Nice staff fast reasonable prices the staff Bly bad thing it’s not HALAL food

The food was nice and fresh however I waited over 15mins to place the order and another 20mins for the food to be ready. Definitely need to improve serving and preparation times.

They were busy. Staff members were difficult to understand through the protective screen. I know we were in the premises late, but service was poor, and one member could not be bothered to make wraps, so told another member that they had run out wraps, which was not true.

Staffs are just gentle and helpful for fast food restaurants standard level. Plenty of sitting space on the basement floor. Clean toilet. However, fries were bit dry and not fresh as I would expect.

The place is well kept. We went in and went downstairs and ordered using the table service. The food came somewhat late considering this is a fast food place (probably 8 mins or so on a reasonably empty restaurant seated customer wise). Also table service forgot to give condiments when the food was delivered (no ketchup, mayo, salt etc). what's the point of table service if i have to traipse back upstairs to ask for sauces? took 5 mins of queueing too just to get those sauces as the staff were busy looking at machines instead of watching the new arrivals. It would be much better if there was a station downstairs with the condiments / napkins / spoons etc available vs having to make customers go back upstairs, wait and ask for more / missing stuff!

So I was tempted to try the Imposter Burger even though I'm not a vegan (cus I'm open minded like that) to see if it stacked up to the test of taste. When I finally got my hands on the much hyped Quorn fillet coated in the colonels secret spices, I was pleasantly surprised - slightly dry, but it did taste pretty good. However I was left mildly disappointed, not at the burger itself, but at the overall show. It's like KFC haven't put any effort into making this appetising, and it kind of feels like a publicity stunt, not an actual attempt at encouraging people to ditch meat or attract a plant based audience. A single, lonely leaf of lettuce topped with a paltry amount of vegan mayo that would lead anyone to believe global supplies were running out, and fries as cold and soulless as capitalism itself. I haven't eaten at a KFC in years, but I don't remember it being this bad, especially not in the fries department. I hear they've run out of Imposter Burgers for now, but I do hope they'll raise their game by the time the second batch arrives.

I'm not sure how to rate the service. It was ok. The Imposter Burger on the other hand was a smash hit! I climbed hills, mountains, and swam Rivers in search of this vegan delight. I've been a veg for over 20 years so that's how long it's been since I had KFC. It was worth the journey.

Having a sit in late night meal, in a clean, fairly settled, bright, can hear yourself, premises with quite a few tables in the basement. Miss a large cup of tea though (like Maccies). The KFC app seems to give helpful offers, but a gravy meal goes down a treat, and there is nothing equivalent seatingwise at a late hour. Being patient ordering helps, because English & accents can be new to some. Speak slow, elocute, not fast, pause, ask if understood, 4 it helps one to look forward to a good meal. & gives good practice to those learning, those tired. Chose the (no drink) gravy meal but not sure its name and paid extra for two sides: tea & mash. Staff suggested I use my free £5 coupon from KFC App (each purchase earns coupons & adds up) and my din dins cost me a cup of tea. Thank you staff.

Popped in whilst in the area recently. Can say it was far superior to our local branch of KFC. We had the 10 piece family feast and were given a proper selection of different pieces of chicken unlike in our local branch where unless you specifically ask you'll just get thighs and drumsticks. Also seemed to taste better as well.

Probably a newly refurbished place, so tidy and clean. The chicken was nice too, I am sure they cooked/fried at the moment, tasty and crispy. The only thing I didn't like was that when leaving going through the stairs there was one of the worker cleaning the steps one by one with her hands. Does KFC not provide mop to their stores and employees? It looked to me like a scene from the XVII century. Not good to see.

Was served a bum with black and green underneath. I took it back to the counter, no apology, they cooked me a replacement one and said it was the toaster causing it?!? The replacement turned out to be the wrong order but I ate it and hated it....somebody else got mine!

Food here is always good but the service is unpredictable. Sometimes I get servers who get my order completely wrong, sometimes they can be very rude and won't give me ketchup, sometimes they can be very quick and nice. So it's up to your luck really.

the staffs here constantly mistaken my drumsticks with chicken breast... Also not sure why UK KFC is so much worse than KFC in China, sometime UK KFC doesn't even have ketchup and salt to provide to its customers, while KFC in China offers a wide range of foods and drinks.

KFC is never the best and definitely far from the worst food place you can find in London. If you fancy some fried chicken, then you can't go wrong with KFC. If you have never been to KFC then make sure one of the items on your bucket list is the original recipe.
