Amazing different dishes and taste. There is spider web 🕷️🕸️ on the painting I click the picture and there are some fly type insect also flying. They should give some time to clean the restaurant.

The Best Customer service I ever Got From Nando's In UK yeah it was your particular branch ! The waiter who served us , God That boy needs increase of salary ! I didn't have enough cash In my pocket that Boy deserved atleast £ 30 tip . I don't usually eat in restaurants because of bad service i got although the years so i prefer eating at home and cook food myself but this restaurant and this service you made me feel there is some hope left in this world. Keep it going this way and don't look down, customers will always complain but remember if they do then there is something to improve. Popped in for dinner after a swim with my son as we were really hungry. We both love Nandos and have always had good experiences in the Ealing branch! Our visit was as expected, excellent! We were greeted and seated quickly and in a lovely friendly manner, staff are hospitable and attentive in the Ealing branch, so we would have been a surprise otherwise. Surveying the restaurant, all was clean and tidy, well set up with hand sinks and cleaning stations so we knew we were okay on hygiene. Regardless of Covid, restaurants need to maintain good levels of cleanliness, so this branch wins points for keeping a tidy and clean house! We ordered 1/2 BBQ chicken new sauce, 1/4 lemon and herb chicken, sweet corn, broccoli, 2 x chips (1 with with piri piri salt the other without), coleslaw, mayonnaise on the side and the usual medium piri piri sauce and lemon and herb sauce, and our refillable drinks. All set for dinner! We tried the new BBQ sauce option and this was great! Sticky and a proper BBQ taste! Not sure why they didn't do this sooner! Food was great and the sweet corn was just right and sweetness came through nicely! The chicken was tender and no dryness at all!!! The staff visited our table a couple of times to make sure all was good!!! It was!!! We left thoroughly satisfied and no complaints at all. All through our visit we felt safe and secure in the thought that we were looked after and enjoyed the ambience created by the mixture of all types of people visiting, young and old, families, friends, couples and a few lone individuals dropping in for a quick bite, just like us! Well done Nandos!!! : )

What a great experience we all had here on Saturday night the food was excellent, staff unbelievable, one of the people I was with got there dinner, but the chicken was incorrectly ordered and not required, the staff changed it without question. It was the first day a friend and I ordered Vegetarian food, it was very tasty. The only problem is the toilets are downstairs and would cause a problem for wheelchair users. Parking is on the meter outside in the main road.

Handy Nando's in heart of Ealing. Open now and all the usual menu items available. Solid internal screening, I presume for Covid, are fine but lighting needs upgrading for a better/lighter atmosphere. Food and service good, but personally not so keen about chicken filled pitta now, which has a different wet slaw rather than a salad (lettuce, tom & cucumber) filling.

Food Critic Ratings: A visit to this Nando’s has been none the less an up and down experience. The restaurant was empty which was a surprise. The food was good, however I was let down by the consistency of the food, it was slightly burnt and dry more than needed despite the fact there was only another table. the service was good not excellent. Visited her on the 21st of September, with new social distancing measures in place now you order your food at your table. The food was good as always nice and piping hot. I had to call the waiter and ask to have my chicken well done as there was no option to add notes when ordering. I was pleasantly surprised that it was attended to. The only reason it does not get a full 5 stars is that we had ordered bottled water and recieved tap water, to which was taken away and then received. Other then that loved it!

Nandos is always good but this one on Bond street have taken all the adequate measures to ensure you enjoy your nandos stress free without no hassle. Staff are extremely covid vigilant and the food is banging! Is extremely busy during peak times so try and go off peak, you won't regret it.

I asked him to surprise me with a meal, a main and two sides. He went above and beyond with the surprise meal which was sunset burger, regular peri chips and regular garlic bread! Thank you Hassan, I enjoyed my takeaway. With the current lockdown, Nandos Ealing still served up some good food for our takeaway and many happy smiles. Bless up Nando's Ealing!

You know what you are getting with a Nando's and this one didn't fail to deliver. Great service, food and served quickly. I swear it is the best veggie burger I have ever had. I go for the pitta with a salad extra medium sauce and I'm in heaven. My partner goes for chicken with lemon and herb. It isn't the kind of place you go for a romantic meal or to relax for long as most of the chairs are hard. But on a cole raining English day it is a great choice. My only issue is with the loyalty scheme does not allow you to spend the points on veggie options. Annoying for me, great for my chicken loving partner

This was my first trip to Nandos! I was a bit confused but the staff was extremely helpful. As a visiting American, it was weird being seated but then having to order at the front. The food was perfect and tasty!

Visited this place today and was very impressed to see that they have spaced out the tables in order to maintain social distancing.I scanned the QR code located outside the restaurants and got myself added to the virtual queue, Noticed alot of people were not aware about this and were just queuing for almost an hour until realizing all that wait was a waste. A good idea would be for a Nando's employee to just remind people to use the QR to join the virtual queue. Ordering through the app is very simple and hassle free. Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly.

Nice place but meal was way to small for the money. Double chicken wrap, very small portion of rice, spoonful to be more accurate, and soft drink just short of £15. Double chicken was a total joke! Same wrap from suoermarket, probably more chicken in, bag of crisp and bottle of juice £5. Know where I'll be going next time!

Have had mixed experiences here - on slower nights the service has been fast and the food quality very good. On a Friday night I have waited an hour for my food... when it arrived it was hot and fresh but the delay was painful. There seem to be plenty of staff so no idea why the huge delay - all I can suggest is to visit at less busy times!

The Nando's in Ealing common and Harrow is just as good but somehow has the kids under more.control. o erall it's good. This place is very, very close to the Elephant and Castle and isn't anything like as well known as it ought to be - or shortly will be, I suspect. Over Christmas, we booked onto a thoroughly enjoyable guided tour of the cinema museum in Kennington. It's run by volunteers for ten pounds you get to see old artefacts, hear stories, see old films and even get a free cuppa and a biscuit

I always go to this one over the Ealing Common one because I find the customer service so much better. The staff are genuinely friendly, not just fake friendly, and they really do bother to make sure you're okay. When it was raining people left their umbrellas by the door which caused some people to mix their umbrellas up with others, so the manager (I presume) rushed to everyone he remembered who left an umbrella to advise them to keep it with them in case someone mistakenly took it. Little things like that really make a difference in the experience people have.

I heard all about Nando's when hearing about the UK. The chicken itself didn't reach my expectations of peri-peri. It was a bit dry. The sauces helped. I liked that you could opt for a healthy side, I got the greens and grains. Overall, I've had much better bbq and peri peri chicken, but since this is an iconic monument of the UK I'm willing to sell out and give it another chance.

Peri peri chicken restaurant. Eat in or take away available. It is fairly inexpensive. Don't expect great service really a slightly more upmarket fast food chain. Find a table and order at the counter. You choose how hot you want your chicken with optional sauces. Can get really busy and therefore slow at peak times.
