I’ve always had terrible experiences ordering burgers for delivery because everything always arrived cold and not very tasty so I just stopped as I was wasting money and being left disappointed.But my sister and I thought we would have a thorough search today and found honest burgers, which had great reviews. I was a bit nervous while waiting for Deliveroo but when it arrived and we tasted them, oh my goodness. One of the best burgers I have honestly ever tasted. Great portion sizes and the prices are worth it for the quality you receive. The only thing I will say is the fries were a little cold and would taste so much better hotter, maybe some better insulated packaging for deliveries, just a suggestion. Other than that 10/10 sorry for the one picture I couldn’t wait to eat it.

I absolutely loved this place! Best burger restaurant I've been to. I ordered the chicken burger which was grilled chicken, pesto, mustard mayo and rocket with a brioche bun and tasty rosemary chips. It was a decent price for what it was and tasted so good! You must go and try the best burger you will ever have!

I liked their food. It was a bit boring but you could not fault them on anything. Staff was polite and managed to answer all my questions about their vegetarian burger. It was interesting to learn it was made of pea protein (I think it is beyond meat?). However, charging almost £14 or £15 for a vegetarian burger which comes pre-made and frozen in a big cardboard box is just criminal. Taking into consideration that their beef burgers are cheaper I can’t possibly find any justification for this. Assembling a sandwich when the patty comes pre-made shouldn’t come at the premium price. All in all, it was ok but overpriced and nothing to write home about so I don’t think I will be coming back and I would not recommend it to any of my friends.

My wife and I come here often because they are really good for gluten free, and she has Coeliac disease. They do a great job of that. However, we like our meat cooked (well done), and the last few times we have ordered a well-done burger, even saying "really well-done", it has come and has not even been close to cooked appropriately. It is disappointing and frustrating because it is one of our favourite places. Hopefully you can fix this, Honest Burger? UPDATE: We went again, and we were VERY clear about wanting a completely cooked burger. They did a much better job this time. I have upgraded the rating to 3 stars, and will add more if they continue to do a good job. I don't think one should have to overemphasize that they want their meat cooked all the way through when they say "well done". The day I can just order a simple well-done burger without the extra emphasis or conversation is the day this restaurant will get back to a 5 star rating from me.

The Location of the restaurant is near tooting broadway. The restaurant is listed in deliveroo .. price is reasonable and worth each penny .. i will definitely visit again, the best burger in london so far! Well done

Recommend this place to everyone! Staff very friendly and enthusiastic on top of very welcoming. The food and drinks were of exceptional quality and again the staff couldn't be more helpful to ensure you have your needs catered. There wasn't a long wait on the food either which was convenient as my wife is heavily pregnant. Seriously if you haven't been here. You're missing out.

We've ordered delivery twice and both times it's been fantastic. The portions of the chips and onion rings are immense! Been there last week with my girlfriend. I've tried the Korea burger which was an average burger tbh, quite small and cheap bun, meat was so common and my partner had a chicken burger and was a bit disappointed while the meat wasn't cooked enough, a bit too white for a burger. Love the chain, but didn’t love this branch. Our order arrived with all the food incorrectly labelled - not a single one was correct, meaning we then had to play ‘touch all the food and work out whose was whose’. They also forgot all the sides we ordered. The food also arrived cold, unsure if that’s their fault of Deliveroo’s. It’s a shame as other London branches were always great when eating in was allowed - can’t comment this branch when eating in as never tried.

Excellent service here. 10 out if 10 without a doubt. The staff were fun, really attentive and really speedy. Burgers are well cooked, well seasoned and very well put together. Rosemary fries were crispy and delicious. The restaurant itself loses a star because it's hotter than the inside of a volcano in here! No air conditioning in this place meant it was hotter inside than outside in the height of summer. Really uncomfortable to eat and sit in that heat. No idea how the staff manage to maintain such high levels of service in that environment but they do! Come here when it's cooler, or bring a fan with you if you need a good burger in the summer heat!

Well I mean apart from the lovely warm welcome and immediate seating and taking of my order, they were playing some very cool music at the perfect level. I felt completely comfortable eating and dancing in my seat whilst a few others chatted with friends and or partners. Nice view of the high Rd which is great in cold weather as the the bus stop is right outside (very convenient.. I was able to jump. On a bus right after I finished as they let me pay upfront for the meal) this might be a weird review but i was very happy.. The food (the vegan burger.. Hand cut chips and the lemonade) were absolutely superb.. The standard is always consistent yeah great.. I went at around 5 on a Saturday.. It was empty but filled up withing 30 mins FYI

I've generally give Honest burgers 5 stars, although this branch let me down by serving a burger which was far too rare, it was basically raw, and I like it rarer than most people. The rest of the meal and service was good though, and they did give us a bit of a discount for the burger which was good of them. Its also the first time I've taken the kids to Honest, and found their kids menu quite reasonable.

Had such a lovely experience here, food and service were both amazing! I was served by both Maria and Andrew who are so attentive and made it a great atmosphere. Honest Burger for me is one of the best burgers you can get. Always great quality and with the changing of the special on a monthly basis there are always new options to enjoy. Can't go wrong with the "Honest" if you're going for the first time. The rosemary salted chips are the difference for me. Good selection of beers and i like the honest cocktail. A staple for me!

Offers the same as any other Honest Burger - reliably good burgers and chips. The staff are very friendly and the special Tooting Burger (Tandoori spiced chicken and halloumi) is excellent! Only downside is the huge traffic of Deliveroo drivers at this location which detracts from the atmosphere, especially when they are knocking at the windows and crowding outside - can’t be helped but I’ve noticed this more here than other locations.

Tonight we visited as a small group of 4. Quite busy as it's Friday. We had to wait few minutes for a table. The staff were very nice and friendly. We ordered 4 burgers which came with side chips, 3 cocktails and a beer. I'm not a big girl, but the portion was quite modest. I had a chicken burger and it was probably smaller than GBKs. Quite basic too, nothing mind blowing but nice. And a mint julep, which again was quite small but definitely strong! The rest of the group had beef burgers, and they probably made the right choice. Not sure if it's something I'll crave for soon, but as a lunch or not too fancy dinner out, it hits the spot.

A burger joint of a well known brand. Not being a meat eater i cant speak of its taste but chips are very good (skin on or thin cut) and are included with the sandwich, or on their own. When this place first opened a few years ago, I never thought much about it! It's situated on a part of the high street that is crowded and not well maintained so I didn't notice it at all! Then I noticed a new chicken place had also opened nearby and wanted to try the food there so one Christmas I went into Honest Burger and asked what their cheapest burger was. It was the chicken burger but as the menu is quite pricey I had to wait a while. I decided to try the beef burger and have to say it is one of its kind. Very tender (grass fed) beef with a hint of ginger and what tasted like coriander and garlic. I have been back since around Christmas time and the beef burger is differently marinated but just one of the best beef burgers around!! The potato wedges chips are also one of a kind. The combination is incredible! The chicken burger also took me by surprise! Very tenderly cooked and the tomatoes and lettuce with the sauce tastes so fresh you want another but can't because the wedges chips are filling. The seating area is very cosy and warm with a good vibe. What's more is you get a glass of water with a lemon slice as part of the meal. I'll give more info via photos as it's not somewhere I can go often but Many many Congrats for superb customer service, dining and food experience !! #cleanercity #natureinthecity

God this place is trendy. Don't be surprised if every man you see in there has a Hoxton Beard. But trendy can be great - the quality of the meat is excellent, the rosemary chips are spot on, the service is prompt.Even the obscure cans of beer sourced from some tiny brewery in Nevada (or wherever) do the business.
