Solid food. Reliable and consistent service. Friendly staff. Need to work on the takeaway and collection packaging. The chicken box was not packed securely, it leaked and then the bag leaked.

Nando's became my kids' favourite sone 20years ago. I was sceptical initially but have become a huge fan myself. It offers great value for money The staff is friendly and accommodating. The quality of food is consistent, wholesome and delicious

Can never have enough of this place mainly because of the lemon and herb chicken they serve . Grilled chicken, good beer and wines definitely recommend this restaurant. I’ve been to nandos in different locations and there is not much difference in the ambience and the staff are pretty friendly . Their creamy mash is to be my favourite however the taste is changing . Vegans can find food too so it’s not just about meat eaters . Variety of food on the menu and the sauces are definitely different from what they sell in supermarkets .

Nandos generally is my preferred place to eat if I spot one when hungary but regretted going into this branch. The staff were friendly, quick turn around time and food well cooked and tested well just as typically expected in Nandos but disappointed with the value for money, one if the things I ordered were 4 boneless thighs for about £8 and each was literally a size of a nugget, just enough for a single bite. There was an obvious smell when I walked in but was unsure so actually walked out after finishing food and walked back in to notice it that the stench was definitely inside, overall cleanliness have a huge room of improvement as you can clearly notice the built up gunk on tables and specially the chairs.

It was really nice. Was only in here due to Wetherspoons having no food. Been in a Nandos once before and was quite underwhelmed having heard all the hype. This time I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth another visit at some point.

I’ve been going to Nando s for years all over the Uk and Ireland, things are very different now. Another company that is Cashless, also trying to make you order through an app . I’m sorry but I don’t go to a restaurant to order through an app. Thankfully they didn’t have the same response as Pizza Hut when I said I was unable to order through the app they let me order at the till. The staff were friendly and efficient the food was the same as always, enjoyable. Unfortunately I will not be eating in Nando’s again until the cash is returned. Feeding into cashless is going to make it a cashless society, and ordering through apps is cutting out someone’s much needed employment, not to mention the interaction people need with each other. Might as well just order take away. I noticed at 5 pm peak times when you would never get a table at Nando s it’s was empty. Sad to say a weekend in London and no elderly people or disabled people enjoying their lives. Not only London but the East Coast as well. You are cutting out these people with your cashless and app ordering shame on you.

What I will always like about Nando's is the value for money. Good portions of tasty food with on an affordable cost. Wine list is good too and the service always friendly even when it gets busy. Can't wait to go back.

Great food. You can choose between different spice levels and also increase it on your own if you like. The staff is awesome. If you're new to Nando's they'll take the time to explain you everything in detail.

The first time we went the food was amazing, the second time it was ok.. however the staff were great and looked after us well so will take into account that they was busy and probably run off of their feet the second time around. Based on how good it tasted the first time I'd be more than happy to give it another go! Their spicy rice is really yummy:)

Nandos was amazing as always. Did mess up the order a little and put mayo in a vegetation burger where we had clearly asked to remove the mayo (vegan was with the group), but they made it up to us with very nice service and several apologies.

Food needed to be checked FOUR TIMES due to being incorrect. Food was cold due to the mistakes in our order. Originally sent us along our merry way with 1 1/2 CHICKEN...We'd paid over £35 for the 3 halfs of chickens so couldn't understand why the bag was so light? Manager also got our order wrong. Just wanted to go home and eat but then found out that the perinaise sauce which was bought hadn't been added to our bag's! Awful. Food was nice after we heated it at home.

We loved it !!! First time for us and for sure we will be back, our waiter Callum was so cool and he explained to us how it works !!! The food was delish, my husband's chicken thighs was delicious, nicely grilled, tasty ! Great amount of chips too I had the Portobello mushrooms and halloumi cheese in pitta ! I loved it ! Thank you Callum to make it so easy for us, for being a great mate for our son Thibault ! You rock !

I feel The Chicken Quality has declined slighlty. Negligent chefs at times, overcooking chicken until burnt coating. Besides this, the Sunset Burger was prepared to perfection and delivered on Flavour. The sweet red peppers and the sauce combined with the crisp flour bun compliment nicely.

Went to the Hammersmith branch and I have sort of list my lube for nandos but most other places were full, so we went in anyway. I had the chicken thigh in pita which was actually pretty good, though the price doesn't add up, it costs £7.95 for 4 chicken thighs but if you get the fino pitta only has 2 chicken thighs £7.55 so a bit cheeky really.
