Ordered a burger and sweet potato fries to take out. Added sauce from the bottle to the take out as no sauce sachets to go. Medium rare. The burger itself was well cooked and still pink. Not a great deal to do but wait in the bar seats for take out. Staff were a bit occupied to chat but friendly and responsive enough. £13 odd quid spend. Tasty.

The maitre'd / hosts are amazing. Very attentive. Very helpful. They were trained very well. Most branches have good staff, Warren street got the best of them. Even if there was a queue outside, the customer experience is tops. I'm just a tad annoyed that they're always, always out of wings. Is this a Brexit or a Covid thing?

Close to the station with fast service. The burgers are very tasty but a bit on the sloppy side for my taste, especially if you are eating it on the train. The chips are amazing especially with the hot sauce. Beers are great. Best burger in the London st area but not the best burger of all time but close. Chips are unbeatable and worthy of visit for them alone. yay!

Very honest burger indeed. Having a quick lunch with my son, glad we kept on walking past McDonalds and found this place. Nice atmosphere & friendly staff. The menu is simple but the burgers are tasty with nice chips. All in all very nice lunch.

Burgers were okay. The GLUTEN FREE ONION RINGS were incredible!! They do Salt and Rosemary chips - definitely missing a trick not doing a lamb burger.

Absolutely loved this place! It was a last minute find and all of us raved about it the whole weekend! It’s very cheap, delicious and the staff are lovely!

My partner recommended me the burger here. I tried the special one - Warren street burger with the kimchi. It tastes delicious and fresh. Also like the chips here as it's crispy. The amount of food is large for a lady, cannot finish all the chips and the extra sides - have to take away in the end. But it is a nice place if a group of people dine in together! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Also like the burger beer here.

Went there for lunch at around 1:30pm, not too many diners; tables are clean and quite distant between. Electronic menu (QR code), friendly staffs. Chicken was juicy but chips were a bit over cooked-my two cents opinion; beef burger and onion ring were also spotted on. Strangely food was served with one not-so-sharp-enough knife (fork is, of course available on request 😬)

Friendly staff, delicious food,great options for all dietary requirements. Service was a little slow for drinks and receiving the bill but food was served in good time. Great location to grab a good feed inbetween trains!
