Superfast early evening delivery. Yogurtlu Adana was perfect, generous portion, I appreciated the 2 large pieces of bread. The 3 sigara boregi only ok, not much filling, not worth £7. Compared to other Turkish restaurants in the area, it's 20-30% more expensive but very tasty

I love Turkish food and wasn’t sure how good this place would be with it being by the river. But honestly the food was excellent, the portions were huge, it’s the best restaurant you will find on that stretch of the river by far. The service was also fantastic. We had the chicken beyti, the lamb Adana, the lamb ribs, lamb shank, roasted aubergine starter and the air dried beef pide.

The service staff was attentive, friendly and professional without being over bearing. We had the windows seats with the grear view of the river and Canary Wharf skyline. We didn't had to wait to be seated and almost all the covers/tables were taken for a Saturday night. The food portions were generous and overall, the food was cooked beautifully. For starters, my friend and I had roasted aubergine with yogurt, arnault cigeri (lamb livers) and king prawns in garlic and parsley, all were cooked perfectly and delicious. Our mains were lamb chops and lamb ribs served with rice and salad, bread and chips sides and sauces. Tje lamb ribs were not as tender as I was expected but perfectly cooked. For drinks we kept to Turkish tea. The bill for the night was quite reasonable. Definitely will eat here again.

Excellent three course meal.... Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, start to finish. We had calimari, halloumi, chicken shish and baklava, each course was amazing, the service was great, it was lunchtime so fairly quiet but lady serving was attentive and helpful..... Great wine choice, although a bit pricey, great veiws, would be a great place to visit when the weather is good to access the outside. Clean, loved the rope lights, will definitely be returning 👍🏼 UPDATE: Love this place, definitely had become our favourite restaurant, have been coming here as often as our budget allows 😋

This is my favourite Turkish restaurant now, it has an amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is so delicious. I always have the Ali Nazik when I go and it never disappoints, truly beautiful dishes! Will continue to recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family!

Lovely restaurant on the river with very helpful staff. Delicious food, we had a couple of meze plates to start and shared the meat platter between 4 of us which was perfect for a big lunch. Very good value for money.

Delightful Turkish restaurant by the river, w great views of Canary Wharf. Safety precaution in place, ie. staff wore masks, extra spaces between tables, sanitiser provided. Delivered excellent customer service, and "Omg, how tender is that?" SERIOUSLY appetising food! Wasn't a fan of the Dua Lipa playlist playing in the background when I visited -- felt it cheapened the vibe -- but would return soon for the food.

Good quality food for reasonable price. I've been here twice about a year apart and both times I've quite enjoyed the food. We shared the mixed platter for 4 people which was cooked really well (see photo). The lamb chops and ribs were really nice. However, if you are 3 large adults interested in training, like us, you may prefer to get two mixed grills or at least extra rice. The salad and rice come with the mixed grill. The baklava was also nice.

What a fantastic culinary experience. Midpoint is really a gem in the Greenwich-cuttusark area. We went in for lunch with a few friends. We ordered chicken beyti, tawa chicken, prawns and falafel. Chicken beyti is highly recommended. The ambience was really nice, not exactly an Arabic styled one though. The outside seating is superb with a direct view to the river. Definitely recommended and finish off with the Turkish tea if you like.

Had a great meal here. The lamb chops were so tasty and tender. You can't beat the flavour imparted by cooking over coals. The salad on the side was dressed and this too had a great flavour. We had the chocolate brownie for desert. It was soft, warm and everything you could ask for from a brownie. No doubt we will go back, as I want to try one of the fish dishes.

Upon arrival, not really greeted politely. Waitress pointed to the direction and told us to sit by the window, when we awkwardly sat down, she dashed the menu down in front of us. Maybe next time it would be nice to place the menu on each side of the table? And ask if we would like anything to drink while we decide for food? For a place to charge service, you should be considerate. (Blonde waitress) overall I give it 3 stars because the food is amazing. Service terrible.

One of the best restaurant in South East area. Two of us had Turkish breakfast and there was no chance to finish everything for us. It was a huge breakfast. The food was very fresh and tasty. The Turkish waitress was very friendly and always around just in case if you need something. We sat outside as smokers but inside of the restaurant is very nice. If I realised that before I would definitely sit inside. Luckily it's very close to my house. I'm planning to go and try other dishes too. Thank you for lovely food and great service 👌💕

#hiddengem loved this quiet spot tucked away by the thames, with lovely views. Waitresses always has their eyes open to watch customers. Recommendations given, The food: freshly cooked chicken tasted juicy Not dry, the kebab was flavoursome, succulent. I wouldn't have earmarked this empty unit as prime real estate for a restaurant, however, the owners have turned it into a lovely looking space: warm wood, trendy lighting and a sunset view of Canary Wharf. I hope it does well to encourage more business to the area as the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, the humus moreish, with both the meat and vegetarian dishes juicy and plentiful. Could even go just for drinks, especially if allowed to spill onto the pedestrian area outside the restaurant.

Absolutely great. Got the Yogurtlu Adana and I was so stuffed that I had issues walking 😂 food is good, the salt was good, service is decent, the location is great. My Girlfriend and I visited this restaurant last week and were absolutely blown away. The food was amazing, the staff were incredibly polite and the restaurant was extremely clean and laid out beautifully. They even had some fires going to keep customers warm in the outdoor area. Moreover, the restaurant was situated in a very quiet spot by the river, which made our dining experience all the more pleasant.

A lovely turkish restaurant situated not far from the cutty sark and close to some quaint little pubs. I have previously been here for brunch which was pretty good but this time (as brunch menu had ended at one) we ordered off the main menu and this did not disappoint! I have been here 3 times. Cannot fault the food as it is perfect and possibly some of the best Turkish in London. Everything is very fresh and you can taste the quality. However, i must say that the hospitality has not been great when I have been - the last two times we asked for the window seat a couple of weeks in advance but both times we were placed on odd tables out of sight. The waiters and waitresses are not very friendly and it is a shame as the kitchen does does an amazing job.

The staff were wonderful - particularly Meera who looked after us with great care and attention and who made our celebration dinner extra special. All the food was delicious (and there was lots of it!)nice. My experience at Midpoint was pretty good overall. Despite turning up late to a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the server kindly found a table for us by the window. The other servers that served us were all similarly attentive, which was appreciated during a busy Friday night. The platter (with meats, salads, bread and rice) were all freshly prepared, not at all greasy or oily and tasted authentic. The only downside is that I would recommend the platter either be charged at a lower price or the cuts of meat be changed to include a greater variety as there were some cuts of the lamb which weren't as delicious as the other cuts of lamb or chicken that were included on the platter.

Love this place, has an indoor and outdoor sitting are too, with the views of the riverside. Food here is lovely and I can’t fault it at all, service on the other hand has been appalling on multiple occasions. We have had to flag down waitresses for drinks orders, no one came back to check if the food was ok and then spent half an hour waiting for the bill & another 10 minutes waiting for a card machine. At the time staff were not wearing masks and we were not asked for track and trace information although this was back in early September. Would love to return but unfortunately the service has put us off. Maybe a takeaway would be a better idea.

This place was really nice. The food was great. The calamari that I had wasn't well presented but it tasted fresh and the main was very delicious. Although not on the menu they also do alcohol-free mocktails. The waiter went above and beyond making sure that we had everything we needed. We were a large party of 10 and unfortunately the only disappointing thing was the terrible service, they young lady who took our order was nice enough however when after waiting 45 -55mins for our starters, she came over unapologetic to inform us two larger groups were ahead of us, we then said that's fine but is it possible to get our 3year old her chips as she was hungry, the woman said "no, it's not possible". Then we were greeted by a very lovely young man who had exceptional customer service skills and even offered us some chips on the house, but again after our mains, we had to ask for a dessert menu to which the waitress was unhappy about and was not happy to take our order or bring us our desserts which was the only reason for the rating.

The chicken shisk kebab is sublime and not spicy so kids can have it. Always relaxing and attentive staff that give good service. 3 kebabs and one child menue with milk, beer, prosecco, and a great lemonade for £60 is a good price. Will go again.
