Friendly staff, food was good and warm. But only problem is no space to park your car as parking is full of delivery bikers. Also if you wish to eat in so be prepared to see lots of delivery drivers as they all are siting in KFC. I didn't feel comfortable eating in so I had my food in my car.

It's very rare for me to get a KFC meal as the area I live in doesn't have a KFC that is Halal certified so whenever I pass by a Halal KFC, I can't resist it. The spicy wings were delicious as always, zinger burger was gorgeous and fries were long and crispy. Only slight gripe I had was that the drive thru was quite slow, it could be the cars in front of being slow as soon as I got to the window, my food was given to me. All in all, a good experience.

Same as every KFC, nice food, but when staff clean the tables they neglect to clean the seats.... they are greasy where people put their greasy hands to help them off the chair. It is also weird to order, you give them an order, then you have to wait for ages before the food is prepared, they also makes the drinks and put them in front of the till and neglect to tell you that they are your drinks, as people are reaching through to pay or collect their order.

Haven't been here in ages but as I couldn't be bothered to get out my car thought I'll make the trip. No queue in the drive thru but probably because football was on. The server was okay think she was more concerned about the speed of her service than anything else. Food arrived hot and delicious as always, can't complain. Didn't get my recipe and the piece of chicken I asked for though. Good experience overall.

Fillet tower box meal :- one piece of orginal recipe chicken, fries , side of beans and ice tea. Food was hot a little on the dry side as the mayo didn't quite cover the burger and the piece of chicken was small but what do you expect your typical KFC. Shame as it becomes a little out dated the local chicken shops are doing much better. Quality wise

KFC location is very convenient but service is really poor. Many times found missing order. This time ordered mighty bucket it suppose to be £6.89 and charged me £7.39. Little difference doesn't matter but they added chips and drink themselves. Also bucket didn't came in bucket. It came in the box. Very disappointed.

Hope someone from KFC HQ is listening in! Find the following things frustrating: Why set up promotions if your franchisees are reluctant to honour or deny their validity and if the infrastructure does not support? Receipts have a link to surveys which if completed give you 15% off your next order. In the past some branches tried to avoid handing that part of the receipt over to customers, and/or did not issue receipts at all. I suspect to avoid granting this discount which eats into their profit margins. Since using the KFC app find that no branch seems to be able to scan the membership barcode. Not fun watching staff fumble with my phone to try and get it scanned and inevitably end up having to key things in! Causes delays and its not a good staff or customer experience. Once these issues are over service is usually efficient enough.... On another positive note have to give the gravy a big thumbs up..... for me just the chips with gravy is worth a trip everytime!!!

This is the best kfc I’ve ever been too, I did not have to wait long, my chicken was really crispy and I enjoyed the new thicker chips. I forgot the workers name that served me but she was really kind and welcoming and I enjoyed my meal so much I would go back here everyday.

I like flat wings and i specificaly order these but upon getting home, they forgot this and gave me drumsticks. I would also recommend asking fot sauces as sometimes they do not put these in the bag. So I'm ordering my food and the person who's taking my order is a young man named Syed I must say this young man was so respectful and well spoken it was unbelievable the guy deserves to be working in a high end restaurant if you go into this KFC I'd recommend you to get him to take your order I was watching all the other people taking orders chucking people food into bags who does that this young man was placing food so carefully checking over again making sure he's got the correct order man this guy was alot of help I must say he needs a award 💯

It's KFC! The problem I have with pretty much all KFC's is they rip you off when ever you buy a bucket. You always end up with a bunch of wings and drums and few token pieces of premium cuts. If you buy a bucket (10+) then logically you should get 2 of everything (drum, thigh, breast, wing & side breast). I.E. A WHOLE CHICKEN. Anyway rant over....i'll still eat coz it's yummy.
