I've made the mistake of coming here more than twice. The times I've been, the chicken appeared like it was cooked twice.. It was not juicy anymore and the skin was not crispy.. It felt like the chicken was left over and then re-cooked. Never dined in though, always take out. But the place is clean and well maintained.

Got family bucket, friday night, extra kfc wings, one of the tastier KFC's there, I ask for more thighs and Legs and they did that for me, chips were pop was a bit flat, but overall nice experience

A good service. The chicken is cooked well how ever the chips are a let down. They have a bitter taste. They are a cross between a chip and a wedge potato, i.e a slight potato skin left on.

I’m not sure why this KFC has so many bad reviews. It’s a KFC so you know what kind of food you’re getting- nobody should be surprised. Its good quality but overpriced fried chicken. It does get busy but the staff can normally work through the queues quite quickly. The dining area is a bit depressing but I guess nothing can be done about that. This KFC in particular seems to be decimated by large Deliveroo orders, which slows everything down for in store customers.

Standard template KFC. Little disorganized and slow. However, staff try and be friendly. Chicken was freshly prepared and moist. The drinks as always are terrible: diluted flat water. Why they brand them pepsi etc is beyond belief

Customer service isn't bad, but there's often a long wait for most items. The space is narrow and cheap, it's on the lower end (even for a fast food place) and it's rarely busy from what I've seen. Food is fine though

This is my local KFC. I don't normally write reviews but thought I would respond to some of the comments and give a more fair assessment. Firstly KFC is KFC If you are expecting fine dining what are you doing in a fast food restaurant. I have found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The food is what it is, just like every KFC and the restaurant is clean most occasions have been there. On some occasions it can get busy, usually at lunch time. apart from that you do not have to wait long at all to get served. As for opening times, this is not a 24 hr restaurant so why on earth would you be upset that it is not open if you go to the place when it's supposed to be closed and the chap who experienced it was cash only, maybe the credit card machine was down that day?

This particular KFC is franchised and some of the promotions take longer to get here or do not appear at all. Other than this its a sound place to eat and has alot of surrounding shops so if you have a fussy family like mine you can caiter for everyone on the same street. The biggest down fall is its on a main road which doesnt allow for parking anywhere near by and islington council are very strict on their parking so i wouldnt chance pulling up and jumping out to grab a quick bite to eat.

It was OK. It was under staffed, the poor staff were being run ragged. I didn't help that the self service screens had ran out of paper.

Was surprisingly quiet when I visited but with very friendly customer service & fast food- minimal waiting times. I suspect this is different when it's super busy but from my experience the food was fresh and tasty.
