Nando's is as you would expect. The service is better than it has been due to you now being able to order from the table using a QR code on your phone. The food isn't great quality but it is very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The restaurant itself is clean and nicely laid out.

The 5 piece peri peri chicken is one of the best I had till now, you can choose the best sauces of peri Peri for your chicken. My personal favorite one is hot Peri Peri. In terms of hospitality the staff was very friendly and always had positive attitude towards the customers. Really would love to go again and again.

We are not Nandos officials by any stretch of the imagination. But the staff were on hand to explain about the chicken half and half flavours that NO ONE had ever told us before?! I mean... revolutionised our orders for the future 🙌 amazing if you've got two requirements...in our case kids Vs parents! All the staff were mega helpful, the food was v.good and came quickly. The facilities were clean and baby friendly, all being on the same floor. We were happy to spot it on a trip to a furniture shop next door...

This nando is one of the best nando i have been. Staff are really friendly and food is above average level. Chicken is just nando won't say it's perfect but it's good. Side dishes are pretty decent better than average rice taste like new chips very swag. Broccoli is actually good. You have to queue on 3pm Sunday that tell you how popular nando is in this country but you can't blame it who doesn't like piri piri chicken heheheheheh

Virtual queue worked really well. I like the new system of using the QR code to order to your table (instead of queuing). Only a few complaints. There was an option to order 15 wings, we only received 12. My friends ordered 2 bottles of water, they initially brought him 2 glasses. The bottomless soft drink isn’t as attractive as before as you have to keep flagging down the staff (and no more mix drinks Fanta&Coke) etc. This was my first restaurant experience since lockdown. Lots of room for improvement. Food tasted delicious though.

Nando is our family favourite. The new spicy cheakpeas petty is quite nice (it is spicy though so go for mild or medium). Greenwich outlet for Nando is more spacious inside and staff is very good.

Best nandos I've been to, amazing service and more importantly both the food we ordered (fino pitta and 4 chicken boneless thigh with peri peri chips and spicy rice) was the best. Will definitely recommend everyone to try this nandos if you ever want to try nandos.

A lovely warm welcome as always. The waiting time was about 15 mins only given the fact it was a long weekend Sunday. Everything was nice and tidy even the toilets. I found that the portion of a regular sides was a little smaller that what we would usually get but not a big deal. We were looked after a new trainie girl called Adriana. She was very nice and professional despite a lot of hustling. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to people who visit IKEA GREENWICH. Keep up the good work guys

Enjoyed our meal here. Went there on 30th august during bank holiday. The staff at the door took our booking and advised would be an hour wait. We were then texted in half an hour. Got the nice big corner table. Food was amazing as usual. Very well served and efficient too. Would go there again.

I love Nando’s food, however I was dissatisfied with the new ordering system for eating in. We had to scan to get a table and we waited 40 minutes which is understandable because of the new Covid regulations. However once seated we had to order our food online and make payment online. We then had to wait ages before our order arrived at our table. This service was much slower than pre-Covid times. Nando’s needs to change this a little and make the eating in experience as enjoyable as it used to be. As it stands the frustration of ordering online while sitting at the table and waiting ages for your food to arrive at your table whilst watching other people eating is too much to bear.

Sapana, the waitress that served us, was amazing. Very attentive and accommodating to our various requests. She really made it a unique nandos experience. Aside from that food was great, wait times wasn't too long. Sapana customer service was by far the best thing about this particular nandos. Great experience at Nando’s today - apart from waiting for 20/30 mins for a table, the food and service were both excellent. One of our waitresses was Judy who was very friendly and assisted us wherever possible. The social distancing and covid restrictions were implemented very well.

Very busy though reasonably short wait for a table. Waiting time quite well managed. Friendly staff located close to cinema and a variety of retail parks. Quite quick service considering how busy they were. Toilets were a little messy - too much tissue placed in them so it flushing properly and tissue on the floor. Customer fault but regular monitoring would be good to improve this.

Visited on a very hot busy Saturday. The manager had his team in control from when we walked were told to wait 10 mins but got a table within a few minutes. The tables were cleaned to an extremely high standard the staff were making sure everything was immaculate. Well done guys for keeping it professional. Food was nice too!

Food was good but the main reason to visit this Nando's over others local has to be the staff. Oni was great from start to finish and for the first time made my visit to a Nando's feel personal. Well worth the wait for this level of service and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

Arguably the best meal out, nandoes never fails to disappoint flavour chasers. As much as i can only marvel at anyone who eats beyond lemon and herb, im sure no one is left behind on the flavour pepper! This particular restaurant is very warm and inviting, the door supervisor was very friendly and the servers were also friendly and attentive. Food was awesome, will certainly go again.

I've always enjoyed nandos, however and mark my words... With covid regulations ensure you arrive at venue two or more hours before time you intend to eat, between track and trace and virtual queue it'll be atleast around two or more hours before you eat. Please do not show up after 7.30pm...you most likely won't be able to be seated, happy eating.

The service was ok and the chicken was delicious but Nando's 3 grains of rice on a plate does not make it a meal. Every time we buy rice in Nando's we have to order a second portion. Why put it on the menu??? Nando's is usually a relaxing place. My critic is how small their portions have gotten so they only get 3 points!
