We were lucky enough to get a table at the last moment. Service was efficient, very kind and fun! The food was just amazing, we were not disappointed at all. Proper use of spices and very flavoursome dishes. The naan was fireworks. Will go back!

A lot of 'almost-perfect' here: the vegetable samosas give Ambala a run for their money with that deliciously seasoned crispy pastry and lightly spiced filling. The prawn curry is excellent - good quality shellfish in an excellent sauce, not cooked a second longer than necessary and with that light springy feel in the mouth when chewing. Even the garlic naan is a revelation: fresh, flavoursome coriander scent immediately accompanied by the light, slightly chewy bread. But the rice - if it had only been cooked a half minute longer it would have been irresistibly fluffy. As it was, it slightly soured the experience which still remains an excellent one overall. A pleasure to eat hot, fresh food and hopefully one to savour again.

Our second visit in here and again we left happy and satisfied. Great value for money! curry was rich and well balanced, chilli paneer was so spicy and delicious! Hot wings cooked just right, naan is soft and well seasoned, beer ice cold and rice fluffy. Highly recommend! Comfortable chairs, nice decoration and lovely staff.

Would recommend this place for its authentic Punjabi curries, food and service. Service has always been great, staff is always welcoming and food has been great in taste too. Would be best for a family meal or catch up with friends too over some drinks.

Been coming here since pre pandemic. The food used to be really authentic Punjabi but lately has deteriorated. Like the excessive use of uncooked red chilly powder in curry and masala chola to make it extra hot. Secondly, prices are different between the online booking option and what they charge for takeaways. When I enquired, they did not have an answer but the difference was ~ 6-7£ on a £74£ order. To stay competitive, please improve food quality and consistent pricing for takeaway orders.

I only moved to Greenwich in March and I have to say, we're a bit spoiled for food choices on Woolwich Rd, so I've only just got around to these guys. Wonderful authentic food, lovely staff and fair price and portions. They have an extensive menu with a good deal of vegetarian starters and mains. I had a lamb bhuna which was excellent with lovely tender lamb well spiced. There was a nice family with children so I'll be taking the kids next time.

Went last night after a terrible experience somewhere else, the food, service and restaurant was incredible. I would highly recommend! Will definitely be going back to this place. My wife kept going on about this place and its goat curry. So naturally, me loving anything delicious, we went there. My wife had the goat curry again and wow, what a dish! I always judge a curry restaurant by its korma and this one did absolutely not disappoint! Lovely staff and management, and the chef is really good at what they were trained to do. We even got to try some fancy bhaji, on the house, because the chef wanted to test a new recipe. Try this place! What a treat!

Hands down some of the most delicious Indian food out there, we are really lucky to have Kesar as our local takeaway. We stick to mostly vegetarian dishes and there is a lot of variety with them, and we are never disappointed when we try a new dish out. The chola bhutura is a star favourite of ours as well as the black dhal. Great for spice lovers and those interested in more than your usual tikka masala.

The food here is average, with some food also being very nice. The customer service is quite good too, however, I do feel like there are a few problems with the restaurant. Firstly their floors. It is quite weird to talk about the floors, but the floors are very slippery. It is very odd and I'm always feeling there is the chance that I could fall over. Then there is the portion sizes, we ordered a portion of chilli paneer between two of us and it wasn't that much at all, however it was still very nice and we enjoyed the rest of our food.

I wasn't too sure about this place initially after my first visit but I have to admit that each time I go it does start to warm up to me. Great food and Great vibe. Unlike some smaller places, you can tell a lot of the food is freshly prepared and the right amount of spices. Additional points is acknowledged on the owners who really do remember you if you come often.

One of best restaurants in London if you want to try truly authentic Indian food and flavours. Have recommended this restaurant to several people and go their regularly myself when I'm craving food from back home. It feels like you are actually in India eating the indian food unlike other restaurants which are more of a British take on Indian food. Try their goat (different from lamb) curry if available- its heavenly!

Best North Indian/ Punjabi food in Greenwich -- small but neat, starters esp samosa, chaat, fish pakora are finger licking good! Goat curry was really tender and delicious. FINALLY!!!!!! I've found a Punjabi restaurante that not only serves home cooked style Punjabi food but the service and hospitality is impeccable. The manager Malkit is kind, respectful and looks after his customers. No scrimping on portion sizes either. The food staff and experience is worth every penny. FAULTLESS! Authentic lip smacking Punjabi food in Greenwich . The South East of London was crying for an authentic Indian and the answer is Kesar. I have been here quite a few times. Food has been consistently good. I love their plain parathas, Makki da roti, sarson ka saag and their tandoor grills. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Will go again.
