I walked in on my way to pick up my car and was very impressed. I was met by a very bubbly, polite, Portuguese girl who sat me at a table instantly. It wasn't really hot inside and it had a great vibe. I had my soda water (which was free), and ordered within 3 minutes. The food took about 10 minutes and was presented nicely. The onion rings were really tasty and the burger was cooked perfectly. The only gripe that I have is that I don't like restaurants that put gratuity on for me. I like to give tips as I feel it's more personal and makes the staff feel more valued. Other than that 10/10, keep up the good work.

Great place to visit for a burger. Table service is great and the staff are very friendly/helpful. If it’s a sunny/warm day there is outdoor seating but if it’s chilly there are also a few outdoor heaters. Great vibe, great food and interesting selection of drinks.

That was one tasty burger! Seriously, the name says it all: downing a beautifully sour cherry cocktail and being served beautiful meaty goodness in some very funky decor and super helpful (and dog-friendly) staff makes this an awesome place to unwind and fill up!

I had the best time at MEATliquor Bloomsbury for my birthday party yesterday. I booked for a large group of 17. Email communication made the booking incredibly easy and everything was smooth. When we got there the table was ready and we started ordering drinks, all of which were lovely. They asked when we wanted the food brought out and only some of us had arrived so they were happy to wait for us to give them the go ahead. Once we had all arrived apart from one person running late I gave them the go ahead and they didn’t cook the late persons food till I asked. Once food came out it was all correct and hot which I know is extremely hard when catering for big groups. All the staff were lovely and friendly. I would 100% recommend booking a large group meal here.

Headed there on a Friday night with a group of friends. Booked online and everything went smoothly. When we arrived the place was not really busy (about 8.30PM) but there were only 2 waiters on the floor and in order to place our order we had to stand up and order by the till. The food arrived decently quickly but we were missing a portion of chips that never made it to the table (despite a couple of chases). The waitress also couldn't remember the burgers name that were on the tray and had to ask a couple of times before we could figure out which burger belonged to who. Keep in mind that this place is quite hip, they have a 'no plates' policy (unless you ask) so everything will be served on large trays including onion rings etc. It was fine for us (although we would have bought it in a bit more if we were told from the beginning) but if you are in a group where you don't know each other well you might not feel comfortable eating from the same tray/passing each other stuff. The food was honestly good tho and worth the price tag (also compared to other burger options in the city). Getting drinks after the meal and paying also took a while. In general the staff wasn't really bothered which is a shame as the place could have really good vibes and the food is delicious.

The clustercluck burger was phenomenal, had it twice in two days. Very unique with its condiments to pair with the burger. The whole thing was soft and melts in the mouth. Best of all, Halal too, however only the chicken. Wait time is a bit long and it's slightly pricey are the only two downsides for me.

Great bar/resto with friendly vibes! We enjoyed the Mac n cheese starter as well as the Hippie burgers. We found portions sizes a bit small though and would have preferred being served on our own plates rather than a pan with all of our meals on it. Regardless, the staff were very welcoming and took up our requests very well throughout the night! My friend and I will definitely be coming back to try the Chilli Chicken Challenge!

I love a MEATliquor, although as a vegetarian that might seem strange. However, the sides are total guilty pleasures. I have been to a few different MEATliquors and this one has the best service (maybe apart from Brighton?) and is not as dark and hot as they usually are. I am so pleased they have moved into the Brunswick Centre and will definitely be heading back for a Hot Mess and Fried Pickles...yum!
