Great service and fresh food, one of the best Nando’s I’ve been too in terms of food taste.

Tonight was my first time eating at Nando's, and I could not be happier that this is the one I visited for a first experience. The atmosphere was fab, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was DELICIOUS (btw, their pita bread and hummus was the best I've ever had) and the manager could not have been kinder. His entire team truly was stellar from the moment we arrived. My only regret is that I live in Shropshire and can't have this restaurant as our local Nando's.

Very yummy food and very fast service once we were sat down. The manager was also really friendly. Only weird thing was initially sending us (a table of 2) away for a 25 min wait at 5pm when the restaurant was half empty.

We see the chicken quality start to go downhill unfortunately. Least when eating in the actual restaurant. Seems dry and hard the quarters, halves. I prefer to think it was overcooked but didn't seem cooked from raw as I'm used to at this branch

First time fir me trying nando’s, and it was at this branch, felt so good, i ordered chicken wrap , tasted so good.

We ate here on Friday night, and it was great service from the staff. I have multiple food allergies (including wheat and dairy) so I have to be super careful with what I eat and how it is prepared. When I came in I spoke with the manager (I believe his name was Massey) who was super helpful and informative, and showed me a PDF that all the restaurants use which shows ingredients for each item and after taking my order he went through and made sure it was all safe for me to eat. He also confirmed that the kitchen staff would be preparing my food in a seperate area and would clean the utensils before they were used on my food. The food itself was super tasty and I would happily eat here again as I felt super looked after by the staff.

Had to wait 30 mins, but that's because they've put a lot in place to ensure it meets all the COVID requirements. Only the third time I've eaten out since March and was great to have a change. You know where you are with Nandos and was very happy with how they're managing things. Staff were all great, as was the food.

Visited Nandos on the last day of eating in before the lockdown and it was packed!! The food was fast and tasted really good as usual however my sides was wrong (wasn't a problem) but one particular member of staff (black lady, long braids) was very helpful. When I had a complaint about my food and my seat being too near to the door, even though it was busy, she moved us and resolved the situation immediately and was very apologetic. I noticed the host (black lady, long braids) was extremely busy and was working very hard, she was pacing up and down and helping other tables as well as hosting and running food. It was a pleasant experience apart from my sides being wrong and I would like to thank the host for the excellent customer service and making my experience enjoyable. Would definitely be returning post-lockdown.

I must admit I haven't been to this particular branch in a while. Decided to visit with my 3 year old daughter after her nursery session and I must say I was very impressed with the renovations. It's more modern, vibrant and spacious! Miles better then the old layout. Firstly we were seated straight away. The staff were attentive from the beginning and this made me feel very comfortable. They were all very approachable and I'm quite shocked at these other reviews considering today was quite busy and all members of staff were doing what they should. No one was just standing about.. there wasn't a long wait for food and the food was surprisingly nice. My daughter had a kids meal which she thoroughly enjoyed and I had a pitta wrap "vino pitta" or something to that effect. No complaints from us. Infact we will be returning soon.

I came to Nandos last week and the service was absolutely lovely, the waiter Luke had great communication with us and even apologised about the waiting time and told us everything we needed to know. When we were struggling with how to order our food but when the waitress came over all was sorted. I’d very much like to come back to that Nandos and see my favourite waiter Luke again!!!!!

I ordered half a chicken however didn't request breast, when the waiter saw my face when food arrived he asked if there was an issue. Manager was apologising at the door for the heat (hotter in there than it was outside), but it was her staff she shoulda been apologising to, for making them work in that insufferable workplace. Sort it out Nandos, take care of your staff first, and they'll take care of the customers
