Whenever I come to stay with my family in Walthamstow I come here all the time. They do a fantastic selection of breakfasts and I honestly think their coffee is the best around. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is lovely, I quite often work or read for a couple of hours. I also love that they stay open later than most cafes. Just wish I could find a nice place like this where I live!

Food is above and beyond, decent coffee and friendly service - all I would improve is the inside ambience but i'm not knocking a star off as it is genuinely really love place to sit inside/outside of. Also, delivery orders are really quick and really good - portion sizes are fantastic for the price!

Food was nice. The vegetables were slightly bland and could've done with some lemon. The highlight was the crepe, warm nutella and ice cream was an amazing combination. Rating:6/10

Absolutely lovely little place on the corner of Hoe Street. Walked in, and was greeted warmly by very kind, sweet stuff. Then we sat down and made an order for a birthday cake. They were very knowledgeable about their products and very attentive to my needs and requests. Nothing was too much trouble and I got everything I wanted. Came the next day to pick up, they were ready and the final product was absolutely, utterly stunning. And not only that but it tasted out of this world. Well done!! And keep up the good work!!

I had the full breakfast. It was so massive that I could not finish it all. The lady there does not speak much but is always smiling. She has been there for a while and was nice to my child the last time I went.

Love this cafe, most of the food is delicious and service are really nice. However, there are a few things that detract from the experience. The food tends to come out at random times. Today, I had to watch my partner eat his entire brunch until my own food arrived. Also, really do not recommend the strawberry ice cream.

I am so glad that I visited this place. If I would have not been based in North West London, this would have been my favourite place to visit. The stuff is nice, helpful and friendly. I had only tried the chicken wrap and I really liked it. The chips were nice and reminded me of homemade chips of my grandma. The vibe was nice and relaxed, really down to earth. For me, perfect place to have your coffee and snack (meal). Will come back whenever I am in the area :)

I love Le Délice! It was the first cafe I came to when I first moved to the area a few years ago and I've been frequenting it ever since. Really nice staff and a laid back, homely vibe. Not pretentious at all. The food is tasty, reasonably priced and the menu is varied. Tried the roast for the first time yesterday and it was incredible! Highly recommend.

I previously Oct 2020 ordered spag bol and a chocolate cake. It was decent enough - lots of extra garlic and chilli as requested (7/10). The cake was so-so (5/10). Yesterday I ordered a pizza. It came with a complimentary pastry that was a really nice gesture - cake was tasty too. Pizza was fresh and warm when it arrived. 7.5 - 8/10 would reccomend.

A true neighbourhood gem! I have ordered both delivery and collection from Le Delice and have had a great experience both times. The food is delicious and gives that homemade comfort food feel! Great customer service is delivered with gratitude and the staff are welcoming, polite, and genuinely friendly. When my lasagne was accidentally forgotten in my collection order, the issue was resolved with grace and speed. I rang up and was immediately recognised as the missing lasagne order. The staff on the phone was proactive in letting me know that she had attempted to find my contact details on the Uber Eats app and was glad I called. She immediately let me know she had popped another lasagne in the oven and was going to have it delivered straight away. The replacement lasagne arrived quickly and included a lovely little surprise dessert pastry as a gift! It is actions such as these that elevate a simple cafe to a neighbourhood cornerstone. Also, the lasagne really is the best in Walthamstow.

Need to start off with the fact the pizza base is amazing. However the pizza had too much of a garlic flavour, and there was too much sauce compared to cheese. Otherwise a good pizza overall and reasonably priced.

I was desperate for ordering a cake last minute, and not only the staff from Le Délice kindly helped me in spite of the very short notice (I called them the evening before at 21.30), but the cake itself was simply stunning in look and taste. Visited the café with friends for quick lunch, order beef burger - was absolutely amazing especially for the price offered. Saw waitress bringing waffles to the other table - they looked sooo good that we had to order few - definitely not disappointed, as they tasted even better than they looked. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. very happy and definitely will be coming back again soon :)

Food is good. Staff are nice. But I was overcharged (charged for an extra tea) If I didn't ask for a recipt I wouldn't have known. I checked the recipt when I got home, too late for a refund! So I hope to get a free tea next time I visit :)

Have been here a quite a few times now. On the whole the food is fine, the Delice breakfast is pretty good and their cakes are quite nice. Service is not bad, although went once on a Saturday afternoon in a group of 8 and, perhaps due to it being very busy they got a couple orders wrong and were quite nonchalant about it. Probably due to it being busy that day.

Great cafe and bakery! This cafe is down to earth and friendly with a good range of hot and cold food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as plenty of sandwich and baguette options from their deli counter. A real shame that the bakery in the back has now closed down, they were amazing.

I've been in here a few times. There is nice relaxed atmosphere and it's easy to get some work done. The food has always been a bit disappointing and it seems like whenever I order food a few fruit flies magically appear and try to land all over it. I'd suggest skipping for lunch, but perfect for a break with a coffee.

Ignore the scruffy, slightly crowded interior (so many signs everywhere!) because this little cafe is really lovely. Food is tasty and very cheap - my huge slice of Spanish tortilla with salad came complete with feta and roasted beetroot and green leaves for only £4.50. Staff couldn't be more friendly, there's free wifi and the cakes they kept bringing out, made to order for birthdays and weddings, looked really special.

I visit Le Delice regularly and am a great fan of their Hot Chocolate. They have a great private room at the back that you can book for private gatherings. Amazingly, all you have to do is order some food and the room is free. I hold a Muslims' Business Network event there every month. Our members love the atmosphere and menu and always look forward to the next event.

Coffee is good. Young guy rude behind the counter. To a new person, their system is easily explained where you order from the counter and go to a table. This was very difficult for him. The sausage is like pork meat and everything to duffal coat. God knows what is in them. Ridiculous flavour as in bad. Lovely cake and big windows best thing about here. Wouldn't bother again.

I'd have preferred some taller tables as I couldn't get my feet under no matter what and some less worn out armchairs. This is arguably a matter of taste.

First and uttermost, I am not sure why there are negative comments abt this cafe. I have been there twice with my son, and it’s the more consistent and welcoming place I have been in a long time.. last week I went with My boy and order waffles & some hot drink.. service was great and all the members present were smiling and “NOT FAKING SMILE”.. it clearly reflect on their service and the buzz in the cafe.. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENT THIS PLACE AND IGNORE THESE IRRELVANT COMMENTs.. Thank you very much guys and really appreciate the food n drink .. will be back soon.

I personally really like this place, I have had tea, breakfast, brunch and dinner here and never been disappointed. The place is really quaint and has a feel t it that is comforting to people from all ages and backgrounds, Le delice always gets my vote as it has something to offer for everyone at every occasion. Forget chain cafes like costa try this place it will not let you down!

For me its the Cafe/Chocolate Eclairs that hit the spot for me. Raised in France, has brought about with it a certain level of expectation, and that means British pastry/cakes in general just doesn't hit the mark at all. And not many people do Halal (non animal fat) based eclairs, so for me this is the only place I know of where to buy Halal Eclairs. The customer service could be better in my opinion, they tend to get a bit cranky when the place is really busy around lunch time, with the non regulars. As for the decor commented by others I agree, and they could improve their pannini only by offering some spicy peri-peri chicken filling and by being more suggestive to customers like recommending mozzarella cheese etc for their filling, not everyone is a foodie and know how to combine ingredients to make them that bit special.. The other local place I would go to is Belgique, in Wanstead but you have to call up and place the order in before 3:30pm the day prior if you want the real Eclairs, non of that silly fresh cream filling nonsense but the real creme de eclair filings.Hmmm Yummy! Bone appetite guys!
