Reviews of Lupo Bros Fitzrovia

This Lupo Bros is a favourite of mine and my partners but our previous past experiences have been subpar with the exclusion of one of your staff. We have our usual burger meal and the food is generally amazing so no complaints there! It's just a shame that the quality of service has been slow recently. I'm not sure what days she is in but we'd like to show our gratitude to a lovely young lady called Aisha, who's served us every other time that we've had a more positive experience. She is simply an asset to the business and we look forward to seeing her 👏

Lupo offers great atmosphere, outdoor tables for people & car watching along London's F&B hotspot Charlotte Street. Real American-style thick shakes and good variety of dishes for all day dining. Enjoyed chatting with Lupo Bro :)

We came across the delightful restaurant and brunch spot when trying to escape the coffee chains and eat somewhere more personal. What a lovely restaurant. The owner and staff were charming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother. The food was delicious too. I had the very tasty Breakfast brioche and my husband the Eggs Benedict. We both cleared out plates! We had two spicy Bloody Marys which I highly recommend. The coffee was smooth and aromatic. We will definitely go back when in the area. Highly recommended. Enjoy

I had a nice cortado from here and a jasmine tea. The service was friendly and quick; the prices were fair. I would definitely drop by if I was in the area again.

The food was good. The poached eggs were unfortunately not as runny as we’d hope. The pancakes were probably our favourite. As for the coffee, it says it’s speciality coffee so when ordering I asked the waitress what their blend and single origin coffees are, but she didn’t have a clue what that meant. She asked the barista and let me know they only have the house one to serve. Only after did she realise I was asking about the type of beans and that the speciality ones were only for purchase.

So I have been trying out this new place which is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Lupo Bros in Charlotte street. My lovely Aisha, Thank you for your amazing service every single time, you never fail to amaze me with your kindness, professional standards and polite manners. Not to mention their Caesar salad is the best I have ever ate. Thank you for everything! I 100% recommend this place, amazing prices and amazing food and amazing staff. Thank you Aisha ❤️❤️❤️

Really recommend this beautiful spot in central London. We came with my wife for brunch and it was delicious. Lovely fresh food , good coffee with nice art. We had a great service from 2 girls. Definitely coming back.

Had a lovely relaxed business meeting in Lupo's. Good food, excellent coffee, V. friendly and attentive staff. I had the chicken burger, I was fit to burst. My colleague had a very tasty looking Lupos special mmmmmm

Came here for brunch on a bank holiday and it was quite quiet. Service was super slow, had to ask 3 times for someone to take our order. Got the eggs Benedict which were fine aside from the bread which was quite stale but we raised it with the kitchen. Was probably just a bad batch! Coffee was nice
Overall was ok but wouldn’t go back

The full English breakfast was great with good quality ingredients and a reasonable portion, but an extra sausage wouldn't have gone a miss. If I'm being picky, the sausage could have been done a little more as the skin was a little stringy, the sourdough a little more toasted, I would have preferred normal beans and the bacon wasn't quite as good as it looked. But it was still enjoyable.
Changed my water glass twice and it still smelt a little stale. I'm assuming they're just using an old dishcloth. The waitress was polite and bubbly with me, but was verging on rude with the couple next to me.
