Every time we come here service is always on point! Service is quick, friendly staff and clean facilities. Decided to have dinner with the kids and we were looked after from start to finish - Marilyn was welcoming, Isaac was a legend as I was initially served a breast quarter and I don’t eat breast so he exchanged it for a leg quarter, Constansa’s customer service was top notch too!! A great evening overall and will definitely recommend. Will be back again soon!

I always have an amazing experience when I come here. The customer service is always 10/10 and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Patricia and Isabelle were awesome and really made an extra effort to make the meal awesome. 🙂 I would highly recommend !!

Cute Nando’s place. Very convenient location as it’s just of the highway and has plenty of parking, also it’s right next to Vue cinema and bowling which is a great way to end your date. We went on the date here and it was fabulous atmosphere. I’m not a big fan of the online queue for the table and online ordering food for the table, as I think that’s very smartphone oriented and it discriminates people who don’t have smartphones or who simply ran out of battery. Anyway looking past that it was a good experience, tasty food, fresh and nice staff. Our waiter Kaifala even remembered us from other Nando’s we used to go to. Made our day.

Typical Nandos experience - haven't been in several years but everything's absolutely the same. Food arrived within 15min of order despite very busy restaurant, taste amazing and ordering experience improved by scanning a QR Code on your table. This is my local nandos and I always go and it’s always great, but yesterday I had a wonderful experience. The hostess was incredible, I didn’t have any money to tip her but I have the next best thing: a review. Her name was Panteia (I hope I spelt that right) and she was so attentive she knew my every need before I did from start to finish! Opening the door and greeting us whilst me and my friends were stood outside, reminding me to use my nandos card if I had one, bringing me a bag when I was leaving with my takeaway box before I even asked for one, asking me if I wanted sauces and tissue (which I did but forgot about). Just absolutely lovely.

Good busy edition of this popular chicken chain, that have now added lots of vegan and veggie option. Medium chicken is my favourite and enjoyed superfood salad. Friendly staff and were seated quicker than the quoted 15 minutes.

The best customer service been coming here for years with continuous great service from all staffs..I think this is very key and important for all organisations as a lot has been slacking in the past few years people tend to forget to be nice.. Michaela which was a new face served me the other day and really stood out to me she was very jolly, happy and in a smiley mood which sent me a great vibe also my Food was great last two orders the chicken (breast) has been huge hehe also there's the manager (lady) didn't catch her name and tall guy (with accent and hair) they probably see me all the time now but they are really also lovely and helpful all the time I think all staffs in that Nando's NEED RECOGNITION or REWRDS of some sort their customer service and vibes deserve a HIGH LEVEL of PAY.. Price quality excellent choice. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the queue, maybe a better plan is to scan the QR code at home, and reserve from there. For me, even medium spicy was still pretty spicy. The fries were good. We had a great time. Apparently there is a maximum time per table, after about 90 minutes we were (politely) asked to leave.

Good service, however going there on a fridsy or Saturday night expect there to be waiting time before your seated. Food is always good, no complains there. It's situated in a retail park next other restaurants, bowling and a cinema so you can visit there. Big car park facilities, so there is and will always be space. The nandos itself is decent in size and there are seating for large groups.

I have always enjoyed my food and service here. But I must say I was a bit disappointed this last time.... I made a click and collect order given "these times we are in". With a scheduled pick up time. I got there on time and yes they do say the chips get done when you get there but it took me 20 minutes to get my order. And there weren't many people. I stood in the collect line for a good few minutes without anyone coming out to get order number.🙁and it was drizzling. Please do better. ( I know the service industry as I have been in it😉) But I love your food and won't change my rating🙂

The only thing that I didn't like it was the rush, even was not busy,of the cashier Magdalini, on my transaction. I told her that I have a card and I was looking for it, and she was pushing to conclude the transaction even no one was waiting. She give me the receipt in the end to speed up.

The new covid 19 arrangements implemented were a little inconvenient given that I don't have an account. The food was good. Chips were the perfect temperature and delicious. Chicken in pitta still a little dry - the size if the breast fillet still needs to be a little larger in my opinion. It never fills the pitta bread. The cheese in the sandwich was melted which is also a good sign. Glad they're using sachets for condiments. The bottles always made me nervous from a hygiene point of view. The cutlery should be sealed in my opinion. I think i might actually have to start bringing my own cutlery when I eat out. All in all good food and good service. The hygiene could be better though as a clean plate had some dried food on it. I love the location as its so convenient for drivers. Parking was easy.

The best service Nando’s in north london by far! Embarrassingly, I dropped and smashed a glass sauce, and the workers there really genuinely, handled the situation extremely professionally. Sometimes there is a long queue, but it’s always a great time with friends, with great food. The ordering system lets each of us get food separately without the pressure of everyone ordering at once. The chicken is delicious, fries great, and the bottomless drinks and frozen yogurt are the best. One of the best places nearby to get grub with friends.

(Eat out to help out) Lovely staff and great food! They have closed off half the tables in there to allow for social distancing however this had led to long queues. On a Tuesday evening I waited about 1.5hrs for a table but that was fine as we joined a queue online and they notified us once the table was ready. And they give you 10 minutes to make it there so yay!

This store is ok. Had probably one of the worst deliveries yesterday though. Barely any sauce and the breast was so dry I used sand to moisten it. Really is hit and miss with this store. You have pepes peri peri down the road and I can't help but feel it is better than nandos. Pains me to say it

My favourite Nando’s restaurant to go to. The service is very fast, food always fresh and portions are pretty generous. Staff are very welcoming and always make sure we get the best service and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. We always spend there about 2 hours just chatting! The overall chain experience is great with the friendly and well mannered staff and the great food. However it a nightmare with their virtual queue they implemented for Covid reasons. Taking an average of an hour wait. Would have it delivered home at the rate. But it not an thing that easly fixed. So I would recommend to pop in at the later hours if you want a table withing 15 mins, eg 20:30 in the evening and avoid lunch service altogether. In addition it not the best to join the queue early and go to the bowling alle as it unfair for those customers who want a quick service on food as the online queue has a limit for a number of people. Also it similar for other near by chains like Brent Cross, Wood Green and Southgate.

Food is delicious, you should get the butterfly chicken (at least medium periperi sauce) with peri-salted chips and garlic bread on the side. This place was busy which is always a good thing. We bought two nanadino meals for our kids. Chicken strips, chips and garlic bread. We ordered a couple of starters which were good enough. I felt the kids chicken was dry, they didn't have any dishes or cutlery available so had to wait 5 to 10mins after the food arrived to eat resulting in cold food. Not what I would have expected from a Nandos as they are usually good...this branch was a disappointment.

I took the girls in my team here for lunch on a Friday. It was pretty empty and spacey. The decor was nice enough. 4 of us ordered wraps and 1 ordered a burger. I had a chicken wrap with spicy rice and Macho Peas..... So, the chicken could have been anything, no real flavour, the peas had nothing macho about them at all, more like disheveled former versions of what they should had been and the rice was congealed/over cooked around the edges and stuck into the pottery dish it was served in. The member of staff that took our order then came to check if everything was okay was lovely and really chirpy. It cost £65 for 5 people which at £13 per head for your lunch, it a bit excessive for the standard of food you get here when actually you could have gone to any of the take aways in the nearby area and got the same sort of thing for under £6. The only thing that stopped this getting a 2 star was the bloke that was working there and his customer service. Very Meh.

You generally know what you get with nandos, but this time was not to the normal standard. Chicken was good, but not amazing. The veggie mushroom pitta was just PURE salad with juice inside, so it was soggy. The veggie was really poor. Only giving 3 starts as the chicken was good. Based on this visit, not sure if I will be going back to the Finchley one, or may have to try another and see how that branch stacks up!!

I've been coming to The North Finchley Nando's for the last year and a half with my bf and we just love it. The people there are so nice and friendly... We always feel so welcome here. We love it so much we come very often. Is just a big treat we give eachother. Totally recommend for any type of occasions. Possible the best Nando's in London. ❤ ^_^
