S. D. S. (.Perfect place for a break after a little bit of shopping around Ealing broadway. KFC is well known for its fast food so I too hoped in. The hot wings meal with 10 wings and a Pepsi cola was awesome and the chicken was very crispy too. The coleslaw salad was at an extra pay. Well enjoyed the day out.
I. A.Located in an easy to reach environment in Ealing Broadway, I particularly like the attitude of the shift manager, cool, respectful and was willing to resolve issues on time.
L. G.This is one of the best tasting KFC by far. Food is always hot and it's got flavour! Unlike west Ealing or greenford branches.

Also, staff touch money and serve food at once without changing gloves or washing hands.

Y. H.Staff were very nice and had impeccable customer service skills and mannerisms. Fries were oily, but crunchy - just the way I like them! Chicken was flaky and succulent. Tables were regularly cleaned and kept tidy. Definitely deserving of 5 stars~!
R. M.This is about as average as it gets with KFC in Ealing, it would of been 4 stars had the staff not decided to be rude to myself and every other customer they served while eating my food in.
Food was KFC quality, eating area is clean, very presentable. It's a shame the women working there do not share the same level of commitment towards customer satisfaction. Needed to ask for sauces (usually offered) and when I ordered a drink the woman shot a very "dirty look".
Sub par and very average. Only saving grace is the food and the cleanliness.

S.Nice chicken that has always been reliably tasty. However, side dishes could be improved to bring up the standard. The atmosphere is quite average but a bit loud when busy. Nice place to bring alot of children since the pricing is quite reasonable.

D. M.I was honestly surprised with the quality in this restaurant. It was much better I anticipated, especially considering the location it's in. Staff were nice and fast with my order, there were lots of seats to choose from and it's a short walk away from the main station. Toilets are available here but are locked at evening/night time for obvious reasons.

A. W.What more do you want to know about KFC? This one, situated on the Broadway, is very hit or miss, I find. Most of the time a middle ground. Their disabled magnetic access front door hasn't worked for years, the assistants sometimes ignorantly sweep over your shoes while you eat (one time invoking my fury because I only had them military grade polished that morning!) and last but not least, they are quite happy to leave customers waiting in a queue while they attend to their precious Uber orders tablet - all this when they have the provision to queue up orders (á lá McDonald's). Nonsense customer service.

T.I went with my friends to give good company and they enjoyed the food and drinks and friends enjoying sitting in the dining room that is it I am vegetarian so I take only coke or soft drink it is clean environment there good for quick food and drink to visit it is very close to Ealing Broadway railway station
A. G.Staff are helpful. The place is recently refurbished. The quality control issues looks like they've been resolved as the chicken wings are no longer tiny. Recommended if you're hankering for some KFC.
D. M.Very tired looking premises with too much unemptied bins overflowing with litter. Services has improved since my last visit. There are still small issue if you use your KFC club card as none of the scan work, but staff was clued up what need to be done. The food is as you expect from any KFC.
