Really enjoyed the food and the service was friendly and efficient. The Saag aloo was excellent as was the Tarek Dahl. Garlic naan was very well done without overpowering garlic as some places do. I went with four sides for dinner and had plenty left over.

Fantastic food - in our opinion the best on the island. We regularly order common staples (vindaloo, naans) and also some of the more unique dishes such as the pistachio curry - always great food. They're pretty awful at delivering to a specific time if ordered in advance, so we've learned just to order 20-25 minutes before we want.

Have been a regular customer since I moved here. It is my first choice when I feel like Indian food. Love their Tandoori chicken , lamb chops and king prawns. Good portion and rich flavors with reasonable price. The staff there are very attentive and friendly.

Went for lunch last week, the place was pretty empty but the manager and staff were very attentive. Shared a veg and and a chicken Thali both of each were really good, with varying flavours and heat plus generous portions. I really liked this place and if you are looking for a good curry in the cultural wasteland that is Canary Wharf then I would highly recommend. Evening out, early dinner- lovely restaurant, food good, if you want it spicy please ask for more spice - as it doesn’t come very spicy. Other than that great experience - Good choice of beers and wine! Recommendation for the house red!

I've always enjoyed Lime, both eat in and take away. Thankfully they have remained open during lockdown and it's become a staple Saturday Night Takeaway. I've used the food delivery companies, and I've given up as they are so overpriced and you never know what you are going to get. With Lime I get great tandoris and curries. One thing I've noticed is that what used to be my regular meal of starter, main, rice, veg dish and nan - I can't do that anymore! With lockdown we're eating less, and my stomach can't cope with all the tasty treats here!

The spinach and pumpkin curry, whilst unimaginatively titled, is a treat for veggies with a sweet tooth. Other veg dishes are the usual suspects but nicely done. Staff here are brilliant, friendly and helpful. Not properly off the beaten track, it's near another popular Indian restaurant, but has better choice on the menu. I will seek this place out whenever I'm in London.

I've been here a few times for dinner. While the staff don't treat you like you've just walked into Disneyland, I found them adequate and sometimes even bordering on friendly. The food, is decent, especially the tandoori items. You won't have you're most amazing Indian meal here but it'll be far from your worst. The atmosphere is nice albeit a bit empty. The owner (or manager) is very nice though. Friendly chap who is keen to help and assist. The main reason why this is 4 star not 3 for me. Definitely give it a go if you're in the area and looking for a comfortable place to have a few drinks and enjoy a decent meal.

Absolutely amazing food every time. We often order from here and it's the best take away curry we've ever had. Came in once for a birthday dinner and the food was equally delicious. Staff really attentive and food was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Was quiet when 4 friends and I went late in the evening on a Monday. Starters were small so if your sharing get different dishes to share however tasted great. We split a biryani between two and had a bunch of curries. And tried all the different naan breads. Definitely will be going again. Although it was quiet, service was abit of a downer. Only saw one waiter serving the restaurant. Felt sorry for him.

Not the best but much better then lot of Indian restaurants. Staff is very nice and friendly. Food portions are generous. Food quality is alright aswell. The only problem is this isn’t authentic Indian or Pakistani cuisine restaurant. But it’s ok with me because I get to try something different. Good amount of seating available here. Never had issues with parking my vehicle.

I've tried half a dozen Indian restaurants in East London in the last few months and all have been disappointing and none would I rush back to (and some I would avoid), but Lime changes that. Whilst it's not on my doorstop, I'd happily put the small effort in to allow for a couple of tube stops to make my way there on a Friday/Saturday night. Good selection of faves/traditionals and what looks good choice for the more adventurous. Wine choice was more than reasonable, tasted good and not outrageously priced. Advised that it is quieter on a Saturday, devoid of the business traveller no doubt from the Wharf, and as such didn't feel rushed to get in and choose, nor eat/sup up and leave. In fact, 'take your time' was the order of the day, but attentive when service was required. And at the end of the meal/night, the owner showed good customer service skills, chatty, interactive, friendly, warm, and knowing when to leave us alone. This would be a 4.5 if the mobile app allowed it; the only minor point would be for the rest of the serving staff to smile a little bit more :)

We stay in the area once a year to celebrate a double Family Birthday - we were first brought to Lime 4 years ago and have since chosen to return every year - we have found the food and good value exceptional and the Service completely agreeable - we will be there again this year and hope nothing has changed.
