Monty's in South Ealing is a gem of a restaurant. You have to come down and try it. Brilliant service the staff were so caring and hospitable and the food is a delight, wonderful flavours and textures. It is cooked with care and focus. The restaurant is nice and quiet as well. You can enjoy your food in a nice comfortable environment. I definitely recommend it. 😄👍🏼🔥

First time ordering from montys I ordered tikka masala, rogan sauce, nan, pilau rice and mint chutney. They all have good flavour with just the right amount of spice and get alot of curry in the containers . Now unfortunately thier was a couple of things I wasn't happy with first thing when I took it out the bag it was all coverd in some what looked like oil from the curry containers. Secondly I ordered 2 mint chutney only received one then the main issue I had was the chicken in the masala was very tough and chewy not tender at all this was quite disappointing overall I may order from here again but for the price I payed was left a little bit disappointed

Amazing restaurant with friendly, professional staff and chef's who really know what they're doing! Booking was easy and we had no issues being seated and being made welcome. Really gorgeous food, an unusual too! Excellent range of vegan options - I’d really recommend the cassava. The service was excellent too, lovely lovely people working there. Well worth a visit! A really wonderful Nepalese restaurant. It's the only takeaway we ever order from. The Chicken Bhuna is incredible and I'm reliably informed that the Chicken Jalfrezi is also fab (I am a creature of habit.) Monty's Onion Bhajis are the best I've ever eaten— transformative may even be the word. Lovely food, lovely people.

The food has an authentic taste, the sauces are thick, the spices aren't overpowering, and the food is fresh. You can actually smell the food (cooking) whilst walking past South Ealing Road and inside is always jam-packed - reserve your tables! The quality of the food has remained excellent throughout the years and the service is great. They always provide a serving of salad, poppadoms and mango chutney dishes on the side too and delivery is always within the time frame. Deva (the manager) is brilliant and goes out of his way with a personal touch to ensure that his customers are always satisfied.

I've been coming to this place for nearly 10 years and would like to say this is THE very place I go to for Nepalese food! It's the first place that comes to mind when thinking of curry 😂.. tried ordering takeaway during the lockdown and their delivery service is still efficient, and the food quality was still unbeatable 👍

My first time visiting Monty’s, I’d thought give it a try.. I must say, the taste is truly authentic, rightly seasoned food with wonderful hospitality, and I felt at ease being introduced by the staff. The experience was really comfortable, and you most definitely eat what you pay for, and that is a good traditional Nepalese cuisine. Highly recommend a visit!

Busy restaurant, sometimes too much so for the staff. Food has been consistently excellent over the years. Never let us down. The prawn Puri starter however seems to have shrunk wrist the price has increased. Can't find a better value, lively and tasty curry house than this. We keep going back.

I went on Tuesday night completely by chance. I was heading home for dinner and walked by the place. The smell was amazing and thought I would order the chilli momo. It was so tasty and the service was exceptional. So good, I went back for a takeaway on the Wednesday night. Again, the service was exceptional- very friendly and helpful staff. Usually I don't eat takeaway during the week but the food was so delicious, I had it twice in one week. Highly recommend Montys South Ealing and I will definitely be back!

Come here all the time with my family, every dish we order is always coming well designed and tastes even better! We recently tried the new regional menu they have on the board and the Laure Chicken and momos are incredible! Fabulous Nepalese food! We were taken care of by the friendly waiters and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and relaxed. We ordered the chicken tikka masala that tasted very fresh and creamy! Not to forget the tandoor chicken which they serve on a sizzling plate. Have been going to Montys for many years. It always set the bar for Asian food. The last few times I have been the service and the quality of the food was not up to standard. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold and what really annoyed me they were putting the chairs on the tables and sweeping the floor while we were still eating! I feel sad about this decline. I will give it another go but expect standards to return. Sorry Montys

West London staple still the very best for Nepalese curry, but the decor has fallen on (very) hard times and the staff are clearly feeling it. Toilets are in appalling condition, ceiling lights held up with tape, menus falling apart. The owner(s) seem to have abandoned the place. A real shame as the food is 5-Star.

The absolute best curry I’ve ever had. Been going here since I was a kid. No one does pilau rice, bombay aloo or chicken shashlik better then monty does. Also, the smell of the chicken shashlick when it arrives out of the kitchen and onto your table is godly, people look around wondering what it is. Update: 9/3/2021 Still the best curry I’ve ever had.
