I love this place! Amazing people, positive energy, and very helpful! Took my little brother here and he loved it as well! They have a very nice cafe with a restaurant where adults can sit and relax while their kids play We ordered the chicken nuggets, the portions are fairly sized towards the price. The soft play is very clean, and It is very engaging for children This is my favorite place to take my brother, he loves it as much as I do. I highly recommend this place.-

My 2 year old boy had his birthday party here. The service was fantastic - staff were polite, friendly and patient. The food was well presented and tasty. All the children had loads of fun and everything was very well organised.

Great soft play. It’s small and better for kids under 6 but you can just turn up rather than having to adhere to a time slot. It’s clean and the food options looked decent

A pretty neat place with soft play and a cafe, located at the back of an alley and above a restaurant. Could get extra crowded if there’s a bday party going on at the same time.

Nice place for kids. Two soft play areas for toddlers and older children. Quite clean and tidy. Friendly staff and professional. The problem is just the cafe ! Very pricey with basic or poor quality food. My hot chocolate was cold twice. They have changed the kids lunch you only get the lunch no more snacks like cucumbers or carrot sticks which they used to put on the side and it was lovely. Now you have to pay for few carrot sticks and cucumber! It be nice if it was a complimentary add on ! Not a wide range of kids food option which they didn’t replace the fish fingers! My kids used to love it. Thanks

All around excellent. No need to purchase tickets in advance for timeslots. Staff are friendly, attentive and the establishment is well maintained and clean. Unobstructed views in the soft play area also mean that parents can enjoy a good selection of coffee, juice and food while keeping an eye on their little ones. Looking forward to our next visit already! Thank you again team N20 KidsClub!

Lovely soft play. Went at around 10.15 was so lovely and quiet!!! Car park and the staff are welcoming and lovely. My 4 year old loved it here. Only thing I'd say could be improved is for the baby section to maybe have some soft rockers as well as the balls. Other then that it's fantastic. Definitely will go again. Children make friends because of how lovely and small and empty it is In the week.

Really nice soft play for younger and older kids. Management were great in answering my emails . It got really busy on the weekend and cafe became very busy /long waiting times for foo . Perhaps expanding the kitchen /getting more help is needed. It was clearly very busy because customers enjoy the place very much and children are truly happy

What a beautiful softplay area! Wow! Had an amazing time with my friend the kids. Super clean, staff is lovely, the coffees are amazing (they even have all the non dairy milk options: anything you want!) Will be coming back again and again!

We had a small party for our 4 year old and James and his team couldn't have been more helpful. They did everything we needed and accommodated all of our needs. Would recommend it to anyone!

Nice place attended a childrens party. My only issue is my daughter somehow ended up at the bottom of a 4 child pile up and hurt her back and head i tried to get some ice and was handed ice in a blue paper towel i went to reception and requested at least a plastic bag to put the ice in for my daughter the receptionist was sitting in front of a first aid door and was extremely uninterested in the situation. So she kept sending me all over the place when my daughter is literally wailing in pain sitting there by herself. I know a desk should not be left un-attended at times but this was a serious injury. The man behind the cafe counter helped with the ice but is there not a trained first aider on the premises? I would have thought this to be necessary by law? (Speculation i know but surely given the nature of the facility extremely necessary)

Not too big, quite intimate so a great way to meet other families. My daughter has been multiple times over the last month and thoroughly enjoys herself, every occasion. She's even happier she can play in the ball pen.

Fab little soft play spot. Popped in during school holidays and found the place welcoming and calm which is a first, these places are usually stuffy, overcrowded and very noisy! Sat down with a coffee whilst kids jumped around to their hearts content. Friendly staff. Little oasis on a wet day.

My 2.5 year old loves this place and it'll be be suitable for a few years yet. It's more easy going than other, bigger soft play centres – also, the food and coffee here is reasonably priced and really good quality.

Nice and quiet there this morning with the whole book your place in advance online process. My 35 month little girl was running around for at least 1 hr 45 before she actually sat down at the table so she really enjoyed it. Ball pit is currently closed off but all other bits are open. Take cash with you for cafe... not a bad price, coffee, fruit shoot and two chocolate bars for £5. Currently £5 entry for children and and free for adults and under 12 months.

One of the nicer soft plays I have been to (and I've been to plenty not only in the UK). Went with my 5&3 year olds. Staff are friendly. Place is big enough for the kids to run around. Small enough so it's not too noisy /overwhelming and was easy to keep an eye on them but also to read a book. Food menu is probably the most decent I've seen for a place of this nature for both adults and kids and the coffee was pretty decent too which is a huge bonus. Important to note, place is cash only. I thought cash was slowly dying and I never walk around with any. Luckily I had some on me by sheer luck that day. So go prepared to avoid kiddo disappointment

Finally, a cool music at the background, as listening at home for 5 hours every day of Frozen is..... We have ordered their signature Kids meals - my cousins were so happy! Can’t wait to come back again!

It was very well organized and the food was excellent. I was expecting the decoration to be similar to the pictures of the flower wall party but the balloons were different colours ( that's just me being pedantic) . They replied to all my concerns in a prompt way and the staff was extremely friendly. Would recommend this venue for birthday parties. Thank you :)

Very good soft play. Lots of seating and cafe for adults. Two large play areas for kids. The post-covid features are good (everything is on their website). All adults in masks. Tables are spaced out. There are 90-minute sessions with cleaning in-between. No ball pit. Sanitizer is available. With the reduced capacity, the play area is not too busy.

We have been to n20 on a number of occasions pre lockdown. It is just the right size for my son who is now 4 as you can sit back and not worry at all (whilst eating something good from the cafe with a coffee!). We had his 4th birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic. post covid-19 n20 is as good maybe better than ever. Numbers are tightened so it isnt busy at all and the time slots are the perfect amount of time before meltdowns start!

Nice soft play, clean and are able to see your child from all angles. However I'm scoring it a 4 star because they don't accept cards which is VERY inconvenient. Who carries cash on them nowadays. Its also quite annoying that on the weekends that take private bookings and we don't know until we have turned up.

It was a lovely little place for the kids but a lot smaller than what I am used to in my local area. Really lovely coffee provided and looks great for booking birthday parties. Not really supervised at all whilst we were there and I had to dive in on several occasions to him my kids.

Nice place for birthday parties. The play area is of a reasonable size for up to 40 kids under the age of 10. Food inclusive party deals with return gifts included but the return gift quality to be improved for sure. Has parking spaces for customers up to 15-20 cars.

A great place to visit! My nephew 3 y.o. and niece 11 y.o. absolutely loved the playground. The staff is very friendly. Also, there is a nice cafe, which i would highly recommend trying out. Thanks a lot and we will definitely come back! :)

We had the BEST Birthday Celebration at the club last weekend! The team and the service was great! My daughter and her friends were super happy and the parents enjoyed the hot platters and the coffees. Definitely would recommend this place!

Great place for kids, I would say 0 to about 10. Well thought and organised. Space to chill for parents, although my kids didn't allow me to chill much. Food, coffee, kid's snacks - definitely worth attending for 2 hours with your little one.

Cash only which limits custom as for a family with two children you would need £15 for entry plus food. Not many people carry cash these days. Otherwise a lovely area for children 6 and under.

Very small for what it is. Upon arrival was told no card payments accepted. Lucky we had some cash on us, AFTER payment taken, was told "oh just to let you know there is birthday party today so you may find it difficult to find somewhere to sit" dont get me wrong Its a nice, clean place for the kids, but with more parents than children it is very pokey and the no card payment is a big no no.

Ideal for all ages and the food is very good. Reasonable prices and great fun. This space is not too large meaning you can always see your child on the apparatuse... Parking is free.

It is a nice place for kids to play and train their motor skills. However it’s cafe is a bit dark and staff are not very polite. I recommend its playing area but if you want to sit down with another mother to make friends it is not a very good place to be.

Fantastic! On my latest visit with the little ones, I found out it's under new ownership. Seemingly what this means is that it's now sparklingly clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. The kids love it here, they jump for joy when they hear we are going. Highly recommended if you want a bit of downtime whilst the kids are bouncing around burning off some energy ;)

Had my son's 5th birthday party here on 16th June. Having an extension built so i wanted a party with no stress. In the run up, i got quite stressed by the idea of a party....had I picked the right venue? Would the children enjoy it? First party outside of close family and friends. Every single interaction with Jordan over email was easy, prompt, clear and helpful. Day of the party. Showed up with cake and candles. Super anxious....not logical!!! Member of staff who greeted us, so calm....everything under control. And then N20 staff worked their magic. THEY.DID.EVERYTHING!!!! Food (excellent actually..hot and fresh), cake, party bags, cake cut up and put in bags. It was perfection. I am so grateful the staff made this a party to remember.....thankyouthankyouthankyou Final word....thanks to the management. You hire the most outstanding staff. I could have hugged them all.

I visited the club with my children and was impressed with the new management and how nice the place looks. Everyone was very friendly. I would recommend this place for parents looking for somewhere to go where they can relax with a hot drink and some food whilst their children play.

Place kept very clean with lots of soft play activities. Cafe area within the complex serves basic snacks and ice cream for the kids. Not exactly cheap but worth the cost of entry.

I came to this place every week when I was young, so many memories, I remember the side looking huge. I took my toddler cousin here a few months ago and the slide was so much smaller than I remembered, but no less fun! Thank you N20 for all the memories!

What an amazing place to spend the afternoon with my kids here. Always great coffee and decent food for little ones. Not sure why so many negative comments, we ve been coming here since reopening, the girls are amazing, very helpful and chatty. Love the atmosphere and freshly baked croissants!

First time my baby girl went to one of these and she absolutely loved it. Friendly staff and parents. If you want to feed you little one you have a little selection of Ella's kitchen products and if uou bring your own or forget your cutlery or bowls the have a selection you can use there too. Definitely recommend
