L. M.KFC never dissapoints, it's always a pleasure and I never get tired of the bucket chicken, it gives me joy.
C. J.Finger licking chicken the only way that the Colonel makes. Good food, half decent service, all sealed with stickers to show that bucket of chicken is untouched.

S. N.So sometimes (about once a year) you need a takeaway and some soul food. This KFC is a 30 year plus franchise and I know people who drive through the Blackwall tunnel to get there. So feed your soul when the body demands it. Post Covid the restaurant is shut and the takeaway area has two people at a time, with order and collection points with screens. The doors are cleaned regularly and they turned out a deliveroo rider to ensure 2m distancing while I was there.
F. L.Smallish KFC usually crowded with Uber Eats and Deliveroo drivers. Other than that, it's fine, but it's not got a lot going for it.
M. D.Pretty standard KFC. I've been here a number of times and will go again.
Improvements I'd like to see, the staff a little more friendly and we'll trained. I wasn't sure what was happening after my order had been taken, a little more communication would have improved this experience.
I would like to see the hygiene level raised a bit too. A little extra effort there would go a long way.

L. M.The food from KFC is quite nice, with a good range of burgers and buckets to choose from, as well as chicken pieces, Hot Wings and Mini Fillets. However, the price of the food can vary, although it's not as cheap as McDonald's but not as expensive as Burger King. They also offer kids meals for your little ones. If you like chicken then KFC is the best place for you!
M. J.Overall, it's a decent place to be with great staff.
Now, depending on the time you visit the store, you may have to be prepared to wait a while, as on the busy days there seems to be a staff shortage.
Other than that slight blunder, I would say that it's still a great store to go to nonetheless.
The staff are receptive and accomodating.

N. C. L.Sitting place n toilet are kept cleaned. Service can be a little slow even when it not pack inside. However ideal spot for quick food before continuing to groceries shop at Aldi or Sainsbury. Would give 5 stars if the staff there would smile more often.

M.The Team always seem to appear as if they are overwelmed even with a small queue, sometimes it feels like you are also waiting forever to get your order & always check your order before you move off, I have twiced ordered and after getting indoors, noticed that the content was not i ordered, can someone tell me why are the side breast so tiny? Are they now cutting it in two...😂
