Happy to see a Halal KFC next to Tower of London. It was quite, clean and tidy. Didn't take long for food to come. Happy with services.

Today I went to KFC towerhill branch, I must need to admit I had an amazing experience. Food was really tasty and lobby is very big so you can sit with family comfortably and enjoy your food. Also toilet is free, only in this area you can find this kfc with toilet which is free for customer.

We stopped in for some lunch after a big bus tour. The place was basically empty - had maybe 3 other tables in there. One of the employees told me my mashed would be 4 minutes, so I politely waited. She then forgot about them and when I asked she told me to stand and wait. When they were finally ready, they were just heated up in lumps, I’m assuming they’re supposed to mix it before giving it the customer… anyway, my rest of my food was cold by the time my mashed came out. I also asked for hot sauce, which they didn’t have but is fine, and the woman said “we have ketchup”, just a bit rude. I realize this is just a KFC, but it was empty and the service was subpar.

I love this KFC. This is one of the best KFC I have visited. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Though this restaurant looks like an old vintage building, they maintain it very neatly. I can always see someone cleaning the sitting soon after a customer leaves. It might be their procedure but it’s very good that most people love to eat in a clean and tidy surroundings. Their food also maintains a good standared and always presents well. I love to visit this place with my family because I always have believe in their customer service and food quality. ♥️♥️♥️

Very clean, was quite empty so got a seat, have to pay 50p to use the toilet, but if you purchase food and show your receipt they open the door. No one carrying cash any more so it can be difficult. But as it a tourist area, tourist tend to have cash with them.

The food was very nice, especially chicken. It was very very yummy. Very disappointed with toilets as there was no toilet rolls at all (in ladies toilets). Didn't bother myself with informing the staff as it is their job to check toilets regularly. It stank in the toilets. Floor wasn't flat there for our 2 tables were wobbly. I think this place needs an update. Let me say again that the chicken was really very yummy.

You would think KFC is the same and consistent everywhere you go but not always the case. Staff here are friendly enough but I have not come to eat them right!? Therefore it would be good to say the food was a little fresher. In the few times I have been here the chicken has been overly dry as if it was cooked but has been in the display unit warming too long. When I visit KFC near my home this has never been an issue, maybe its a London thing. All the same if you like KFC and are in the area then this will do..

Nice location can never go wrong with some KFC chicken. Busy branch with many tourists and some city workers. Great for a quick bite if you're in the local area and having a cheat day! Staff were efficient and customer service was not more than what you can expect from a busy fast food chain.

Funny old place, not sure it it's indoors or not. There is a charge to use the toilet, I wasn't desperate enough to fine out if it's free for customers. Food is up or down to usual KFC standard, depending how you look at it.

Hey, restaurant in self nice, Chicken here not best its always overcooked till its very dry and dark colour, people complain about 50p toilets, next to this KFC is public toilets, and for customers toilets are free, you just need ask, if make this toilet free then its will be not restaurant but public toilet, 50p for tourist area its normal, when i been in Paris there same toilet €2.

Reasonably well maintained restaurant. Could do with a top to bottom clean and a little work on staff motivation. Trick is not to arrive too early at lunch (they make up a lot of chicken in advance and as a result it can be a little dry), but equally don't get there too late as the queues snake the entire restaurant.

I mean it's just KFC. the reason for this review is the toilet. There is a pay gate for using the toilet but you don't have to pay as the toilet guard opens it for you IF YOU CAN PROVE YOU'VE PAID FOR FOOD AT KFC. We were quite amused to see people being refused entry because they didn't have their receipt with them. Some were waiting for their friend to buy and bring food to their table and clearly wanted to use the toilet while waiting but couldn't. I imagine this is to prevent people from the street overcrowding the toilet but it's creating a funny job position there and we couldn't but laugh about this unusual entertainment. We were 7 in a group and wondered if we would be allowed entry with only 2 receipts... The jokes kept coming. :)

Hello! Our names is Romeo Aldobrandino and Christing Davis Then on Sunday, I came to eat again with my friends and my girlfriend in your restaurant last week. My experience there was very good. There was a beautiful young lady there who was in the lobby clearing and cleaning tables etc...I just want to say she is a very friendly person, she offered to take me and my friends trays, I said no it is ok, but she insisted and just wanted to help. She always smiling and asking other people if they are ok and whenever a customer wanted to use the rest room, she would not refuse. What a lovely girl you have as a team member.
