Amazing place if you like chicken. I had the butterfly chicken with rice and coleslaw. And the taste is always perfect. In addition I got the single chicken wrap, as the regular portions are a bit too small for me. So that‘s the only negative. Otherwise clean restaurant with friendly staff. Can recommend.

Oh, Nandos, you can do nothing wrong! I love this chicken with a passion and this branch didn't fail me. We came on a Saturday evening after the shops had closed, and there were only a few other guests. For the first time I went for the chicken thighs (boneless and so juicy) and I don't think I'll ever go back! Spicy rice are of course a must as well. That being said, I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The restaurant is pretty big with high ceilings, and it doesn't feel cramped (I've been there when it was full as well). It's a bit dark inside, but I like the ambience. Long story short, if you like chicken you'll love Nandos!

Went to this location early Monday evening. Very quiet and plenty of seating. The staff was very nice and friendly. You can't go wrong with the chicken wings. I also enjoy the halloumi sticks a lot. They are probably my favorite appetizer.

These came boneless with nice and crispy skin, well flavoured deep in. The restaurant location is nice and clean, convenient for high street shoppers. The only improvement needed is in their customer service.. A more friendly staff would really make this pain a 5 star..

What food they had in stock was lovely, problem was they were out of stock of a lot of main menu items, no quarter chicken or re fill drinks drinks for our order and we heard the same thing for 2 other peoples orders too, unsure what it was they had ordered though. On a scale of best Nando's I've had (Rosebank, Johannesburg) = 10 to worst (Kentish Town (sorry)) = 0, High Street Ken scores a respectable 5. The chicken was mainly moist with just a hint in places of Kentish "Sahara" Town dryness, but was notably lacking in flavour. The coleslaw was watery and bland, and it is quite a feat to do this to coleslaw. Top notch food presentation on the plate and the service and staff were very good. Keeping the kitchen chest freezers in the restaurant, so we could see every time another bag of frozen buns were taken out, detracted from the over-all ambience quite considerably. PROS - Friendly and efficient staff. - The staff were very careful not to hit my son's head when opening and closing the chest freezer behind his head. - The frozen yogurt maker worked. (Been disappointed at other Nando's on this front in the past.) - Food presentation. CONS - Bland chicken. - The coleslaw. - I didn't realize the spinach was going to be on a large tomato based base. (I can't eat tomatoes happily.) (Nando's visited: 10 Nando's in 5 countries.)

Was greeted nicely on arrival and shown to a table quickly. All staff are polite and pretty much leave you alone. Food ordering at the counter was quick and the server was very helpful. The olives are massive and very tasty, defo recommend to start. Various pop, wines, beers to choose ,I went with the bottomless glass of pop. Chicken in petta bread with chips and macho peas was super tasty. Chicken fell apart, peas where hot in temperature and had a nice kick of spice. A good place to eat, a pleasant evening. Thank you.

Decided to finally grab my "cheeky nandos" while here in the UK, there was a queue so Dylan, their employee took our name and number so we would be alerted when a table becomes available. We go next door to the Waitrose to grab a small snack. We return and no one is outside waiting and we didn't receive a text. A person walks up and they are seated immediately. So we go to the door and after like 10 minutes we are given a seat, so no big deal, right. Well the table we were seated at we had to give up to a party of 3 and we are seated elsewhere. Next we are told there's no butterfly chicken, that's fine as it was really busy and it being a popular cut it's to be expected. I order a 1/4 and 2 sides medium spice. The food comes out pretty quickly . The coleslaw is really acidic, do not expect kfc style here. It's still creamy and refreshing. The broccoli is cooked perfectly, really loved it. Not oily and overcooked. Still with a crunch. My favourite side. The rice was also cooked nicely. As for the chicken, juicy, flavour has the smoky grilled taste. I would up the spice above medium if you're looking for heat. Medium is savoury creamy and pleasing to the taste buds. Service wasn't A1 but the food spoke for itself. I'd go again when it's not so crowded and busy.

Not sure if I just came on a bad day but did not have an enjoyable experience. There was no garlic bread - which is great with chicken. There were no chicken strips so I couldn’t order the sunrise burger. Plates came dirty. The Indian / Asian waitress seemed uninterested and just dumped the plates on the table rather than handing them to each guest. Less choice of sauces compared to other locations (they didn’t have the extra extra hot sauce). In comparison everything was perfect in the Nando’s at Westfield white city when I went the week before. The extra star was for Alice who collected out plates at the end - very polite and helpful.

Scanned the QR code to get a table. Waiting time was only 10 mins for our table. From the moment we entered the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We ordered our food at the table. The food was on the table within 10 minutes. Due to Covid everything was delivered to the table. Slightly slow with the drinks refills but still good and quick service. We have been to this branch a few times before and the staff and service is always professional, attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this branch.

Best Nando's ever! I went to couple during my visit and can say that the best food and service I experienced were at this Nando's. I will highly recommended! If you don't have time to sit, then order to go. To my fellow visitors at Nando's: you will get a menu from the host and be seated. Then, you will go to the register and place your order there. When the food is ready, the servers will bring it to your table. The soft drinks are also self-service. :)

Great place for a hearty meal! I loved the fact that you could get unlimited refills on beverages as well as you any sauce as much as you wanted (my true American speaking there haha). Food was good, as usual. On such a hot day, I wish they had air conditioning in the main restaurant. Only had air conditioning available in the basement seating area. But there was a strange smell down there, which is why we ate on the main floor upstairs in the heat.

Dirty restaurant with a sticky floor. No waiter service, you have to order upfront. Chicken is grilled in batches and reheated upon order. One of worse Nando’s I have been both in terms of taste or service. You can eat better at a canteen than here.

Mery @ Nando's High Street Kensington has been such a star on our visit there. Pleasant, bubbly and such a fantastic staff. So helpful. When sauces ran out they found us some, the food was prepared perfectly, timely (barely waited) and was just a joy.

Rather busy as it was 6pm, we had to wait 10 mins for a table. The food never fails to please at this reliably good-natured venue. Costs scarcely more than McDonalds but has the feel of a proper restaurant. The only thing which made me shudder were the customers (young & old) abusing the bottomless soft-drink situation. Tooth decay on it's way.

Love Nando's. It's so different in London. The salads they offer are so much nicer than we get in Australia and the whole sit down fine in restaurant with bottomless fizzy drinks is wonderful. A share plate will easily feed a family of 3-4 for £25 with drinks.

Sometimes I have to keep raising my hands to get attention. But once that difficult part is over, I can't fault the food. Bottomless yogurt is good. Cutlery location is easy to spot and all the sauces are well stocked. Food comes fast. Be mindful that it's quite loud and dark inside for those have sensory problems. Also, I learned that they donate the unbaked chicken to charity, so anther reason to support them.

Nando's is always an excellent option for a great dinner with friends. The one on High Street Kensington is located really close to one of Holland Park entrance and also to Waitrose. Due to its location, it is usually busy. When I was there, we didn't have to wait but we were seated in the lower floor. During peak times it's quite busy and long queues. They offer takeaway too, if the wait is very long. Food was great as always and nice place and people working there.

Though there's a long waiting time for the food to come through in the first place so to get your food redone is a bit long. Otherwise the place is very nice and clean.

However, what makes this only 3 stars for me is that there can be a very loud atmosphere, making conversation (and even ordering the food) difficult. If you're looking for a quiet meal, this isn't the place to go.

It's Nandos it's hard to go wrong. This Nandos offers halal chicken, the food is gluten free if you stay away from the burgers, staff are nice and helpful. The tables feel slightly smaller here than other banks but at least they aren't those silly round ones, try getting a sharing platter on them is a nightmare. Whenever I've been it's been pretty quiet so haven't had to wait, even the food arrived super quick. All in all no complaints as it's Nandos you can't mess it up!

I count it okay, but never my first choice, my lady likes it, so who am l to argue? I personally think that these coke and fanta fill up as often as you wish, machines, in no way compare with a freshly opened tin, or bottle of either, plus at £2-80 for the first fill is a lot more than the cost of a 2 litre bottle, so it is well paid for. l tried a little of both the sugar free coke and sprite, which at best were alright, though l opted for the full sugar fanta orange; the meal was fine, a full chicken share option, her treat, which, though non expected was a nice touch-screen. We had sides of chips, coldslaw and garlic bread, and in fairness at the reasonable cost it was fine. One could play about with the menu and increase the final tally as has been done on other occassions; l however, have more favourite restaurants, of-coarse the bill is reflected in both presentation and service; it is in my opinion more nice to pay for a meal at the end of the evening, than Nando's, McDonalds or Kentucky approach; pay and wait.

The size of the portions have been getting smaller steadily. Best part is the sauce selection the worst part is the staff, they just seemed overwhelmed I understand some days it's busy but all the seats weren't close to filled. One of the cashiers took 10 minutes to take my order another told my friend to get it herself from the front when she asked "is there supposed to be silverware downstairs" which as it turns out there was supposed to be silverware.... Long story short it's becoming less worth it every time I go here :-/ putting nandos to shame

It was outragous since we are in central London in a major chain of restaurants. The reatroom was really dorty and they tan out of paper towels ro dry our hands after the usual washing hands in a chicken place. They ran out of sauces and forgot to fill the bottles of spicy peri peri sauce. So i had to take some from the kitchen. But worst of all was how awful the chicken tasted and howdry it was and when i tried explaining my complaint the lady didnt understand anything i said so i had to bring the guy to speak to her in spanish and to describe my problem.

Awesome experience I work next door to their brunch in Kensington high street, as I didn’t have much time to wait , I kindly asked the member of staff that greet me her name is Rudina, whom was kind enough to help with my request, she then asked the chef James if there’s any chance I can get a quick portion of chicken. The chef James did his magic and got my order in less than 10min. When you are on your lunch and have no much time , that’s a saver. Thank you Rudina & James. I will deff go there again. Our favourite local Nando's, you can't go wrong with Nando's. Ate way too many times here, but don't regret a minute of it! Go extra hot or go home!! We prefer this location though the Notting Hill Gate location is closer walk to our flat.
