Wasn’t the best Nando’s I’ve been. First their card scanner wasn’t working, so I couldn’t get any points on my card. My wife’s chicken was still pinkish inside, when they gave her a new one it was still kinda pink. The chips wasn’t the best too, it was kinda cold and just looked horrible. But the service was great.

The customer service wasn’t great. My chips arrived burned and when I complained the staff pulled a face without saying a word and returned it with less than what I first got. I ordered 2 sides one peri peri chips and one normal chips with peri flamer half chicken.

It's a fast food joint that has chicken, as good as Nando's is for the price I don't think it is the best place to go with more than 2 people as then the price starts to track up to huge prepositions... I am someone who eats alot and one platter didn't exactly fill me up when I went with my family. Conclusion: If your with kids it is great, if your not I would suggest you go nextdoor.

Some really friendly and helpful staff. Good precautions taken to deal with the pandemic. However, some food was a bit cold (hot but not hot as expected). The food is about the same in every nandos so no comments. Easy to find/locate, the tables were a bit uncomfortable since the leg spaces were a bit tight. Generally a good place to go

I like nandos very much but scaning barcode in order to be able to get in to the restaurant is one pain and another pain is that you have to scan another code to order food! I personally find it really difficult to do that! If i find it hard imagine how our parent feel like doing this. i dont think its practical really and its a waste of time. Also this branch doesnt have enough staff therefore the food would be on your table a lot later. there are things that they need to improve.

Excellent precautions since Covid and do a great job of catering to you if you have special dietary needs. Not particularly fancy but you can't go wrong if your looking for well cooked healthy food. Great for having a lunch or dinner by self or with friends.

Excellent customer service and the usual great food from Nandos. I was particularly impressed with the staff here, across several visits they are sure to advise you if there is a notable wait time for what you have ordered (typically full meals come out within about 5-10mins depending on how busy it is). This is combined with a management which clearly cares about the customer experience and will take steps to ensure the wait is not disruptive to your meal whether that is suggesting alternatives which will be faster (i.e if a bunch of whole chickens have just been ordered by a large group they will advise you things they can still get done within the typical time frame). Nandos is a very consistent franchise so if you like the food there, this level of customer service makes sure it will be a pleasant experience.

My favourite restaurant in all of London. Miss going there a lot. There's a Waitress there called Dilka who makes the best hot chocolate! Very nice person, hope you're well and coping! I will be back again soon☺️

I am frequent Nandos visitor, but we I will not go back to this one. There was nothing really wrong apart from the fact that staff in different locations seems to be better, friendlier. Also, they tried to give us table in dark corner even though there were plenty of free tables. There is one thing which I will remember - taps in toilets. I really would like to understand how people are supposed to use them.

Customer service was lacking. I think we showed ourselves to a table, obviously ordered the food ourselves at the counter and then received the food from some speechless and emotionless waiting staff. The 'eat-in' experience felt somewhat robotic? The food was the usual high standard expected from Nando's and we tucked plenty away.

When it comes to reviewing a generic food chain critiquing the food seems pointless. Its Nandos. The chicken you can't live without. So we need to look at other measures. Generally the place was great. The only niggle I have is that queueing was awkward. Either lined up down a walkway a large person wide or stood groin height in front of the seated takeawayers. Situated on the first floor, next to Pizza Express. Nando's is simply the best Peri Peri chicken you can find anywhere in the UK. Try the Thighs with hot sauce and Carrot cake for desert. With no phone signal and poorly configured free Wi-Fi, don't expect to be able to text, call or use the Internet.

(Original) Sehr sehr leckeres Hähnchen, gute Beilagen und tolle Soßenauswahl. Der Preis ist völlig ok, da man auch bottomless Drinks dazu kaufen kann.
