Really like it here. It's nicely laid out, clean and staff are friendly. There's a large area up a few steps that can be used for large groups or a small party. I tried a few new things on the menu which was really nice. However, as always, I feel that nandos is a bit expensive for what it is, but I've got to admit that the chicken is nice.

Ishola is carrying this place! He met us with a smile, helped us get the attention of a server to seat us, let us know we can order online with the barcode, he checked in with us when our food took too long. He just went above and beyond his usual duties and the only one who made us feel attended to. Not just for us but for others as well. if it wasn't for him, this wouldn't be a five star star review and I wouldn't come back to this branch!

Exceptionally slow service at the tills, but food arrived quickly and was good. Despite quite a big queue at the door another till wasn't opened to surge payments, despite staff being available. This may have been because of many new staff members.

Nando’s takeaway sounds dreadful, but Lewisham Branch did an amazing job! Nando’s have forgotten a few things on takeaway, it always a pain. But this time around, no problem, whole chicken 4 sides & chicken thighs and 2 sides perfect seasoning to my evening. Remembered all my sauces request. Thanks!!

Generally the service was ok, however did had to wait twenty minutes in a line with only one till open. The manager was on the shop floor and did not assess the situation and opened another till. I am aware its covid times and the reliability of barcodes and apps are becoming the norm. However, common sense needs to be used in some aspects of business.The meal was great as always .

This was my 1st time eating at Nando's. I moved here in 2017 and always wanted to go, and I'm glad I did. It was really nice and I also enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. The staff was very lovely and helpful. I will return!

I absolutely loved the food. Service was 10/10 and the staff were making sure everyone and everything was okay. I don’t normally eat nandos , infact i don’t really like it because of my order i normally get so i decided to change it up & im so glad i did. I very disappointed with the food in there today chicken definitely not cooked how I expected and when I say I expected I'm a nando's fan I only eat chicken so nando's is my only choice of fast food. I went here twice in the space of a week. First time I ate in. The chicken was tasty and tender. 2nd time I got take away. The chicken was dry and less appetizing than my previous visit. It's probably better to eat in because at least then you can complain if the food is disappointing.

The staff were accommodating and friendly towards my two tots. The restaurant and rest rooms were clean, and well presented. This was my first time at this particular branch and an enjoyable enough experience that I would return.

Literally the best Nandos ever. Always busy which says something. Food is always hot, always available. However on two occasions they ran out of salad dressing which I can't eat Nandos without! That being said, I still give 5 stars cos their food is always on point.

We've eaten here a few times now and each time is pretty different. Sometimes the door staff are really great, other times less than stellar. The chicken ranges from over cooked and dry through to barely cooked and not crispy skinned. Chips range from hot and soggy through to warm and soggy. And the toilets... Avoid at all costs. Maybe when the toilet seats aren't broken and the water isn't cold.. Speaking of toilet seats, wooden seats. Which are frayed chipped underneath, ripe for splinters.. Might return when it's had an overhaul and the staff retrained.

It was a busy night, the waiting time reflected it. Food was exceptional but sitting in the annex requires the outdoor heater to be on in which took the staff way too long to identify this when I was there. They don't issue straws no more so you'll want to be mindful of this when filling up your drink with ice.

When I'm always in London visiting family, I always come to this branch to meet & catch up with friends. Always good customer service and anytime I've had a problem - it is easily resolved. Would come again...This is not the largest Nandos I've been to, but by far the most comfortable. The fact that It's small makes the service more personal.

No matter what Nando’s I have been to it’s all the same. This one in Lewisham the service was slow, staff did not look happy. Food was good no issues. I took a custard tart home for my husband and he sad it was the worst tart he had eaten. I work for the NHS and it’s a good thing that if you show your ID you get discount.

The management is amazing she seriously went over the mile mark for us. Nice place to eat in or take away. We have previously done a birthday party there, where we were taken good care of. You can also make requirements to how you'd like your food cooked.

Come here every now and then. It's my local nandos. Staff are friendly and informative. They let me know if there is a wait for a new batch of cooked chicken. Gave me a free starter when it was taking very long

Right now this store is being refurbished but before it was the lady at the till taking down people's orders was a bit rude, never happy and just moody. Nobody like to come into a store and be served by a moody person. The food took about 20-30 minutes till it was brought to the table. From the many occasions I have visited this particular Nando's their chicken have always been dry, the rice portions always annoys me because it's so small it's really kids portion rice. The chips is just so not fresh and soggy every time I have it. The flavourings are there but the food just isn't on point enough for me to give the restaurant a 5 star rating because it isn't.

I like going to Nando in South London, as I tend to notice that the Chicken is cooked very well. Just the right amount of tenderness and sauce to match. The set up of the restaurant is very friendly and I noticed a lot of couples and single ladies in here. Also upstairs can be reserved for family birthday parties

Nandos in Lewisham has changed its interior decoration. It's looking really nice with beautifully chosen colours. The grillers are excellent and if you buy take away food, it comes in nice eco friendly cardboard boxes.....very nicely packaged so you can eat your food anywhere you like. The food is very succulent and tasty. Management - Very pleasant manager there. Nice to customers and his staff yet maintaining high quality service. This is an observation. Also a very pleasant security guard that greets you at the door. Worth trying it out. Refreshing change.

I moved in to my new flat yesterday, so by the evening was exhausted, so rather than cooking for my friend we went to Nando's. It surpassed all expectation! Great menu (my friend is a veggie) and really good value for money. The food was fantastic - i'd like to thank Sada (who I think is a new chef?) for the fantastic perfectly cooked chicken! The service was great too, friendly and relaxed but efficient - Samantha in particular was great. Anyway, big thanks to all the team at Nando's in Lewisham - you will be seeing a lot more of me!

Sat on patio by river, staff were really great with the kids, offered healthy options, crayons and coloring in and showed them how to use yougert machine.
