R. V.Visited KFC today at Waterloo station. Everything was as per the standards from food to covid safety measures. We ordered a sharing bucket which was served following the standards which I really liked.food taste was great as always and I would also like to mention about Rena...KFC team member... she was really kind, helpful and a great customer service by her. She's a great addition to the waterloo KFC. It was a great experience !!. Cheers to u guys👏.....
d. 1.This is one of the most modern KFC’s I’ve been into. Looks great inside and the staff are super polite. The manager and an assistant were serving and they were both really polite and welcoming. One of the best services I’ve received in a KFC. 5*
N. D.Went here after uni to try the new wow box deal. Chicken needs a bit more taste but otherwise the the burger and chips was great. I hate that I have to go back to the till in order to ketchup and other sauces. I understand if it's policy to let the customer ask but I'd rather there just be a machine to get the sauces a person might need. Also for older guests beware the swarms of teenagers and other uni students who tend to get a little loud. Otherwise a pleasant first experience. For other month of meal deals I'd go again otherwise not much point.

First KFC I had seen with self service terminals, so that was an exciting experience in itself. Marvelled in an awe-like state as I scanned through the customisable menu options.
Enjoyed my flamin’ mini wrap with additional hash brown on a late Friday night, drunken, train journey back to the suburbs. Good times.

J.Very fast, considering I ordered two box meal. It was fresh and chicken was very crispy. Fries was crispy and fluffy at the same time. Came smoking hot, which was a plus.

On the other hand, chicken was well made, not oily, not dry.

F. E.Greeted by a really polite female staff member who assisted us from start to finish, the food was piping hot! (I don't think I've ever eaten a piping hot KFC before today) she also helped and attended another lady who fainted, I can't remember her name but she was so lovely! 小.(Translated) I believe that KFC is a company with very consistent products. The taste of this fried chicken should be the taste of KFC in England. I find it interesting that, similar to the Taiwan version, the fried chicken in England pursues the same crispy skin and gravy, and it tastes better than KFC in Iceland, but British French fries are more moist and not crispy. The biggest difference is probably the barbecue sauce that comes with the meal, which is better than the Icelandic ones. But maybe this restaurant is near Nanlun University, where the land is expensive, and the area inside the Litong area is more than the seats... Then there are many people, the restaurant environment is very dirty and very crowded, in the Covid moment, KFC restaurant There is absolutely no space inside to maintain a safe social distance, the table and floor are full of fried chicken pieces, soda stains, the waiter is also very poor, the whole is very English street style.. The environment is too dirty, in Covid times, it is very annoying If you don't have the confidence to think that you are surrounded by viruses, you will think that a profitable company like KFC should give back to customers with a better quality dining environment. 5 stars for the food but 4 stars for the texture of the customer

我相信KFC是商品很一致的企業，這間炸雞味道應該就是英格蘭KFC的口味，覺得有趣是，與台灣版類似，英格蘭的炸雞一樣追求酥皮、肉汁，而且比冰島KFC好吃，不過英國薯條感覺比較肥濕不脆，最大差異特色大概是隨餐的烤肉醬沾吧，比冰島的好吃。但也許這間店在南倫大學附近，寸土寸金，內用立吞區的面積，還比座位多...然後人潮多，餐廳環境非常髒亂，而且非常擁擠，在Covid當下，KFC餐廳內完全沒有空間可以讓人維持安全社交距離，桌面、地上充滿炸雞碎碎、汽水漬，服務生也很可憐，整個就很英格蘭街頭風格..環境太髒了，在Covid當下，很讓人沒有信心覺得周遭都是病毒，你會覺得KFC這麼賺錢的企業，應該回饋客戶更好品質用餐環境。食物5顆星，但給顧客的質感4顆星
