefs, and the waitress was grumpy. The food was ok - the burger didn't come as ordered.
C. N.
Strongly suggest you come here. The chips are seasoned with rosemary and the burgers are at the highest quality. Has a quirky setting and the staff are happy to help. Menu isn't the biggest, however the options you do get are good enough to make up for this.

Awesome place, staff are attentive and the burger is fabulous

This is the third different Honest Burgers restaurant I've been to and I was not disappointed. Same super tasty burgers, fantastic fries and excellent, quick service. Tried their new Plant burger and it was surprisingly good, hard to tell it was not meat. Loved it!
m. s.
A great Honest Burger venue. Visited with work to try the new Vegan Burger. It really has to be tried to be believed, if I wasn't told it was vegan I don't think I would have known. It browns up nicely on the outside with a pink hue in the middle due to the infusion of beetroot juice. It tastes and looks so similar to a normal beef burger!!
L.
Yummy burger! They have a big range for you vegans but also do some absolutely killer beef burgers, stacked high with lots of toppings! Great fries, well worth the money!
N. F.
Great burgers, fabulous onion rings, and fantastic staff! (Also fries. The fries were fabu, too.)
Keep in mind that you may have to share a four top with another couple if it's busy, but there's nothing wrong with making new friends!
S. C.
Very tasty wings lots of flavour and the dip was nice to..
M. a. J.
Wish I could give this chain 6 stars. Been a few times- never disappoints. It’s totally amazing. Quality meat, cooked just as requested, quick service, great fries, good sauce options, friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. Really hope they maintain this high standard!
J. S.
Friendly staff. Food was great. Burgers were a bit on the pricey side but the quality was there so we didn't mind.
Nice atmosphere too.
J. E.
I really like this place, it really shows Byron up and has become a bit of a staple for a last minute lazy date night. The specials are always delicious, the Rosemary fries are really good and included. The bacon ketchup is a must. Pretty good value for the market and location. Staff are always really helpful and friendly.
E. M.
Good solid burger joint, food comes super quick as it should, great fries (a must), decent coleslaw. Chicken burger is excellent, beef burgers are fine but the specials are great if you luck out and they've got a good un on (change them every 2 weeks). The frontier beer isn't great so ask them what bottles they have in the fridge, usually some decent IPAs and craft lagers back there
J. C.
Quite a limited menu (and no desserts) but everything we ordered was delicious. We were seated quickly despite not having a reservation (did visit on a Tuesday night but the place was still pretty full) and our servers were friendly and attentive. Would recommend as a great place for a quick meal not too far from Kings X station
P. B.
Utterly, and completely satisfied with Honest Burgers. I stumbled upon one of the many branches around London, whenever I moved in to where I currently live which is between Kings Cross and Angel. I kept running into the Kingscross branch and purposefully refused not to stop to indulge myself with a burger as I avoid burgers by all means. I have healthy eating habits, and having a burger stands against my current habits.
However, as I walked multiple times by it, I just realised how good the burgers as the place was always live and the customers' face expressions summed up their experience: genuine satisfaction!
I went in to have a burger, which started off a journey for me as a customer, and as a true fan of Honest Burgers. I am not a fan of burgers, and, if I am eating a burger, such has to be HONEST BURGERI have embarked on the exciting journey to try each branch's ocal burgers (burgers which are solely offered on each branch specifically), fully providing a total different burst of flavour to my tasting buds!
Customer service is friendly, and considerate!
P. C.
Great selection of delicious burgers and chicken but the selection of real ales could be better. Good sized portions. Great, friendly, and efficient staff. Be prepared to wait for at 15 minutes during busy times.
T. C.
Awesome burgers, excellent service and great value for money.
Visited with a group of friends on Friday evening, it was busy but had a great atmosphere. Paul provided excellent service, recommended the special which was sooo good and really looked after us! Way better than five guys or byron!
J. C.
Fantastic burger restaurant, with trendy relaxed vibe. Super friendly staff with a simple but effective menu.
Burgers taste great, fries are crunchy and the gin is flowing. Decent value as well, burger fries and a couple of gin cocktails came to £25 with service and water.
A. P.
Well, nice place to have a burger, I've been in this honest second time.
Very kind and nice service, the only problem like for me is, that (what I have noticed) you will be served by more than one person, maybe it's the culture of this place, I don't know.
They work hard to offer the high standards of "burger world" and excellent customer service.
R. M.
If you need something to eat before grabbing a train, then this is definitely a good option. However, they're pretty popular so you can expect an hour wait or more if you go at a busy time. I'd recommend dropping by for an early dinner. We had super quick service, burgers were done perfectly and the portion size doesn't leave you feeling like you need to be rolled out of the restaurant. Surprisingly affordable too - burgers, sides, and a few beers came in at under £50 for two.
K. M.
Real beef in the burgers here. Came for dinner with a friend and we had the trademark honest burger with rosemary salted chips. The beef in the burger comes standard as medium rare unless you specify otherwise and unlike a lot of other burger places in central London, the meat here isn't processed at all. The chips portion is big enough to leave you full and then some, and the sauces top it off sumptuously. The staff are friendly and bantered with us for the duration of the meal and the lively atmosphere was pleasant.
F. E.
Great burgers and amazing fries. Couldn’t recommend the food enough. Only marked as a 4 as the staff forgot to get a order from us. Sure it was a accident and would have marked as 5
S. C.
Nice place to stop and grab dinner. Unfortunately the buns were slightly greasy but the burgers were tasty none the less. Service was a little slow but I get the feeling it was a new member of staff serving us.
J. B.
Great food (a burger place that does the patty right), good deals/promotions (student discount etc.) and exceptionally friendly staffs at the Kings Cross branch ! When one of our order got mixed up and the wrong plate came out (they mixed out our 'chili' burger to a 'chicken' burger), the male staff who brought us our order handled the situation so well - he apologized, left the chicken burger with us to munch on the fries while we wait all the while being very friendly and sincere. Highly recommend !!
P.
Honestly, these are real burgers and the meat used is delicious, with a real taste of meat. Forget any other fast food burger place and treat yourself to a real burger here. Fast foods should be enjoyed occasionally and not on a daily basis. Home food is still best though 🤗
V. A.
Their Louisiana burger is one of the very few burgers that really makes me happy. I don't say that lightly, as my usual experience having burgers is, step 1, get excited, step 2, have burger, step 3, regret having had a burger. Now, of course, the Louisiana is a seasonal offer, and it's not always there.
In any case, excellent down to earth burgers and chips, do the name justice.

Yum yum yum – Honest burgers might be my fave of the very many burger places in London! Really tasty burgers and amazing rosemary chips are the perfect indulgent dinner. They had an amazing special burger at Christmas with camembert on it – it was incredible! I have always found the honest staff to be very helpful and the restaurants an enjoyable experience to dine in. Top of the burger chain!
P. L.
Very good burgers. Our entire family enjoyed our meal. I particularly enjoyed the special of the day (the Mother Clucker). Service was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
A. K.
Busy Place, did not make a reservation (it was a Wednesday) but were ask to wait for a couple of minutes at the bar, seated and served within minutes, staff very friendly, ordered the honest burger (£12) with rosmarin fries which was juicy and flavorful but not that special. Overall experience was top-notch. Will come again.
A. S.
I went to the King's Cross branch for trying the BeyondMeat burger. It was really amazing and the taste was incredibly similar to real meat. The fries are great as usual: crispy outside and soft inside, with generous rosemary and sea salt. On the downside, the staff is a bit cold and when I asked to sit downstairs, they said it was not possible at the moment because there were no seats available. But when I went downstairs to reach the looms I realised the floor was almost empty.

Super kind and friendly people working here! Thanks a lot! We loved this place and we loved the food. Tasty and very, very clean. Really good prices as well.
Big restaurant, quiet, clean toilets and two floors. I will recommend it 100%!!!
J. G.
Amazing food great friendly service.
As a proud meat eater I tried a plant base meat vegan burger and I couldn't taste the difference!!
Almost converted me. The chips were out of this world!!
👍👍💯💯👍👍
g. G.
Vegan burger is amazing. The French fries were good (nice to put rosemary in it) but Abit too salty. The standard burger is not outstanding though
A. K.
Very good burger - all fresh ingredients - awesome, friendly staff... right from the moment you arrive to when you’re heading out the door - I was there the afternoon of May 27 and left behind an expensive light jacket. I called them and they had put it aside for me - HONEST Burgers truly lived up to it’s name: thank you :-)
D. N.
Went for the vegan plant based burgers from beyond the meat company. Nice fresh food with a good selection of drinks. Friendly staff who know the menu well, would recommend if you fancy a quick burger and fries.
T. E. J.
Im giving this place an "honest" three stars. Two stars for the food. First time I had this honest burger that everyone was raving about, well they were all raving good. The burger was tasty albeit a bit small for my liking but it was damn tasty.
One star for service. I had no problem with the service in fact the waiter was pretty good sport for not laughing too hard when I asked for the chipolata sauce.... lol. Two stars they missed was adequate seating space for those on the large size. Yes bellies were on the tables as there was just not enough space for me to fully enjoy my meal. I will be back to see if any improvements.

As you can imagine when you're living in London you go out for food more than other cities due it's life stile ,
I have been to many restaurants that serve burgers and all are good in their own way , but this burger place is standing above everyone else for their excellent food, staff and decor.
All burgers, starters and side dishes are wonderful and as a cherry on top bar is something to look for.
My wife is vegeterian and we go to this resturant at least every other week for their plant burger
Which is the only place in UK at the time I'm writing this review you can get beyond meat bleeding burger from US.
I'm eating meat I have been eating plant burger for past 10 times as it is fabulous.
Please try it , don't thing that it is vegan or I want my meat, try it and if you didn't like it you can ask for your money back.
But that is not gonna happen , I have givven it five stars, simply because it ticks all the boxes is out there to make a burger place a five star establishment
K. S.
Has superb service and a nice clean and modern space which really adds to the experience. The waitress asked me if I was allergic to anything and when I said ‘being hungry’ I was given a complimentary bowl of chips. Brilliant food, which is making my mouth water as I think about it, and I cannot wait to visit again!
D. C.
Disappointed after reading so many positive reviews...
The place is very nice and the service was good, but I was expecting more by the food.
The Burger was good, but the bun was over-toasted (bottom was almost burnt) and the fries were fresh, but flooded in salt which made them almost impossible to eat.
Maybe I wasn't lucky, but I was definitely expecting more by a Honest Burgers.
E. B.
Simple menu but really easy to customise. Burgers are brilliant as you'd expect and Chips are fantastic as well. Cocktails for £6. No booking for groups smaller than 8. Tend to crowd quite a few people into small tables so is quite cosy.
N. A.
Pretty good burgers, they stay true to their value - good burgers ! The chips could be a lot better, it's just dry and stiff almost feels like frozen chips. I'd definitely go back for the burgers.
J. K.
Always great service, food cooked to perfection and the added additions are some of the best. Try the bacon gravy best in London and the hot wings have the perfect balance of spice. The ideal spot for a quick bite to eat or a nice lunch.
W. W. K.
It was okay. Nice burgers but I wouldn't call it "the best in London". The chicken wings we ordered "to share" came well after we finished our main meal, the burgers. There were only a few customers so I don't understand how they can mess up such a basic order.
A. K.
Best burgers in london hands down. Friendly to all diets.
J. T.
Honest Burger offers arguably the best burgers out of any restaurant chain in London. They are juice, quality burgers and the rustic styling of the restaurants also makes you feel relaxed and at home. Well worth a try but expect queues at the Soho branch.
A. M.
These were some of the best burgers I have ever had, and I'm from the southern United States. Great atmosphere and service. Liquor selection and house specials were also impressive.
M. T.
One of the best burger places in London! The place is amazing and the staff are very nice and friendly, but even if its only takeout, it's still 5/5!
K. P.
Went here for the beyond burger. It's amazing, I haven't eaten meat in a while so my taste buds could be wrong but I went here with my friend who eats meat and was told that it tastes spookily like a real beef burger.
Service was great, will definitely be coming back again.
N. S.
A seriously delicious burger! A great dining experience from beginning to end. The trendy-yet-rustic interior really adds to the experience, and each burger is accompanied by a free, hearty portion of chips (or sub for onion rings!). The service is super quick, and the staff are chatty and friendly. A definite competitor for other "gourmet" burger places like Five Guys and Carnaby Burger Co. Just try it. SOOOOOO good. Honestly.
M. B.
The food was great. My chilli burger with rosemary salted fries was very good. The chicken burger was also very good. Small menu but done very well and a much nicer atmosphere than the burger chain further down the road.
D. P.
Honest Burgers are probably the most famous burger place everyone knows about and no one talks about. When you ask for someone to go for a great burger, people seem to forget but when you mention it, they demand you go.
I went to this one near Kings Cross, which even the location it wasn't busy, it seems to be pretty massive, not sure what the other ones are like.
The main thing you are going for when you go to a burger place is the meat, now Honest Burgers are supplied by Ginger Pig Butcher who have a reputation for amazing meat in London. Once you try the food here, you will see why.
Now they have a very simple menu, beef or chicken, I would have loved if they served lamb, but they didn't at the time, but I guess that is why they are honest, keeping it simple.
The chips have Rosemary salt on them and now I know that's a thing, I am very much a fan of it.
You can some sides and cheese etc, I went for the honest burger with everything on it and it was under £10, which for the location and the meat I thought was reasonable.
So if you are in the area waiting and you want good food, I would suggest you take a little bit of a walk away from McDonalds and go here.
O. D.
Best burger I tried in my life!
D. C.
Excellent student value - £15 for lunch - 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and 2 chips, available Monday-Thursday after 2pm. The burgers are generously sized, as is the portion of chips, and the half pint of beer included hits the spot. Highly recommend
C. V. D. K.
I really recommend this place! Great service and food is amazing. They really pay attention to details. My burger was cooked perfectly. So don’t doubt to visit it if you are around King Cross Station
E. B. B.
We went there for lunch on Saturday and the waitress, a lady with Asian features, advised me that the relish has seafood in it. This is something that I had never been told in other Honest Burgers and hence my 5 stars because of her!
PS: The brand could include some allergens information in the menu to prevent anything unfortunate from happening.
Z. D.
Love this place, food is delicious (as are the cocktails) but very simple and consistent. I go here a fair bit, it's a great burger joint and the service is fantastic! Really friendly and welcoming place, not too expensive either!
P. L.
Nice burger and rosemary flavoured chips. I had the February's special - the fondue burger. Was quite tasty but not as good as expected from description.
A. C.
Fyi- vegan mayo is an extra £1, even though standard Mayo is free. We didn't know this until the bill arrived. Otherwise burgers - beef and plant based - were great!
M. A.
This location has the Beyond Meat burger, which is better than the Impossible Burger I had in Napa. I replaced the vegan cheese with real cheese though because vegan cheese is impossible to eat and beyond disgusting. The waitress was so kind and helpful. The beer selection was ok. Definitely ngood for a corner hamburger place. I would definitely come back.
E. P.
Went here for lunch and had the King's Cross burger. First of all the burger was delicious and so were the fries. Secondly the service was good. Lastly the prices were cheap! I recommend you visit for the food 👍
A. I.
Went there to try their burgers with the Beyond Burger patty - it was one of the best burgers I've tried. Chips, lightly seasoned with rosemary taste very well and burgers are incredible. I just hope that they keep the Beyond Burger because it's just delicious!
J. L.
Incredible experience. Came for a quick bite (a bit frustrated after a poor experience trying to order at another Kings Cross establishment) and was blown away by the service. Ended up chatting with the manager who told us about how the chips are made - legit. Not dumped out of a frozen bag into a deep fryer. I'll be coming back.
D. C.
The introduction of the 100% vegan plant based Beyond Burger is incredible. I went there with vegans and non-vegans and everyone absolutely loved it ! Incredible. Slightly too much rosemary on the chips though
S. G.
What a find this burger joint was! The fried chicken special along with the rosemary salted chips were A1! The staff were very kind & helpful aswell! Defo recommend! The bacon gravy was also a nice touch 👌🏻
J.
Would say it's ok for a burger, but not if you'd like to not chase the waiting staff a few times, then it's not for you.
Our service was a little lacking:
- Our drink was sent to another table.
- Our onion rings arrived well before our burgers and were starting to get cold when the rest of the food arrived.
- we were not asked if we'd like a dessert and our plates weren't cleared afterwards
- had to ask for the bill twice to wrap it up.
n. r.
We came to try the new beyond meat burger and were not dissapointed. Easily the best burger I've ever eaten. Service very friendly and food not expensive. We'll be back.
B. L.
Wow can't believe I'm the first one to leave a review here!
Heard of this Brixton originated London specific chained burger joint a while ago, and finally got to try it as my current client is based right opposite this place.
Offers a simple and inexpensive burger menu, with under 8 type of beef/ pork/ chicken/ veg burger to select from, and all burger comes with nicely seasoned rosemary fries. Average burger costs £8.50 - only a tiny bit more than a city office lunch for a very decent lunch experience.
Also offers pale ale and other tempting alcoholic beverages.
m. d. Q.
Second time here, great service great food
C. B.
Burgers are really good. That's the bottom line. Chips are pretty delicious too. Bit cramped for my tastes and inevitably very busy, but staff are nice and prices not too pricey. Would go back.
S. D.
The queues for Honest Burger can reach 2.5 hours in Soho but head here for a calm, queue-free meal with those spectacular rosemary chips. The chips alone get my 5 stars, but sadly I chose to have my Honest burger medium rare; a mistake as it was far too raw for my tastes. Also, the brioche bun obscured the taste of the fillings; mature cheese, bacon and relish. Still, cool decor, quick service, and decent price.
J. C.
Nice location and good interior. Good burger!
J. P.
Really good burgers. I would suggest the chilli burger. They have great gluten free options such as gf buns, burgers, beer and onion rings. Rosemary chips are great. They even have vegan meat free burgers that looked the same as a normal burger.
N. K.
Used to be better but then again I used to eat meat. The vegan burger is underwhelming and over priced. Better one at Mildred's accross the road. The chip portion seems to have got smaller and again very overpriced
A. K.
Great burger joint a short walk away from Kings Cross station. Menu is small, and this seems to have the advantage that you don't spend ages debating what you want to order. Also absolutely loved the chips!
P. S.
Decent burger. Could use salt at the tables. The music was a bit too loud and the ever so approaching waitress was a tad stressful. A nice place though. Good drinks. Nicely sized portions
K. I.
One of the best food experiences I have had in any Honest Burgers.
Food was immaculate and was above Honest's already lofty standards and the service was extremely knowledgable and friendly.
Great treat after a long train journey!
C. W.
Excellent variety and quality of burgers, for a price you’d expect in London. Seating was a little cramped for a booking of 10, but were served well and in a timely manner nonetheless.
M. M. W.
The most wonderful vegan burgers and the best onion rings (the size of my head) I've ever had. Really nice atmosphere, service on point and oh my god, the rosemary chips.
M. E.
Great hearty burgers and chips! I have ordered from here a few times and every time I get something from the quality is fantastic! I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a good filling meal!
S. R.
The service was prompt and friendly and the food was very tasty! I can recommend the plant burger - you might be surprised at how nice it is! Nice to see some local craft beers on the menu too.
D. P.
Great quality food - Gluten free options too - good service
D. R.
Some of the best burgers in town . The menu has around 9 different burgers on the menu which includes a vegetarian fritter burger. The chips have really good seasoning on them. You won't go wrong!
L. D.
Great veggie and vegan burger on offer. Would thoroughly recommend the plant burger and the onion rings. Staff were friendly and very accommodating to a large group.
A. L.
The burger was very tasty. Prices are on the high side as expected. Service is good.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a decent burger in the city.
D. H.
The most amazing burger of all time, no reviw can do it justice. Both burger and chips are totally amazing and we'll worth a tenner.
The mrs had a gluten free bun and said we have to come back.
N. B.
Stopped off here to grab a bite to eat before heading off to midweek match at the Emirates, very pleased with the decision. Very tasty burgers ( Tribute ), and local craft beer ( N1 ), cosy atmosphere and good service, only criticism would be burger buns were a bit oily.
C. T.
Good burgers, really attentive and swift service. I went with Help Out to Eat Out and so it was reasonably priced. I think it's a bit expensive otherwise.
N. C.
Decent food for decent price worth a try.
G. B.
Love your honest to goodness food. Love your Kings Cross awesome staff too! Highly recommend-
J. “. C.
Amazing burgers, with a super nice place.
J. P.
We walked through a bustling Portobello Road market, and soon arrived at Honest Burgers' newest addition to their burger family – in the lovely climbs of Portobello Road.
I was impressed to learn from the friendly Phil that all the items on the menu were gluten-free, except the black pudding special, and that we just needed to mention to our waitress that gluten-free buns would be required.
As there was so many choices on the menu, we decided to take our lovely waitress Mia’s recommendation of getting Tribute and Honest burgers, so we could try their original burger and their new American Tribute burger.
After waiting for 30mins, we were served perfectly cooked beef patties in toasted gluten-free buns accompanied by their wonderful lightly-salted rosemary chips. Fabulous Ginger Pig Dry Aged beef patties, they had a wonderful depth of flavour, which was complemented particularly by the dill pickles.
It was a close competition between the Honest and Tribute burgers, but the Honest won as we loved the red onion relish which complemented the grassy, irony flavours of the dry aged beef. We think that some people may enjoy the Tribute with the American cheese – it has a distinct flavour which you will appreciate if you have grown up with it.
Great value as you can get a burger and chips for £8-£10, and they have a veg option of a Fritter burger for £6.50; which we heard from our Australian neighbours were amazing with a crunchy batter exterior.
Good friendly service, especially from the lovely Mia.

I'm a burger fan. I love burgers. I know a good burger when I taste one. Honest Burgers may have just taken my number one spot!!
With a few hours to spare before our train, my colleague recommended Honest Burgers for a bit to eat, and I was very, very impressed.
I ordered their special which was Beef, Manchego cheese, Brindisa chorizo, Honest chimichurri and chipotle mayonnaise with chips. Washed down with one of their recommended lagers. I was absolutely stuffed, the portion was a great size, and very well priced for the location. Really can't recommend this place highly enough to any foodie or burger fan!
L. I.
Today after starting my day on the wrong foot I decided to treat myself to one of my favorite things in the world - a burger. After my last disappointment with other famous brands nearby I decided to go for something I have not tried before - Honest Burgers and to answer myself what is so honest about them burgers. What I found out was something else. I was in a bit of a rush so I had to take my order on the go but let me start by saying that this small joint has got more atmosphere than I have seen in a while and to my pleasant surprise the staff makes the whole experience even better being friendly and trying to start a conversation rather than just dropping you off at a table and bringing you your food. The wait times are not that long considering it is not a self service place so I sat by the bar waiting for my order. And then it came. The burger, the double Roast, the finger of the god of burgers that blessed my tongue. I took it back to work, I opened it up and dug into that towering friendly giant. The scent of herbs and the appeal of the burger itself was watering my mouth. So I started eating it. For a brief moment I thought I reconnected to my long lost childhood. I felt like running down the street my parents still live on, with my childhood friends, laughing and playing. If there is a very few things I know it is burgers, pizza, coffee and beer and boy oh boy did these guys deliver on the burgers. After I went through the burger I had my attention on the chips (I eat one after the other, don't ask). You know often after a very impressive burger I have been served a disappointing batch of chips - too soggy, or too salty, or no salt at all, or worst of all defrosted and store bought. This was not the case - thick, crispy, salty but not too much - absolute chips perfection as far as I am concerned. Overall this is among the best burgers I have had the pleasure of tasting. Everything was spot on. As to why they are Honest Burger - because it is a straightforward burger that puts the patty in the middle of the stage, making it the star of the show. Keep up the good job guys and I will see you all very soon.
L. W.
Cool atmosphere and really yummy food. The rosemary salted chips are an absolute must. Great stilton burger, and the 'botanical gardens' cocktail is a winner. Great service too.
T. H.
Very tasty burgers and exceptional chips. The restaurant is bright and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I passed several other burger places to go to Honest Burgers
V. A.
I used to come and have a burger once or twice per week when I worked around this area. I'm still missing it. Best burgers in town so far. Delicious fries. Friendly staff. <33333
P. S.
Absolutely fab place to eat. Burger - amazing. Rosemary salted chips - amazing. Onion rings - off the scale. Friendly non-pushy staff. Would def eat again!
S. U.
Good value for money and the fries are delicious! You can find better meet in other burgers in London imo, but still would recommend
S. L.
Had the burger last sunday at King Cross and immediately love the food and place. Since Im going home tomorrow, I might as well have another bite as it could be another year before I return. Same standard and its a very high one. Going to miss this burger joint when Im home as well as the friendly bar lady who enquired about my burger, refilling of still water etc. Honestly, this is the only place that I had patronised more than once!
R. D.
I have written enough about honest burgers, but every branch I have tried has the same superb quality. I was with an American friend who usually lavishes ketchup and mustard all over the beef party before eating and she ate half of it before realising she'd not plaster it with condiments because it was §ő ğööđ!
A. L.
Had a really great time here with a group of friends. They're usually quite packed but I personally think it's worth the wait. The fries are a little salty but get washed down well with margaritas
G. B.
Another Honest Burgers. You get what you expect: a decent burger with great rosemary chips in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.
The latest location of the quickly growing British burger restaurant micro-chain Honest Burgers is located just a short walk from King’s Cross and St. Pancras International stations. And while I have not yet been to the Camden and Portobello shops, I think it is safe to say that their King’s Cross restaurant is the biggest so far, it even has two levels with an open kitchen downstairs. The wooden interior gives this branch a nice atmosphere, in line with the other two Honest Burgers I know.
If you have been to any other Honest Burgers branch, you will know what to expect. A delicious and solid burger with noteworthy rosemary chips that are among the best in London, I would say.
When I went on the opening day, I ordered the excellent Christmas special: juicy beef patty, camembert cheese, cranberry sauce, smoked bacon and rocket. For me, this burger is probably as good as any burger could ever get, cranberry sauce and camembert is a winner combination and works very well with the beef patty and the smoked bacon. I was only a bit disappointed to see that the bun was a bit soggy and basically could not copy with all the toppings, which made this meal a bit more messy than usual at Honest Burgers - not less enjoyable though.
In general, Honest Burgers have a simple menu. It is easy to read and without too many options, so you can order quickly. However, they always have some special burgers on and I was told that only the Portobello and King’s Cross branches will offer the Tribute burger. So if you’re into the Tribute, you now have two locations to choose.
Service was friendly, and despite the waiting time before anyone even came up to me to check where they could seat me, I enjoyed my visit at this new Honest Burgers branch. They still do not offer any desserts, and I am not yet sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. But no matter if you have a sweet tooth or not, I can only recommend Honest Burgers for what they do, because they do it well: burgers.
M. S.
Tasty burgers, but that aside the MINT LEMONADE is a MUST-TRY! Absolutely amazing. Not exactly the cheapest place but okay as for London. The quality, service and location are worth the price.
D. Y.
Beautiful gourmet burgers, served fast. Lovely staff, nice relaxed atmosphere. Reasonably priced for the quality of food. Bacon gravy... What more can I say.
S. G.
just waiting on train to Paris. wanted some tasty reasonably priced food. stumbled on this joint. what a find. lovely staff, great food, quick service and good price. toilets clean, bit rustic but that ties in with the general vibe. would defo recommend. will visit again
M. Y.
Good food and priced okay for London. A few times I have been in and the staff always seem to be stressed/tired or not approachable. Not sure if a coincidence or what.. but at £13-15.00 a meal, would be nice to be greeted with a smile 😊
r. a.
Great service and very friendly staff. I ordered medium well done burger and it came medium rare, I told the staff and they were very nice and helpful and replaced my burger and gave us extra onion rings.
O. S.
Great service, cozy fun atmosphere. Burger was great! The waitresses will always find a magical way of making the drinks appear!
D. M.
A really delicious burger accompanied by some very tasty chips. The menu is small but everything that is there is top drawer. Definitely recommend going here.
L. W.
Great service. Awesome burgers. I had the veggie fritter burger and it's such a unique and delicious take on a regular burger. My husband loved his burger as well.
m. u.
The vegan burger is fantastic 🤩 A must-visit!!!
S. A. W.
The best taste of burgers and the good prices
R. R.
Good high quality burgers... But understaffed for the number of customers that patronise the place. Food was lukewarm by the time the overworked friendly staff managed to bring it to our table.
H. R.
Great food - the meatless burger was soooo good. And our food came out super quick. Would defo recommend
D. S.
I tried the Vegan Plant Burger which is only available at a limited number of places such as this one.
It was actually really nice I would recommend giving it a try. Good service not sure I'm a fan of the jar like wine glasses.
T. A.
Between this and GBK, I'd go for an Honest Burger any day. The quality of the food is just so much better. The service is lacking in certain aspects, and the place could be a bit more homely, but it's still an easy recommendation.
F. C. M.
Had the beyond burger here and it was incredible! Ordered a second straight away.
The service as great, speedy, friendly, and fun. Yummy cocktails and well priced.
C. M.
Honestly, this is a goooood burger joint. Let's honest, there are a shed load of gourmet burger restaurants in the big smoke so the fight for the best burger in town has never been stiffer. In a world where foie gras and cavier topped burgers are winning plaudits Honest Burger are never going to offer the no 1 champ of the world but they can definitely offer the best on the high street. Great service, ambience and a simple and effective menu means you won't be disappointed. Honestly.
J. G.
Burgers are ok, the best for the area but normal for a burger place. But the service is always quite poor. For example today I called and they guaranteed they would have a table in 30 min. Sadly once I arrived only the bar by the door was available
M. N.
Some of the best burgers in London, perfectly complimented with the tasty chips seasoned with lots of rosemary and salt. Try the Kona 'Big Wave' beer available as a bottle, it's an amazing craft beer.
j. g.
We got there first thing in the morning so weren't able to try their burgers, their full breakfast though was top notch, the staff made us feel very welcome also. I would recommend one of their smoothies if you get the chance!
V. P.
There is still hope! Had a few bad experiences at Honest Burger in a different location, but this one nailed. The burger was delicious, like it was in the "old days". And top quality music :)
R. H.
Love this gaff. Awesome tribute burger and rosemary fries should be enjoyed with the mojito lemonade as often as humanly possible. This place will make middle age spread. Spread.
M. M.
This place gave me back my love for Honest Burgers The staff had is the reason why: Guys you are superb
Also things that made me stop visiting HB don't happened here.
I've been visiting Honest friends Burgers since 2012, and I honestly say .. I've found the best HB in London
M. A.
Easily the best burger I've had in London. Perfectly cooked and very delicious. Their own pale ale is very tasty.
J. D.
Amazing burgers! Super friendly staff. Our picky eating 10 year old cleaned her plate. She loved the kid burger.
S. M.
It might not look like much, but this place is amazing. Quite inexpensive for the area, and they have some of the very best burgers around.
Drinks menu is quite lacking, but the quality of the food more than makes up for that.
A. H.
Sat at the bar here one evening and enjoyed these impeccable burgers with some Kernel lager. I love Honest Burger. From the food to the service it's all pretty darn good!
R. W.
Gluten free goodness!
Gluten free onion ring, fries, burger, buns.... Wow!
Not overly greasy burger, medium rare patty.
Strongly recommend celiacs in London !
F. D.
Burgers were very good also with the homemade fries! Serving went very fast. Also we recommend the chicken wings as appetiser, they were delicious!!
P. K.
The burgers are like, a 8/10 - some aren't quite perfectly balanced but still very good. The staff are really great.
M.
I had the best burger I’ve ever eaten here! Not even joking. Try the Kings Cross offer. You won’t regret it
W. B.
Had to try the Plant Burger. Anyone that says they can't tell it isn't meat is lying but it is still good. Restaurant wise, friendly staff but small place. Arrive late, prepare to wait.
K.
Amazing burgers ! Most of all such good customer service.. awesome friendly staff.. we loved being there , can't wait to visit again
A. S.
Nice burger and fries. Reasonably priced with good service.
R. C.
The vegan burger is astounding. You really can't tell the difference between that and the real thing (I tried both to compare). So good we immediately took our friends here the following week.
M.
So tasty, so simple so good no flip flap: meat bread and taste. A must !
L. E.
I have never had a bad Honest Burger, I literally cannot walk past with without eating there. If you haven't already eaten one you should. Like now, why are you still reading this? GO!
P. C.
Great food! Only negative was the wait to get takeaway - about 20 minutes - but I suppose that's related to how good the food is! Not many place do onion rings well but this place does
M. T.
Really kind personnel, short wait and great burgers. They let me stay at a large table alone so I’d be more comfortable.
Will definitely come back!
A. K.
Very friendly staff , nice food...love it
T. K.
The plant burger is EVERYTHING. I've eaten here as both a meat eater and veggie, never had a bad burger. I think this location does the best burgers.
G. W.
Burgers are as good as you will find, juicy and flavorsome. Rosemary salted chips, amazing. Never had bad experience!. Love this place!!
L. F.
I ordered a tradicional cheese Burger.. it was Nice but it is not even among the best ten Burgers I had.. the fries are not really good..so it is better to order Orion rings..the price (9 pounds) was reasonable
D. S.
Great service and superb food as always
T. B.
Nice and small burger shop next to Kings Cross station. Choose between beef, chicken and veggie burgers with different sauces and toppings. You also can get some nice craf beer here.
A. S.
tasty burgers, clearly small menu, tasty soft drinks in fancy bottles (homemade), german beer (Paulaner Pils), and the best fries/chips/pommes i ever had...with rosemary...awesome! Very clean and kind service...thumbs up

I love King's cross vegan burger with gluten free bun. It's also nice that all their fried stuff are gluten free. Lovely staff.

Really good burgers, very nice staff, didn't have to wait for long. Overall a great experience!

Honest lol. Good effort but expensive and over spiced. Hand cut chips nice. Be better if they were not so heavy handed with the flavourings and let the beef speak for itself. Was a bit shocked at the bill. Clue in title...

I love that everything can be made gluten free! The rosemary chips and red onion relish were to die for! My only issue was the high prices.

Probably the best burger I've ever had, I find the chips a bit too salty, but nevertheless, they are really good. The prices are great too.

I tend to go for the Honest burger as it comes with bacon and cheese( never a bad thing in my book!) It comes medium which is perfect for me and I also love the rosemary salt chips which come included in the price of £9.

It's reasonably priced but I found the burgers to be incredibly rich! Absolutely delicious, but wreaks havoc on someone with IBS

Delicious vegan burger, tastes and looks like meat but cruelty free! Nice and super fast service as well... definitely recommended

I think they forgot to toast the bun. When it's good,it's good. When it's bad, it's alright. Never cheap cheap, but that's London. Close to the train so that's a positive. Maybe just an unlucky day for us. I'd go back but if it's not perfect next time I'll consider alternatives

Very good burgers and nice staff

Good enough burgers, bit not a lot of variety. Service was very good though. Lack of milkshakes is a bit of let down.

Honest burger is one my preferite brand where to eat an hamburger. Let's say it is in a little bit above the medium among the hamburger maker :-) . Close to king's cross station it is a cozy place.

Very good burgers and nice gluten free options. Michael is definitely the best waiter in town - professional, courteous, efficient and funny A-F.

The burgers are really tasty, waiters friendly, a little noisy but definitely a place to go if you want a burger near Kings Cross

For killing time and filling your belly before a long train journey north. NOTHING beats honest burger, they've taken their small restaurant and successfully transitioned into a great London enterprise with burgers to die for
