I do love a good nandos, on some instances I've been left disappointed however not the case here! Located within Brentcross shopping centre, it's perfect to pop in before/after shopping. The chicken was perfectly cooked along with the corn on the cob! 5* Would recommend on overall experience 👍🏼

I eat in Nando’s a few times per year, and I quite enjoy the nuts as a starter. I ordered some, but unfortunately I was informed just after that they had none left. My Host Roxanna went above and beyond to make sure I had an adequate replacement not once but twice she made sure I didn’t go without. I’ve never had that kind of service at Nando’s. Roxanna is an asset to Nando’s at Brent Cross. She’s awesome! Give that lady a raise! She’s great at her job.

As soon as I arrived at the door, I was seen to quickly and was asked if I wanted to sit in. I requested to make an order for a takeaway. The member of staff took my order and was very polite. She asked if I had any allergies as I ordered the beanie pitta without the mayonnaise. The order arrived freshly made and fairly quickly even though the restaurant was busy. I got asked which sauces I wanted and was given a lot of sachets. Overall very happy with the service and quality of the food.

I couldn’t count how many times I come to Nando’s. They are, to me, providing one of the juiciest and tastiest grilled peri-peri chicken. This branch has set a bar of customer service high. All the staff there were so responsive, quickly handling all the customers as well as attentive, monitoring what they can do for customers like they should be there before being asked. Magdy is one of the example. She was so helpful, initiatively helping us to get the spoons (as we ordered a spicy rice). She offered us a take-away box as she saw us left two pieces of chicken on the plate. Well that was not the end. She surprised me and my wife putting the sauce exactly the same with what we had during we ate our lunch. What an excellent customer service! Definitely come back to Nando’s Brent Cross.

Went here today for a nice evening meal with my Mother and sister and was greeted at the door by Victoria, who was lovely! She showed us to a table to which a man who I now know to be one of the managers decline us the table for a reason unbeknown to us. We were then given a booth upstairs by Victoria and from there the experience was amazing! Our food was served to us by Tristan, a very polite young man. 8/10 would definitely recommend. Would have gotten a 10 if the manager could've explained the table issue.

Clean, good but minimal service and cheap. You don't need anything else from a chicken place. It is a chain so you find it all around UK, but it serves its purpose and mission 100%! It provides you a very cheap and tasty meal. On the pic my all time favourite, chicken butterfly with chips and garlic bread.

The whole process is completely different due to Covid so if you are not good at using your phones to order items and make payments this is no longer a place for you. You need to download an app to be on in a cue and yoi then get a text to let you know when they are ready for you. You the need to use a link to order your food and also to make payments... The food itself didn't take very long to arrive and was delicious as always big just not a straight forward at the moment.

Good, quick service. Nice location within the centre and food service is prompt also. Staff are friendly, however I did have to wave a few times to get them to come over I.e. for more drinks etc. They could do with reminding to visit tables to check every thing is okay given we cannot get up and approach them due to covid/ social distancing regulations. Appear to be some reviews here which are totally nonsensical. Trust me if you are in a restaurant and there are rats running around they will get shut down IMMEDIATELY by the public health inspector. So lets give up on these fantasy comments and come back to reality. Perfectly fine place to stop off and eat at Brent Cross. Nothing special but which branch of Nando's actually is? WYSIWYG is a good acronym for these chains, standard fare at decent prices, BTW did not find the staff rude but quite nice, but there again if I had my way I would have the ability to delete some of these ridiculous and fake reviews on Google Maps.

The chicken at Nandos was so good I still think about it a week later at home in Sweden. I really wish we had Nandos here. I tried the hot chicken with garlic bread and corn on the cob, it was also very good. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. I'll certainly consider eating in a Nandos, should I feel like a chicken dish.

Hands down the best Impossible Burger I've ever had. Cooked to perfection - even asked the waitress it maybe she gave me a beef burger on accident. Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer and kids hummus were awesome. Great drinks / Happy Hour specials. Can't wait to go back! I would have liked to bottle that up and take it home. Yum!

I have ordered half chicken with two regular sides and drinks. After waiting for approx 10 minutes I got my chicken which was so dry as if it was just reheated. It was replaced with a new one which was better. Overall, lunch with drinks was quite expansive. Not such a great value for money if you're just looking for a place to eat your lunch. Will stick to M&S chicken and sides and save some money.

Delicious and good! Recently tried Nandos for the first time ever and it was so nice. The sharing platter looked way smaller than expected but the chicken was cooked very good and it was tender and delicious so it was worth it. Still, when you pay £20 for a sharing platter for 2 people you expect more than what it is here in the picture. :-) Staff was really nice and sweet though, especially the Polish lady who was really helpful at all times!

It would be a mistake to tarnish this place with the tag of fast food. Yes the food comes out fast, but it isn't generally deep fried excepting perhaps the chips. The chicken is moist although perhaps don't order the chicken breast strips off the bone which can sometimes be dry. Great value for money, you get an additional discount if you work for the public sector e.g. NHS. Good place.

Brent Cross needs to be upgraded. All food court restaurants here are unbearably busy, especially evenings and on weekends. Usually a good queue outside for this one with up to a 10-15 min wait. Food as usual, is great.

Nandos is an institution and has provided many happy spicy chicken-filled hours for the nation. It may not be fancy, but nobody does it quite like they do. The Portuguese peri peri spices have carved out their own place in the pantheon of flavours and I haven't met anyone yet who could refuse peri peri chips from here.

As a die hard fan of nandos i can't ever give a bad rating but the store in Brent cross is very stingy with the olives. The amount you get take away or eat in is always smaller than any other nandos that I have been to. This is really upsetting for me so please do proper portions otherwise I feel cheated. I think this is due to management as this has been a continuous problem for the last 3 years. It can be slow here aswell but it is usually very busy so I can understand why. Best nandos I have had in the UK or overseas is in Balham they know how to cook so go there if you really desperate for a great nandos.

Basically this is the most preferred and loveable Restorent. This is very very famous for non vegitarion food. Yumi yumi pastas are also available here. The fresh and hot food is speciality of this Restaurant. There can seen huge crowd waiting for their turn for their seats. Once seats becomes available, Visitors can enjoy the food of their choice .Rates are very very nominal and affordable here. Non vegitarion food can also be enjoyed here.
