This is a really good value restaurant (considering you are in Kings Rd) where you can have a 3-course meal for £12.95! Ideal for a quick lunch and is used by builders to professionals which gives the place a good atmosphere. Staff a very pleasant and good attentive service. Recommend that you go if you just want a quick meal but would not as a romantic meal.

I ordered the breakfast which arrived quickly and looked amazing but unfortunately the eggs were snotty and not cooked properly nor were the mushrooms or tomato. The toast was quite burnt but I was impressed with the quality and taste of the bacon and sausage.

02/07 : 9AM. As for a table, and order Ham and also some orange juice. Service is pretty fast ( less than 5 minutes ) I enjoyed meal and for the price ( £5,90 ) i can qualify this meal as good quality. The ham was good in mouth and had a large quantity, the egg were kinda small but well cooked and an delicious half cooked yellow, the fries were on point and the beans were tasty and soft in mouth. Ends ~9:35AM Pour les éventuels Français, je n'ai pas d'autre mots a ajouter, ils y proposent le breakfast typique anglais ( sympa en photo et en bouche ) et le tout pour un prix abordable.

Since as far back as my childhood Mona Lisa in Chelsea has existed. Im talking well over 2 decades possibly 3. Some faces have remained and the decor the same. What stood the test of time is the divine, flavoursome, wholesome and hearty food. From breakfasts & fry ups, to pastas & roasts, to dinner and set menus, there is always a variety of choice. Considering it's Kings Road Chelsea, you won't be paying an arm and a leg for a meal. The staff are very friendly and always on point. It's quite an intimate setting, far from modern but that's the charm of Mona Lisa, stepping through the doors is like stepping into another country and time period. It can get very busy during Lunch and Dinner so be prepared. Outdoor seating available but it's limited to a few tables. Whether you want a quick meal, 3 courses or just coffee, they can accommodate your needs. Popular with locals and regulars, there's no reason it's lasted so long and will continue to do. Easily accessible and metered street side parking around. A must go for you foodies like me. ;)

We had an excellent meal yr day evening .the food was first class .I had garlic chili king prawns, which was simply mouth watering .my family had the calves liver in sage butter. Loved it. Great food at a reasonable price. The staff were great and friendly and the place was nice and clean. We were visiting the area so had no idea what to expect but it did have quite a few Italians having meals which was a good sign that the food would be good. It was. Will back back in again on our next trip in Aug.

Pleasant staff. Only had a main course and my chicken Kiev dish was nice. I had ordered a takeaway meal for my elderly mother which came out very quick and it was taken to her whilst we waited for ours. When I got back to my mother's we found that the sausages we nearly black and served cut in half and were hard.

Given a neutral rating. Although the cafe itself is clean and has a welcoming feel, it's not a place I'd visit again. All the food is Halal, so no pork products at all. Bacon is replaced with turkey, beef sausages instead of pork. All of which is fine, but the prices are rather expensive, nearly 20 quid for 2 of us to have an 'English' breakfast, which doesn't include drinks or toast, both of which are additional. Although the food was served up quickly and well presented, it was really salty, despite the 'fake' bacon. I understand the rents and rates for shops these days are high, plus wages etc, but a bit far out of our budget.

If you want a very large breakfast for the money, this is the place. We walked a long way through the 'desert' of World's End to find this place, in the cold rain, and it was a welcome surprise.
