No queue which was great and they had chicken 😁. The seating area was tidy and the staff friendly. The chicken thighs are my favourite and cooked to perfection. Really like the order form your phone. The Halloumi sticks are tasty as always. Totally worthy a revisit.

First time I have been back in a few years. Only complaint was literally no customer service at all after being greeted at the door. I can safely say it was not busy inside for there not be. Another customers seem to get attention just not us. Food came promptly, no complaints about the food.

Standard nandos quality food which was fine but I couldn't get any signal to order on the phone and I stood in at the till for ages with staff ignoring me and walking past me, I'd explained to a staff member I needed to order as I couldnt get signal and they still ignored me and walked off until someone else was told to come and deal with me

Me and my boyfriend go to Nandos all over the place and this is the best one. We go here regularly and the food is always consistently perfect. Every other Nandos does something a little wrong. I would put this Nandos to win "Best Nandos in the world" competition. Every day the chefs wake up and choose to go as hard as humanly possible. The staff are always nice even though they seem to have a completely new staff every time we go in. Nandos Angel is the greatest.

Not often I rave about Nando’s but had a fantastic experience and lunch at the Islington branch. Manager was a bit tense and unwelcoming, but bar that we received magnificent service from Khateja who was considerate, kind, polite, diligent and very attentive. Riyad the chef grilled our chicken to perfection and prepared the best fino pittas I have ever had. Thanks guys!

I recently revisited post 'freedom day' with a large group and we were accommodated accordingly! Food was fast, service was as good as you can expect. 4/5 would dance with the Peri Peri sauce again

So I haven't been to Nandos for a few months but I must say I was disappointed with the portion sizes. We had a sharing platter.The chicken pieces were small and the salad was barely big enough to share. What's going on Nandos? Outside of that, service was good.

He was going to order a second wrap to take home for later. 😜My wrap took longer but the service was friendly and the refillable yogurt was great. Trendy fit out. Can’t wait to go back for dinner. Social distancing is on point. You dont have to sit next to anyone and they've got big ol screens so you don't need to feel embarrassed when you order a big@$$ platter all to yourself. Staff are super friendly too. Really appreciate the thingamajig on the toilet door that let's you open it with your foot on the way out so you don't get all germed up after washing your hands.

A pretty standard Nandos experience. We visited on a weekday lunchtime and it was surprisingly busy. Nonetheless the team were very friendly and the food was delivered quickly. The butterfly chicken was a little dry, but that's somewhat to be expected :)

Great staff and very clean. The toilets have a foot handle so you don't even need to open with your hands, very hygienic and perfect for post Covid lockdown paranoia. The digital queue system is very efficient too and saves having to stand outside waiting for a table, we were told the wait was 90 minutes but ended up only taking 25. Food was so good and better than I was expecting. I was having problems ordering in the website for the meal but a member of staff helped out and threw in an extra halloumi free of charge. Topping it all off the half price government scheme made it a cheap lunch out. Probably my best Nandos experience!

The food is great like all Nandos restaurants I have eaten at. However, I ordered a starter and a main while the rest of my party just ordered a main, and while their meals arrived quickly, neither my starter nor my main arrived within 20 minutes. However, upon speaking to one of the staff this was resolved quickly and my starter was swapped with a desert. Overall, great food but was just disappointed that I had to chase up my food when the restaurant was fairly quiet. Visited on 03/05/2018

Chicken was good. But they killed my mother-in law’s salad with dressing. I mean it was swimming in dressing, she just could not eat it at all. Apart from that. We had a great time. The servers were very attentive and polite. A welcoming place from the cold.

Standard Nando's food in one of Upper Street's better value restaurants. This branch attracts the same mix of teenage couples and families with young kids, so bear that in mind when you go for your meal. Service was bright as always and food arrived quickly. My only complaint is that the downstairs part of the section was uncomfortably hot.

It's a Nando's so you get what you expect here. You take a table, choose what kind of chicken based meal you fancy, and then go up to the counter to order an pay. There is also a downstairs eating area here as well if you want a more quiet experience away from the tills and kitchen. The staff are pretty quick and orders come within 10 minutes+ of ordering.

Stepped in around 830 pm for a quick dinner and found a nice table in 3 minutes. After that, everything moved in slow motion. There was just one person at the counter so there was a long queue just to place an order. Having done that, it took them 35 minutes to get me a burger and fries! And the burger was cold because it had been sitting on the counter for a while, after being made. A lot of the staff and kitchen attention seemed to be focused on the delivery and takeaway section so the dine in guests were left hanging. I've been to other Nando's joints that have been much better experiences. Food was not hot but tasted good.

This is a good Nandos. My family wanted to treat me with a birthday meal. So we needed something slightly intimate. The restaurant we picked'd closed down, sadly. I really didn't want to wander up and down Upper Street on the off chance. I needed somewhere not too crowded, so we could hear each other talk, where there would be at least competent service and food in a setting at least amenable to families. Of course, to an extent we have to serve some things ourselves. All we can ask for is good queue management and patience when ordering with the options. Despite the pressures of helping prepare food, serving and taking orders, the young probably uni students delivered that. This is all down to good management to an extent. The manageress that day asked us personally near the end how we were instead of avoiding that aspect to manage the team. Nandos vary, Upper Street Nandos is well run relative to others and I'm glad J can go to that one with friends or family. Saying all that, our child is not a toddler or baby, I cannot speak to those aspect to parents of younger children, but I hope this helps.

Nandos food does good for a post cinema outing. It was fun watching how many deliveroo drivers were in, 7 was the most I counted at one time. That meant the kitchen was super busy so food wasn't as quick as normal. But still tasty!

You can't beat Nando's on price and healthy food. I came there to collect my takeaway a few times and twice they forgot sauces. So I called back to gently complain, they had a no quibble reply: I'll receive what I didn't get for free next time I come - all good!

(Original) Le service est en général assez horrible dans ce restaurant, attendre son plat pendant plus d'une demie heure, ça leur paraît normal (j'ai regardé sur le ticket de caisse). Heureusement qu'un homme est venu reprendre tout ça en main, de manière très courtoise et professionnelle (c'est pour cette raison que je mets trois étoiles). La nourriture, en terme de rapport qualité prix, est correcte. Mais honnêtement, l'ambiance générale de ce restaurant ne donne pas envie d'y retourner, même si certains employés se donnent du mal.
