Upon arriving we were greeted by a stuff member named Sian who was very polite, friendly and professional. She was always smiling and checked on us regularly. She brought our cups for beverages, explained where the cutlery, plates and sauces were stationed and then brought our food over shortly. She also brought us over plates which was very sweet as we had already brand some over to the table. We ordered a sharing platter to share between the two of us. Food was delicious as usual and the portion was huge. We definitely struggled to finish. The decor inside was also very homely and vibrant. If your in the Dalston area please do stop by. The toilets were clean and smelt Lemon fresh. Thank you for such a lovely experience and amazing.

Sunday 27th February We at Laburnum Boat Club bought 9 of us here to nandos. We are an inclusive club taking young people with additional needs out for the day. The staff here in Dalston were incredibly helpful, and attentive to our table. Billy, Velma and Savanna thank you for your service and to the chefs for a quick service for our food too. Delicious. We love coming here, cant wait to come back again soon! 😋✌🏻

It really is a 50/50 feeling here. Nandos food is 90% always great, and the food here is lovely most times. I would definitely question the portions however, as I do feel they do give less than normal (i.e the spicy rice), and unfortunately the food has come cold, or the rice has been undercooked. Customer Service is again 50/50 in the sense that they are lovely in general and when ordering. However, when we are sat at the table, they hardly come to check/ask if 'everything's okay' or they would come at the very end once food is already finished. The design and layout is lovely, and really gives you a nice vibe, and depending on the time you go, for example, around 12PM, it can be really quiet (if you are like me and like the more quiet times). Overall, no major downfalls, and otherwise always satisfied when finished.

the food is semi-prepared nothing is made there, they arrive, everything is semi-prepared and at the last moment they put it on the grill to make it clear that everything was prepared and cooked to order...don't be fooled!!! I don't know how the waiters are treated in relation to the delay for the dish to reach the table I know that to collect the food there is horrible, the delay and the little concern they do with the drivers, unfortunately it's regrettable this in the Dalston unit already to collect It's faster in Bexleyheath, the guys there are more committed to work ... while cleaning the kitchen, I didn't go in to see... the restaurant sells a lot, a lot even per day!!!

Nandos Dalston is Nando's In Dalston. An area of creatives and hipsters. The food is good, I thought the garlic bread was stale but this could be due to them freezing their perishable foods during the COVID lockdown.

*Pictures to be uploaded Honestly the only reason I am giving this Nandos a 5 is completely down to the staff member "Hayley" for really going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and was comfortable after a mishap with our food order. She was very professional after I explained the problem with my food and she sorted it all out quite quickly and even with a smile - I asked to speak to a manager first because the only person I could see wearing a different uniform (suspected manager?) was a woman floating around behind the tills. I don't know why the manager seemed scared to deal with the customers but I'm happy a member of staff used her initiative to make my experience as a customer a lot more comfortable. And if someone didn't walk up to me like she did to see what the problem was I would have just walked out so a BIG THANK YOU once again to Hayley and the other lady who was serving customers that day, they were the highlight of our visit and had very approachable/friendly demeanors. The food is what you expect from a Nandos, no better or worse. The shop was quite clean during service which was reassuring but my only issue is management seem to avoid customers when there's an issue and leave it to the staff who thankfully pick up the pieces to resolve our issue? I'm new to the area and haven't eaten in this particular venue until recently but I would return to your branch just for the way I felt very valued/reassured by the kind nature of your staff members previously mentioned. Thank you again for turning the whole situation around for us that day - hope to see you again soon!

Great Nandos! Served Halal foods. All you might expect in terms of hot and spicy chicken. The place isn't too big, but not as cramped as it looks from the outside. Fast service too. Also excellent service.

Firstly we noticed how clean in here was. The place was spotless from head to toe. Then the staff. They were all extremely helpful, nice and very pleasant to talk too. They all knew their jobs very well. Our food came out less than 5mins after ordering. It came out looking and smelling great. The order was all correct, and there were no issues with it at all. We made further orders before we left to take home for other family members and these too arrived swiftly and when checked were correct and looked and smelt amazing. The layout could do with a bit of a rethink. People that have children, bags, crutches, etc have to walk through what seems like a maze to get through to tables. Moving maybe one set of tables in a different direction would free up some of the gangway. Other than this the restaurant is great. We did go there when it was extremely quiet. There was only 2 parties of people in there eating. But by the time we were leaving the restaurant had picked up and was pretty much full. Whether this had any bearing on the quality of our food, the standard of the restaurant and staff, I cannot vouch for. This is what I happened to experience on our visit, so can only give a review on what was experienced. Would definitely recommend and return there in the future.

Great food (obviously Nando’s, that’s why) and never disappointing food. Large shop so plenty seating available, but lunch times can be really busy. They deal with customers as a first come first serve basis, which is cool and how it should be done... but they should consider the fact that not everyone is waiting to be seated and serve the take-away customers before seating the ones that came to eat in. Staff are always friendly.

We went in, largish group including children and toddlers so had to wait for a big table, it was so so busy, but staff were all smiles, very friendly and nothing was too much for them. It's "only" nandos, so you're not going expecting 5* service, similar to McDonald's, but in this branch it really was 5*

Usually I tent to give between 4 and 5 stars when I go to Nando's, but this time I'll stay lower. The staff are much more rude compare with the other restaurants and they don't pay much attention at your requests. I ordered two drinks and they gave me one glass. When I politely asked for a second one, they gave me a small one because they were sure they gave me two of them before. Moreover, my chicken butterfly was overcooked. Overall, the food was good. it's Nando's after all.

The current delivery craze has affected the "eating out" experience, and it is evident here. Imagine queing up to order your food, and you are have to constantly move because the deliviery guys are rushing in and out to get their orders. After 8 minutes in the queue; you are then told that your food shall not be ready for 35 minutes. "35 MINUTES" Why, you may ask? Cause there are to many orders in front of mine. It is like this every Thursday and Friday. Guess I shall be doing UBEREATS from now.

It's Nandos. If you don't know Nandos and their classic formula you must have been living under a rock. I've ordered many times here to collect and sadly have to say on quite a few ocassions the food was far frim ready and some staff seemed utterly confused or oblivious to what orders were waiting. On a couple of occassions there have been a growing group on unhappy customers around the tills. Those eating in seemed ok. I will still use Nandos, and I have to commend one girl trying desperately to keep everything running at the front. I do sincerely love the Nandos formula.

Flavour your food with South American heat or keep it cool as London. Some where in between KFC and Pizza Express, Nando's fills your tum with out leaving a hole in your wallet. The Dalston branch is quite small so be prepared for lines on a sat or friday night. The chicken is pretty dry however a tap flow of sauce is at the ready.
