Cosy place, part of a chain, and each one has a 'local' burger, unique to that location. I had the Waterloo burger, which was delicious. They worry about things like how cooked the meat should be, which is a good sign. Really good Rosemary Chips. Not had these before, although we add rosemary to roast potatoes at home and it also works really well for chips. Quick service, and local craft beer on tap. A great find, and be very happy to return.

Went a few months back to try the Wingman collab burger and it was bloody lovely, Thai themed with loads of fresh veg and coriander.. This isn’t an Honest as you’d know it… this is an Honest chicken pop up… they always have good specials on.. and the staff are great! Burgers are out quick and taste fab… worth a visit if you are knocking around Waterloo Popped back in tonight to try it out again now it’s doing the beef Burgers and was equally impressed.. i plumped for the Nigerian burger (special) and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hostess/Manager was fantastic, really friendly and made the visit even better!

First time here and will definitely be back. Amazing food, we had the tribute and Nigerian burgers with the wings. Burgers were amazing, the wings were probably the best we’ve had anywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Was a fantastic greeting by all the staff. The menu is small but includes all (gluten free, vegetarian and vegan). The food comes quick and is so fricking delicious. As I’m a coeliac they have a whole section just for gluten free, change gloves and clean a section of the cooker. All sides are gluten free and they have gluten free buns. I would definitely recommend this for anyone.

In my opinion, Honest is the best of the premium burger chains and this one was no exception. We had a couple of tasty Tribute burgers with fries, washed down with a delightful selection of local beers. Had to order the wings too which were so good. The staff here were very attentive and friendly. It was a shame that the speciality local burger wasn’t available, but all in all a good place to go if you want something simple.

Chicken burgers were oh so good! Definitely worth the calories. The bbq and ranch mayo were well balanced and complimentary to the crispy and flavourful chicken. I’d happily go to honest burger for the chips alone, but they were not up to their 11/10 standard with the chips tasting a bit old. Pointed it out to the waitron who noted that the season has changed so new potatoes are being used, and then gave me a discount. Great service!

A bit of a palaver to get a table for two but we eventually got one with space. Really small restaurant which is expected from visiting their other branches. I ordered the month special which was a Korean inspired burger. It was great, flavoursome and filling. The usual rosemary fries to accompany the burger. Overall a good experience, friendly staff and pretty good value. £29 for two persons. 🤩

We ordered fried chicken burger and double cheese chicken burger but the waitress got it wrong gave us Thai fried chicken burger. My husband didn’t like it but I like it so we swapped. We found out after finished the meal from the bill that the waitress took wrong order. The Karma cola was bad tastes like medicine. Great place to go to eat. Hidden away. Food is amazing, fresh and flavoursome. Staff are super friendly and makes rhe experience much nicer. Suitable for families with small children, as kids menu is available. Average prices for a burger/chips (approx £10), so doesn't burn a hole in your pocket. Well worth it if you're in the area!

Love Honest, and this was a great one. Such lovely staff, friendly atmosphere and as always delicious food. I am coeliac and they ask you if you have an allergy so you don’t feel like an inconvenience bringing it up. Not too pricey for the big portion and so many good gluten free options. Every burger can be gluten free with a bun change and all the sides are too. And they provide gf lager.

Having never had the beyond meat burger before, I was excited to try this. Came on a Sunday evening, it wasn't busy. The guy serving took my order promptly and when I asked if the wine was vegan, he said no instantly and told me the beers are not either. This is a negative on the restaurant (vegan wines and beers being so common and serving vegan food - it's a simple change to make really) but also a positive in that the guy knew they were not (often servers wouldn't have clue about this so at least the staff are knowledgable). I had a gin cocktail instead, tasted great. The food came super fast (like fast food fast), probably because it wasn't busy. The chips (rosemary salted) are spectacular and the burger, with vegan cheese and all the trimmings was the best Vegan burger I've had. So tasty, and just like the real thing (I'm a vegan who loves the taste of meat so enjoy eating things that taste like it). The meat choices I'm sure are delicious but for all those vegans out there, or those looking for a meat free meal, this is the business. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, the food is great and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Hopefully the restaurant could stock a vegan suitable wine or beer to make it perfect.

It's OK, I expected better. I had to add more sauce and salt to my beef burger. I didn't like the cheese. The worst part was the kids meal. Dry bread (letraly dry) and small peice of chicken. It's shocking.

On New Year's eve, we were looking for a place to eat before watching the fireworks in London. The line at the Byron next door was around a 30 minute wait, so we just popped over to Honest and they seated us down immediately. The waitress was very kind and she was handling the entire restaurant floor so hat's off to her. Despite the low staff on NYE, we received our food on time and we were very pleased with it. The onion rings were amazing - the crunchiest I have ever had!

Had the urge for a burger and found this nearby after discovering my first choice wasn't serving that evening. Can't fault the staff who were friendly and welcoming but, and I accept this is my opinion only I didn't buy into the idea of medium rare for minced beef as so much is dependent on how it is prepared and stored before cooking. As such went for one of the chicken options and a bottle of a local breweries lager. Burger was really good, fries overly seasoned *rosemary" for my liking and sadly the lager's citrusy notes were simply overpowering. Just not to my taste rather than any failure on their behalf.

Great burger! I had buttermilk chicken with buffalo sauce. Perfect, juicy, tender chicken breast in spicy coating. Home made 'Rosemary Fries' are excellent too! Well priced menu and good beer to go with it. Good atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff, but not over-fussy. It was a hot evening but nice and cool inside. Well worth a visit.

Perfect! I went there with my family two days ago. The burgers they propose are not very big but it's a full meal. They also propose beers from Belgium, Germany and England. The waitresses were very polite and the meal has been served quickly. We enjoyed talking a bit to one waitress who knew a bit of French. Definitely a good address.

We love this new outpost from Honest. Especially as their kids menu is simple but excellently executed. They never bat an eye when I ask for things to be added or taken off a burger choice and the service is top notch. It’s small but perfectly formed inside and the burgers are great! I have been here before and not had an issue with their burgers. This time i found my Honest Burger to have a slightly burnt taste. I was also not a fan of the relish they stick on this burger. The rosemary chips were, however, as tasty as usual. Service was good although we were slightly annoyed that we weren’t allowed to sit at a table until our entire party had arrived at the restaurant; thus leaving us to stand about for 10 minutes.

Popped in over lunch and had their Chicken special burger (which seemed like a limited run). Fried chicken was very crispy, and the rosemary chips were nice. Washed it down with their Kentucky Ice Tea, which was really nice (if a little boozy for a work time lunchon) All in all reasonable priced for a meal in London. Nicely fitted out new restaurant. A bit of a shame as I ordered a medium-rare burger and it definitely came out much more rare than I have even had in any other Honest Burger. They did replace it although the lady did take the time to explain the concept of rare when processing our bill which did annoy me a touch especially as this wasn't how I had ordered it. But this is a personal gripe and it is well placed for food before the theatre.

So far, one of my favourite burger places. Lives up to its name 'honest'. Enjoyed the 'Tribute' burger. Ingredients: Beef, bacon, American cheese, burger sauce, French’s mustard, pickles, onion and lettuce. Reminded me of a good North American burger. It arrived hot and was deliciously moist (think due to the combination of fresh meat, slightly pink and fab combination of toppings). Less 'sloppy' than MeatLiquor's Dead Hippie burger. Rosemary salted chips were yummy, almost too good to spoil with ketchup. Would have loved a shake (didn't see it on the menu). Definitely visit again.

Great Burger! I had the waterloo, simply fantastic. Meat is chopped rather than ground like almost all American burger establishments. Fries, I mean chips, are perfectly seasoned with rosemary salts. It will cost you though, two burgers two drinks and a modest tip ran us £34. More than all but the most expensive gourmet American burger.

The burger was, as ever, so good. I had the special - The Bravas - a Spanish inspired burger which was really delicious. However, the server didn't really know that a large bottle of beer wasn't "a pint" despite claiming it was (the clue was that it was not 568ml 🤓☝️), so some confusion entailed whilst we determined whether it was a bottle that we could share, rather than a draught beer, that we could not. Also, the bill came to £75, for two burgers and the aforementioned large bottle of beer (instead of £28)!! Other orders had mistakenly been added to our bill, but a silly error that we could easily have missed and thus ended up paying dearly for. Really shouldn't happen...but it was resolved easily, without any fuss. Oh well. Par for the course. Our hunger was satisfied and nothing put me off from returning again soon!

Like all Honest Burgers, this branch continues to spread the great Honest taste and hospitality. Waiting staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. Polite and helpful too. The food can get messy, but sometimes that's what you want in a great burger. The fries and drinks are great too. Rarely busy for lunch bit don't take that for granted.
