My go to Nando’s, great service and food is always great. Claimed my red reward which was the whole chicken. My favourite sauce is and will always be the wild herb sauce. Will be returning soon.

Great service especially from Anisa who was really warm and helpful. She went out of her way to get brownies from the freezer and warm them up for us even though there were no brownies on hand! Really lovely!

Food was good however the place itself wasnt the greatest. Obviously understaffed as not overly clean, tables left with empty plates etc and food took a while to arrive. Toilets were terrible, toilet roll all over the floor in the stalls and the actual roll you were supposed to use was also on the floor, toilet door did not lock and impossible to keep it closed once on the loo

Mile end nandos is my usual go to but just wanted to leave a review, had a great experience today and all staff were very helpful. I accidentally ordered a bean burger and asked a staff member to assist me where she called another staff member (both women) and she then quickly assisted me which was very helpful (unfortunately i forgot both their names). Whilst i was being assisted, 2 other staff members asked if I was okay which I thought was very proactive and polite. A particular staff member (Anisa) served my table and was very polite, helpful and assisted us quickly when I asked for drinking glasses. The food was great and overall service was quick. Positive feedback for all the team at mile end Nando's, will be visiting again thank you !

My forever favourite chicken place and I love this branch as well, chicken here is so delicious and side order are very good as well, prices are very reasonable and customer service is amazing. We had lots of lovely memories in this place thanks to the nice staff, our daughter first kids meal outside was here and here birthday party was here as well with all here loud friends :) but the staff was amazing and allowed them to have all the fun. Always love to go back there for my chicken.

Chicken? They've got it. Quality? They've also got that. Sauces? Love it! The food was great and tasty, and the service was also pretty good here. Wat can I say I really enjoyed my chicken meal here. Located under the Yellow bridge Mile End road which is minutes’ walk from Mile End Station. If you find your self driving here there is a CAR PARK which is very cheap it is directly opposite side of Nando’s which is very convenient.

Today (Monday 24 August 2020) queue wise if you go around just before they open(roughly 20 min) you can get in sooner. Make sure you have the QR code scanner ready at hand so you can scan the code which is located outside the main door. Scan the code on your phone which takes you to the online Nando's queue. You just fill in your name, how many people, your number and if any allergies or need a high chair or a space for a pram or wheelchair. It will then say what position queue you are in. The Nando's staff at the front will then direct you inside and give you a table number. As you are seated on your table, he/she will give you a code for the eat out to help out where your final bill would be reduced. He/she will also give you a glass of water along with sauces, cutlery and napkins. There is a QR code on your table where you scan that code and it takes you to their online website where you order online. I personally ordered 1/4 chicken with 2 regular sidesx 4 and coca cola (refill) My chicken was coconut and lemon. Others were lemon and herb. IMPORTANT NOTE: when adding your discount code, please please please click apply other wise you would be charged full. (Like me,i was refunded). Refill wise the staff at Nando's had to do it. If you needed extra napkins or cutlery you have to ask them as you are not alllowed to help your self. (It may change in a future date). Food: was absolutely delicious. Loved every bite. Especially corn on the cob, chicken and mash potatoe they also give you butter (separate in its own pack). Fries were well seasoned. Overall a good experience. Staff there were very lovely and understanding. If you had any issue they would try and reslove it the best they can. Special thanks to (Chris, i think that was his name) he helped me with the refund. Thank you to all the staff there at Mile End Nando's 💕👏👏👏

It's a Nandos. Grilled chicken and all their other food and drinks. This is a good branch and has a nice airy seating area. It's located close to Mile End underground station. There is no parking immediately close by but there are local roads close by.

Bit of a waiting for lunch time on a Tuesday, but understandable as it was half term. A few plates were very delayed and we had to go and chase them up, as the waitresses were not on it. Food taste good tho and nice vegan options (wrap and pittas are the best, our burger bread was a bit stale).

If you like chicken you should go to Nando's. This is a very particular way of grilling chicken and as portuguese I can tell that this is the way we do it. If you really want a better taste just orther well done plain chicken and had the sauce that you like. They have several spices. Personally I can't have spicy but everyone that tastes Nando's usually really like them. You can have a full plate for 2/3 people - around 20£ plus drink. You can't find prices like these in London. Anyway, FYI the truth is that Nando's is not a portuguese restaurant, it's first origen was in South African (created by a portuguese man) and it is definitely inspired in the portuguese traditional way of cooking chicken.

1st of All. Thank You to 2 amazing staff Anwar and Olly who made the difference to our dining. 'Nando's prestige staff'. A good place to dine with the family. The food taste great as usual. The environment is pleasant and family friendly. For some viewers that wish to know, the food is halal. So I attended on a Sunday with family of 22. The restaurant was busy for a Sunday. Minimal staff but what an amazing service. You wouldnt be able to tell there shortage of staffing. The food was hot, delicious and within a limited time. Absolutely recommend to everyone. Once again thank you to Anwar and Olly for their services, they are a leading example of customer service in a restaurant.

I had baby with me and waitress who gave table to us didn't ask do we need high chair, she didn't even tell that they have high chairs. I needed to find out by myself. Also she didn't ask do we know how Nandos work. If I had not be there before I would just sit and waiting someone to come to take my order. When we ordered food they didn’t give any glass for child even if we bought juice for him. Again we needed to go back and ask. Very unhelpful staff who doesn't know about customer service. Also forks and knives was finishing (I took the last ones) and there seemed nobody to fill them. Food was ok and they have separated kids menu what was very filling for me 2 year old.

I have been a customer of this Nando's branch for many years now and I have never been disappointed! The customer service here is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful! From being at the door to my order at the table the customer service is great! Due to social distancing measures and other coronavirus related issues, the queues for this Nando's branch is extremely long and once you join the virtual queue, you can wait upto 3 hours for a table! This was when the Eat out to Help out scheme was avaliable in August but I'm sure demand has decreased now! I mean I went when they opened at 12pm but already there was a queue of 10 people! As usual, they maintained the amazing Nando's quality and of course the chicken was absolutely delicious! The sides were delicious and I always go for the Spicy Rice since its amazing! I highly recommend the Salted Caramel brownies for dessert they are delicious! Overall, I strongly recommend this Nando's branch it is extremely clean as well!

Ordered online, food delivered on time, driver was good, no complaints. Nandos food quality had always been good and no different this time around, so no complaints. However, they forgot 1 order, even though the order was listed on the order receipt. I contacted Nandos and the employee who picked up apologised and said she wont be able to send out the order and to contact Deliveroo who promptly refunded the order. Mistakes happen, but this is not the first time the mile end branch forgot part of my order. In future will order from another branch. Reason for 3 star rating.

Great service. Friendly staff. Went here with family to eat dinner and my daughter enjoys it very much. Only issue was the corn we got with a side was slightly over done on side which my wife don't like but others may enjoy it cooked this way. So personal opinion on that. I also ordered a leg piece of chicken specifically as the quarter chicken but a breast piece arrived. Advised them about this and they changed it with out any fuss.

We love Nando's almost at every location we eat. But we do eat at this Mile End location quite a lot. Food is on point every time. The staff are courteous and help get us seating fairly quickly almost every visit (barring few busy evenings). Customer service is friendly and the restaurant is busy most of the time. Music is lively and adds to the ambience. My favourite at this location is Grilled Chicken in Pita with peri chips, creamy mash and bottomless coca cola. I have a Nando's card, so after a few visits, I also end up with a free chicken or a free Pita/wrap. So keep getting the points/chillies for your visits.

Today my friends and I took advantage of the Eat Out Scheme and went to Nandos Mile End after queueing virtually by the app. Of course the place was extremely busy due to its popularity but the service provided was exceptional. The staff had to provide table service (due to the present scenario), which isn't usually the norm. But they provided excellent service; they were very friendly and eager to help eventhough they were very tired and some finished their shift. The food was also better than usual. The chicken was moist and juicy, also whenever we needed a top up of our bottomless drinks, they were just minutes away. Honestly, have been dining in Nandos since 09, but todays' experience was exceptional. I hope that Nandos will keep up this service and the quality of food in the future.

Great for what you pay! For those who don't know Nando's: it's a place famous for its chicken and choices of sides (which are really good). You get a 1/4 chicken and 2 sides for less than £8, so it's definitely cheap and it doesn't really have a fast food chain feel, the interior is quite nice!

Great chicken. The sauces are tasty. The staff is very kind. I ordered the butterfly chicken breast, extra hot, and it was so good I ordered the same to go after I finished. I want to have the typical yet delicious Nandoes meal. I went there and was happy with both the service and food. But there was a small thing that could’ve made a big issue. In my food there was a bug that looked like a spider. I reported it to a member of staff and he said he will get the manager. So the manager proceeded to come to my table and he apologised for the inconvenience. He then offered a refund for all the food. So I was happy at my end. He also offered a free dessert. I said thanks but the refund is enough. So the manager apologised yet again for the inconvenience and left.

There isnt much parking nearby by so thats something to consider when getting here. Food is decent as with all nandos. My sisters phone got stolen here and the staff were aware of the thief who had done this before. They should have had a system in place to stop the theif from coming again.

This is my regular nandos. I've never waited more than 15 mins for a table (in very peak times) and no longer than 20mins for food. They never run out of chicken - like other nandos do. Ive been coming here for 5/6 years, therefore seen many staff come and go and have had always seen assisting, friendly and competent staff here. Especially when i've made complaints (usually because my starter has arrived after my mains), it has always been dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner (even when i was neither polite nor calm). Their food is Halal. They also provide takeaway options. Toilets are generally clean (although strangely cold). Upstairs and downstairs seating. No parking, but if you're REALLY lucky you'll find street parking nearby.

Standard Cheeky Nandos! What you get is what you'd expect from a Nandos. They are in Halal so don't worry about that. Staff is fine and there is decent space so I have never experienced a long waiting time even when they were busy. They are very close to Queen Mary Uni so maybe during lunch time they might get super busy (I have never gone during that time personally).

I can understand there tired and what not, but at the end of the day these are your customers who chose to come and eat in your restaurant so try to smile more often. If you can't put on a smile then customer serving is not your position of job.

It's like all the other nando's. It fulfills all the preconceived expectations you might have of a nando's. The toilets are cleaner than most nando's but everything else is the same as nando's. It's nando's. I wouldn't sit by the by the window facing mile end park as there are lots of tramps in the area of the park and one day I saw one of them taking a piss by the bins. It's not the fault of nando's so I haven't deducted any stars from them for that no matter how much it put me off my periperi chips.

Had my daughter's 11th birthday party upstairs and although I had reserved a month ago and had been assured that all will be sorted out by the time of arrival by Ade, there was then a change over of management and we were cursed with the horrid Ivan who had the nerve (after ignoring us) to ask us had we never been to Nandos before when we asked if we could have someone come and help with the orders!! He needs to go on customer service training or learn how to treat paying customers (I spent over £100) from the lovely Yunus. Yunus was lovel, very helpful, patient and professional. He should be promoted.

It's a nandos so you pretty much know what to expect as a place to eat. The main problem at this one is that the service can be very hit and miss. Last time I went, our main meals came first and starters didn't come until we asked for them almost 15 mins later. Also the drink machine seems to be very watery for some reason compared to other nandos we've been to.

A great place. Reasonable price, cheap price. It gets really busy at weekend night but you can always wait inside or order in advance online. Sometimes you need to wait a long time before ordering your food but the cooking normally takes less than 15 minutes.
