Good tasty Vietnamese food especially Pho noodle at a very reasonably price. Other dishes are also very good and fresh. It opens late at night. Nice cosy atmosphere clean and friendly staffs. Can’t go wrong coming here to get your Asian food craving fixed.

Very cosy atmosphere, not too crowded. Dong the Vietnamese is very friendly, I ordered the wrong dish by mistake and they let me change it. Pho, the Vietnamese beef noodle tastes quite authentic but not as good as the Pho which I tried when I was in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam...it's also ten times the price in London.

Soup was superb and portion so large that a small starter was indeed more than enough. Very friendly personnel and quick service with good advice how to combine. Will go again but don’t need starter when eating soup. Small extra orange as free dessert 😀

As a Raw Beef Pho obsessor, I have tried quite a few in London. Mien Tay def has one of the best pho in this town(its branch in Battersea is equally good). Ingredients r fresh, taste is authentic, not to mention the shrimp crisps and orange dessert before&after the meal r for FREE. The waiter was super warm, and they dont charge any extra service fee. Strongly recommended!

Ordered the pork and prawn crispy pancake. One of the best I’ve have in London! Super crispy pancake without any greasiness. Generous amount of pork and prawn. A good margarita which isn’t always easy, especially for a good price. Also had the beef brisket pho. Delicious . Will definitely come back and check out their other locations.

Really tasty and authentic Vietnamese food and good value for money. The catfish, stir-fried goat and grilled chicken we had was really flavourful and just bursting with spices. Would definitely come back again to try the other dishes.

Very tasty, authentic Vietnamese food. Large portion sizes at very reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and service was good. We went with a vegan friend and there were loads of choices for him. They even served one of his dishes without the fish sauce to accomodate him. It was still delicious (I had a little taste)! 😉 Wish I had taken pics of the food but we dug in before I had a chance! I am definitely going back and highly recommend!

The service was quick and friendly. The staff could be more knowledgeable about the ingredients and the dishes but I totally understand if they aren't. The food arrived soon after ordering and the presentation was excellent. The flavours were good and everything tasted fresh. Really pleased! I will be going again as there was so much on the menu that I wanted to try.

Not 5 stars from me as the manager was on their phone playing a loud video next to the diners, which I found distracting, but this may be a cultural difference...

Mien Tay offers delicious and authentic Vietnamese food. There is not a fault at this restaurant, with even pricing, a broad menu and good service. The food comes quickly with generous portions and really mirrors food you’d taste in Vietnam, i would highly reccomend this restaurant

I love this restaurant...the combination of flavours are just devine. This restaurant is like a gem found in a mysterious forest of restaurants. Me and my 3 best friend's always come here for an annual dinner to celebrate our friendship. We tried a lime drink dat was very refreshing...the photos says it all.

Don't know why the place isn't packed. Food is fantastic. Although the goat isn't as good as it is in clapham. So please carmelise the sauce more. Saying that we went on Saturday got a table for 6 people at a short notice. The service was fantastic and we could have a conversation which you cant do in clapham as it is always loud and crazy busy. We had a great time and we will be back.

I was little worried about serving time after reading one of the reviews but the service was quick and super friendly during busy lunch time (don't forget to bring cash if you are going to order under £10 though). I have had few meals from there; their chargrilled pork dish is delicious...! Highly recommended and will visit again and again.

Great food! Although it is presented as a Vietnamese restaurant, there is also a LOT of Chinese on the menu (so, choose your order - if you want Vietnamese? Pick and choose as appropriate). Having said that, the Vietnamese dishes are good to excellent. I realise that this is not helpful if you don't know Vietnamese cuisine and I didn't ask the wait staff, so not sure if they can help. However, Vietnamese omelet with mixed mushrooms, whilst a bit different to what I had in Saigon, was delicious and close to the Saigon experience, and not something that I have seen anywhere else. Fresh rolls are also excellent. Good vegetarian selection - easy to avoiding the fish-sauce dips (Oyster sauce, a bit tricker - read the menu!), yet still both somehow get a Vegetarian rating on the menu. Vietnamese? Avoid the stir-fries. And the obvious (duck in wonton rappers with Hoi-sin, fried rice etc.)

The vermicelli dry noodles with grilled pork and spring rolls are something I highly recommend, also the chargrilled chicken with honey! Their portions are generous and delicious! My go to Vietnamese restaurant! I was so excited when they announced they were opening in Putney, as I would go to their Clapham Junction branch whenever I got the chance.

This was one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in my books (I have lived in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City) but my last meal was unfortunately very disappointing- banh xeo was actually disgusting! Maybe they changed the chef?????

Best Vietnamese in the area by far, as a person who enjoys quality East Asian food, this place is hands down the best in the area. Unlike some other places, their Pho has great flavour, the broth, simply amazing. Vietnamese pancake done to perfection. The ribs crispy as you like. We also has the curry which was lovely, the small addition of peanuts did wonders for the flavour. Went there for a quick lunch and service was quick and efficient. The waiter was polite and helpful making sure our needs were attended to. I would highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee for those with a sweet tooth. All in all, the only thing missing is green tea ice-cream as a desert. Then again it's not really a Vietnamese thing. Am highly impressed and will surely be returning here again.
