I'm a first-time visitor to Notting Hill and went to Honest Burgers after reading the reviews. I'm glad I did! The Christmas Burger special was tasty and side-by-side with the Burger Beer was the perfect lunch to satisfy a burger craving. The staff were friendly & welcoming as well.

Amazing! We came in after a long day of walking and we were seated at a great table with the best service. Great music (except baby shark but that was turned off very quickly). They have a delish vegan option!! They have the Honest Burger and it was delicious and it really does taste like meat which was insane. Waitress was very kind and a can of Water is 1£ and enough for all of us three and refills are free. 13£ for the burger. Price ok for the location and delicious. The fries were also delicious with lots of herbs. Have a good day.

Visited Portobello and Soho already, REALLY GOOD Burger and even better perfectly made Chips with salt and rosemary. Ketchup, Mayo and tap water included. Friendly service. Don't miss it!

We had the vegetarian burgers, rosemary chips, onion rings and a G&T and beer. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the quality is outstanding. The only bit of constructive criticism I would have is that due to vegetarian patties not being as juicy as beef patties, Honest burgers should put a bit more sauce on the burger as it was a bit dry and we felt we needed to add some extra sauce ourselves.

This is the best Honest Burgers location I've been to. The front of the store, as seen from the already charming Portobello Road, is by itself quite appealing, flaunting the appetizing Honest® olive green color scheme from the basement to the top of the building in a very Portobello fashion. The inside of the store also does not disappoint. It has a very cozy, cramped, american diner style interior, mostly in wood. It is full of decorations consistent with the Honest color scheme, and has generally a very pleasing atmosphere, ideal for a burger place. Only complaint I have is that the bathroom is very tiny and not in the best condition. The staff is very friendly, and the food is also consistently good. I have never been disappointed by a burger here. Keep in mind that the Honest approach is to serve smaller burgers than the competitors (GBK, Byron), but it always comes with plenty of fries in a convenient deep plate. Some people prefer a bigger burger with no fries, but I quite like the Honest philosophy on this topic. If you're ever feeling peckish on Portobello Road, but are not in the mood for any of the (mostly delicious) street food you can find in the market, definitely pop into Honest Burgers for a great burger experience.

Bella made sure that everything was perfect and done on time. The kids and parents feedback regarding the burgers picnic box made by Bella was very positives. Whenever you are in Portobello this Honest Burgers is a very good option. Delicious hamburgers served in pretty good bread and with big portions of fries. It is possible to combine ingredients to make your 'own' burger. Efficient staff and perfect location.

Great quality aged beef patties (from the Ginger Pig butchers), superb, well portioned sides (onion rings and coleslaw and the best plant based burger available in the UK - you won’t miss meat eating it - TRUST ME. Customer service is also excellent with friendly and informed staff who put the customer first and will happily accommodate customisations.

Good experience at the Portobello Restaurant - lived up to its name. Tasty, good quality, food at decent prices (approx £10 per head). Not the largest portions ever but enough for a decent feed. Burger excellent - chips good but just a little too crunchy. No Service Charge sneaked onto the bills - which makes Honest Burgers stand out as doing the right thing in our opinion. Service was a little rude to begin with and the meal was slow to arrive - but not enough to distract from the overall meal and experience. Room / Atmosphere - small tables were a squeeze to get into. But buzzy atmosphere was fun. Would recommend.

Well the names says it all! I go there every Monday to enjoy a solo burger and what a burger! They control the supply chain to make sure you enjoy just the best beef in Portobello Road, the rosemary chips are a god sent and the onion rings fabulous. I know, i'm a boring person, choosing always the same combo but that also tells you that food there will never disappoint you! I believe I had the best burger of my entire life here!! I had the Bacon Plant burger (100% vegan!), which was a special, and a mint lemonade. The mint lemonade was exquisite and refreshing, not too sweet, but the burger was a showstopper! I've eaten a lot of vegetarian burgers in my lifetime, and this one hit the spot in a way that few other burgers have before. Every single element came together in perfect harmony to form something more beautiful than the sum of its parts. If this burger were a movie it would win all the Oscars. I will be telling my grandchildren about this burger one day.

The rosemary fries are amazing and now they're so much closer to where I live which is great. I always find the staff much nicer here than in other burger chains and the service generally more attentive. It can get really busy on a weekend so make sure to allow enough time to grab somewhere to seat as there may be a wait. Keep an eye out for the guest burger - it's usually great.

I ordered the 'Tribute' burger which I can say is probably the best burger I've ever tasted (I've eaten a lot of burgers in my time). Oh my god the chips actually tasted of potato and not cardboard! I remember they were sprinkled with rosemary salts too. The portions were really decent and for the quality of food on offer it was definitely reasonably priced :) I'd definitely recommend eating here.

One of the best burgers I've had around London. There is plenty of competition on the burger front and Honest Burgers is definitely up there in my top three. I've eaten at several honest burger restaurants the standard is always high with similar attention to detail , but honest burger portebello road is my favorite, my burger comes cooked to my exacting standards, eat in , where they observe social distancing and they follow all the protocols that a restaurant should, or you can have a takeaway , order by app or in person outside the restaurant, as they're usually busy it might take 15-20 max for your order to be ready, don't forget they cook everything to order with fresh produce, always from scratch ,lovely fries

Live 130 yards away (according to Google Maps) and I've been ordering the special every time i go (3-4 times a month). No matter what the special contains, it has always been fantastic - with my favourites being the "Deli" and their Christmas burger (deep fried Camembert and cranberry sauce). Staff are always incredibly friendly and attentive (who you need to actively remind them that you want to tip, as service is never included - so 'Honest' as well themselves!). The burgers are always top notch and are my favourite in London (and less greasy than all the other strong contenders for best burger). 5 stars without a shadow of doubt. The only thing that can match the burger are the chips. I can never decide which to eat first. Finally, I always go for the standard Paulaner (a lovely Münchener Hell beer) to wash things down.

I'll echo the other reviewers and say the staff here are very friendly and the service is quick. We stayed quite a while and that seemed very welcome (i.e. not pushed out the door like some places). Food was very nice. My only issue was the burger was pretty small. But for a tenner it was pretty good value.
