Nice kebab, lives up to the reputation of tasty yet healthy (healthier than usual kebab anyway). Ingredients are fresh and lean meat used. Portions a little on the small side for the price though, with ratio of meat versus carrot&cabbage slightly off…. Cash only which can be slightly inconvenient. Also would be nice if garlic sauce on offer (chilli and bbq only). Otherwise, a pretty decent kebab place - chips are different, but very tasty.

Didn’t get to try the kebab due to you guys not accepting card, however the kebab looked amazing and the smell when walking in was amazing, however most people don’t carry cash let alone their bank cards anymore due to apple/Google pay, so we didn’t even get to try it, this actually seems like a very good place, and genuinely the food smelt amazing, just a massive shame that we could not eat here without having cash.

£7.50 for a 'large' mixed (chicken and lamb) shawarama kebab in chargrilled pitta bread with salad and chilli relish. The chicken and lamb is well cooked and very tasty. I'd probably say the large kebab is more a medium size (see photo) Extra large is available for £8.50 so consider upgrading if you are hungry! The chips(French fries) at £3.00 were VERY disappointing and greasy and crispy (see photo) so I'd suggest that you don't invest in chips until Kebab Kid markedly improve their chips and make them a healthier option. 17.05.2018

The chips are amazing good even when cold(trust I’ve tried them I once ate my brother’s leftovers in fact that was my first experience with their food.) the shawarma meat is not your typical greasy Lebanese style and definitely doesn’t have that authentic flavour. It has rather clean, light feel and taste to it and is completely complemented by chips and sauce. The wraps are good.

I've been going to this place ever since I went to St Mark's shool in the mid-late 70's. It is, without doubt, the best kebab place I've ever been to. The lamb Sharwama is a thing of pure beauty - especially with a spread of the home made taramasalata and chilli sauce. I now live in Kent but, whenever I'm anywhere near Fulham, I always take the chance to grab a kebab from the Kebab Kid. Can't recommend this place enough. Top drawer food as always!

Kebab Kid A favourite Kebab shop to many in Sw London High quality Sharwama grill No horrid Doner donkey meat here Size of Portion is mentioned in many Comments but it's Sharwama and not cheap meat so size for price ratio can put people off. I Recommend The XL mixed Sharwama The chips aren't Fantastic and I usually avoid and prefer to just have a feast of meat.

Very busy, which is a good sign. Unfortunately the medium seemed a like a small and was closer priced to a large. £2.10 more than a small but only 90p less than a large. The person serving me didn't seem to know much about what he was serving either. They don't take card, it's 2020 how can you not have a card machine. The food was fresh and tasty enough.

I was a little bit surprised to see some poor reviews for this place. Every time I've been here it has been excellent. I was in the area, so decided to see what was going on. Rest assured the kebabs here are as good as they always have been. Yes, they do weigh the meat - not sure why as they didn't before, but you get more than enough meat. Salad and pitta are also great. I still rate it as one of the best kebab shops in London, and I have eaten in a lot of rated places

I've heard stories about this place for over 20 years, my dad and his friends loved it, then others have told me about it, I got there just after opening and service was good, the chicken shawarma wasnt the best ivd had though so I'm wondering if it was an off chance as my partner said he usually has it and it's the best in London but today just felt there was something missing. I will try it again as the reviews I've heard from others are always fantastic but sadly, and I'm actually not even being harsh the meat was just quite bland. However it was all in the pitta bread which I loved as usually now kebab shops just through the pitta underneath or on top without filling.

Really great kebab. Was a bit skeptical at first when they only offer chilli and/or bbq sauce with it. But really great mix. Their chilli sauce thats not too hot. The meat is fresh and real slabs of meat not those big processed slabs in normal kebab shops.

Not a 1 star by any means. Busy little place. I Happened to be in the area so dropped in. The staff were pleasant and the food was tasty. The quality of the meat was excellent. It is a tad expensive and they do weigh the meat. The place has a tiny window seat to eat it but other than that it’s eat out all the way. No garlic sauce but the chilli sauce is tasty. All three people in my party said how nice the kebabs were. I would definitely go back.

The best kebabs we've had in London. However, they are understandably a bit pricey compared to other kebab shops. The service is very efficient and they cook their shish kebabs to order (so they are very fresh as they've not been left sitting around). The only negative for us, is that sometimes they can be very direct / bordering on rude, when you are ordering.

Best kebab in London and the service is also really good. Friendly staff, clean premises, great playlists and fast service.............once you get to the front of the queue. Sometimes it's packed but it's worth the wait. I also like the fact that they cut all the fat from the meat (which makes it a healthier option) and use traditional pitta bread; which can be hard to find as most kebab shops use naan nowadays. The chips are really nice as well, fresh homemade fries, delicious.

One of the best tasting lamb doner kebab. The combination of the BBQ, chilli sauce and lemon juice is amazing. The chips are also really really good. I have been many times and they are really consistent with the taste and portion sizes. Take away only but part of the charm is eating it on the street or in the car outside the shop.

With such a legendary reputation, I was I confess expecting more. The chips at least are awesome. Expensive at £ 2.35 but good so definitely worth it. I was disappointed in the chicken kebab. It certainly wasn't bad but it wasn't as more-ish and flavoursome as I wanted. I will try the lamb next time. The salad is pre-prepared, understandably but with shredded carrots, personally with the sweetness of the carotene I never understand why Chefs put this in savoury dishes, Marco Pierre White included! The portions are also quite small for the money. The queue was out of the door at 8.30pm last night so they must be doing something right. The young lad serving at the counter has been there 15 years and his hands are as quick and as skilled as Ronaldo's feet. Impressive. If the kebab was the same level it'd be a 5 Star no-brainer. I shall return but not sprint back.

their lamb doner has minimal amount of fat or other rubbish you find on your regular donner, you get proper meat bits, make sure you get your meat straight off the rotisserie otherwise you'll risk having cold and therefore a bit of dry meat. their chilli sauce is sweet which is the reason I gave 4 stars, I mean who does that, but I guess that's one of their signature touches. not my cup of tea though. bit pricey but I get it as they actually serve meat rather than fat and other stuff that you would get on your usual donner.

I am in london for 3 weeks (from Toronto). My cab driver from the airport to the place I'm staying (2 minutes from kebab kid, thank you lord jesus) told me that kebab kid is fantastic. He was a super cool guy so I thought I'd try it. I walk into this tiny place and see a paper on the wall from Jamie Oliver calling this his "Greatest guilty pleasure that he doesn't feel guilty about". Let's pretend that makes sense. The prices are insane: 7.5 pounds for their large which is around the serving one would consider small to medium in Canada. You could get a minimum of 2 shawarmas at the best kept secret places in Toronto for that price. There is no seating inside so I run to my place starving to devour Oliver's guilty pleasure. Remember the first time you had Avocados and you felt like you were now ready to die? Or when you first had sex with that girl you loved and continue to love to this day? Yea, pretty much how this tasted. I recommend all of you to scrape together your money, walk into that tiny place and begrudgedly pay the unjustifiable price and then run home and eat this. Why are you still reading this?

I strongly believe the person preparing the food should have no dealings with money handling purely based on how dirty it is and the risk of cross contamination.
