Ordered a click and collect order from here. Went in to pick up and the staff were friendly and the order was ready within few minutes or arriving. I left with the order only to be followed out as the server had realised they had forgotten my children drinks, most places would have let me walk away and forget about it, great service. Food was good temperature when I got back to my hotel and the same taste and quality expected from nandos. Interior looks lovely and certainly would like to come back and sit in to eat.

This restaurant is by far the best nandos ever...! Best service, tastiest food, best seating arrangements along side great hygiene Amber was the ladies name who served us, her energy is infectious and she was ever so helpful in recommending the latest new stuff on the menu. This time of the year is full of festive joy, and Amber definitely made us feel like Xmas is coming! If she wasn't so happy at her current job we would've pinched her for our office. She is an asset to Nandos and she should be promoted to manager!

Set under the train arches and plenty of seating. You can hear the train but its not too distracting. There are lovely pods to dine in, in the middle of the area and the service was great. Food came very quickly and a good choice of beverages. I was eating alone today and the staff were helpful, cheerful and attentive. The new peri peri gravy was not as peri peri as expected so I added more peri peri and it was delicious 😋. My chips won't taste the same without it going forward. Lovely meal and great service thanks Nandos.

Nandos is Nandos by now we all pretty much know what to expect. This one just happens to be built into a railway arch, with the background rumble of trains. Add to that tasteful interior design with large wooden tables on the side and giant tables encased in wicker baskets in the middle and this is one... Uh hella cool Nandos. Friendly staff too. Love me a cheeky Nandos! My typical order is 1/4 medium spicy with creamy mash and spicy rice. My favourite Nandos sauces to go with it is wild herb, and garlic sauce. The interior of this branch is quite unique as they have a row of nest pods in the middle where a large group can sit and enjoy their meals, loved the design.

Nando's is always my to go place to eat every time I'm on travel and there is a near by Nando's. Their chicken is always on point of char and spices. The service from this branch in Blackfriars is superb. The crew is very friendly and helpful. They got an issue on their POS with my transaction via card. They're not sure if the transaction went through my card and I'm a foreign card holder and we cannot verify it immediately. So they call it on the house. I insisted to pay via cash instead but they didn't let me until we validated the transaction. Mattie thanks!

Spacious place to sit. Not too crowded. There were no forks and knives at the sauce station. We had to wait for approx 10 mins after we had requested them. Otherwise all good.

Amazing place to have dinner. Different from all of the other Nando’s with an unique architecture and different kind of tables. The black themed color is relaxing and this place is underneath an arch which makes it way cooler. Would recommend everyone to visit this place for the good food and indoor architectural design.

Standard Nando's food, in a nice setting, underneath railway arches. Four chicken quarters, plus a small fries and a small coleslaw (see pic), plus a bottomless (free refills) soft drink and a bottle of beer was about £25.

Unbelievably this was my first visit to Nando's on a recent work trip to London and it didn't disappoint! I went for the medium sauce and it was perfect on the butterfly chicken burger. Sweet potato wedges were enormous and well worth the extra money! I'll be back, although probably to one closer to home 😉

Grilled chicken with the spices from south central Africa. Nice interior and friendly staff. You can choose how fiery you want your food to be through a scale symolized with a piri piri. They offer a range of recommended beers to match with the different levels of hotness. They also have "bottomless" softdrinks like Cola and Fanta for the times when you are really on fire.

C19 measures are in place but they are a bit overboard with them, I checked in using the appropriate apps, joined the online queue and as it was clearly empty inside I walked straight in. A staff member then flew over to tell me that I need to join the online queue, when I informed them I had done so they told me that I needed to wait OUTSIDE, despite the inclement weather and lack of customers inside. Anyway once I'd jumped through the required firey hoops. I ordered my food from my table via their website and my food came hot and fresh. They even gave me an extra quarter chicken because they deemed the first one too small. The quality of the food was good- for Nando's it's basically jazzed up chicken n chips but at least it's seasoned and you can actually buy vegetables, rice, garlic bread and salads. Their snacky bits and desserts are alright too. As Nando's goes this is one of the better ones.

It's Nandos. It's tasty grilled chicken with a good bunch of sides. This restaurant is particularly big, bright, and open. They have a number of cool booths in the middle which looks like nests. Particularly useful is the refillable soda choices.

The service was really fast and as expected of Nandos the food was really tasty. There was a minor error in the order we placed but other than that everything was fine. The issue was that another Butterfly Burger meal was ordered when we only asked for one. A refund was offered, so that got sorted. I would definitely eat there again. Their basket seating areas are really convenient for families and small groups.

Super confusing ordering process for someone who hasn't ever been to a Nando's before (here on business). They seat you first which makes you think it's table service. There are no signs anywhere suggesting you need to order at the front. So if you're in a hurry like I was I ended up leaving because I couldn't flag anyone down. Then when you do order you need to remember your table number and the other person's order and sides and spice level and drink in addition to yours. So a bit inconvenient to say the least. Here's a thought. Put a note on the menu saying how to order. That said, food was great.

I met up with my cousins last week at Nandos, and was very happy with the choice of location. I was glad to see that there were plenty of vegetarian options like the super green burger and sweet potato and butternut squash burger. The place has a nice vibe and is very kid friendly, yet giving you a slightly more upscale feeling than your usual Burger King or McDonald’s.

Thanks to the great service from staff, Greg in particular, I have been refunded and for the trouble provided with a replacement meal as well once they saw the problem. So the decor inside is cute and the basket things around a couple of the tables is quirky and fun, but other than that its your standard nandos really. Great atmosphere inside, this restaurant's tucked away beneath railway arches but has an airy and open interior. Some booths are surrounded in wicker style baskets in the central aisle, and the ones lining the side are comfortable leather. I went to Nandows and I loved the food.It was amazing.I would reccomend it for a family too because if there are little kids they have coulering sheets and crayons provided for them as well.The service is only 5min it is the best.You have options and a menu to choose what you want to eat.There is a option place for drinks.The waiters are friendly and kind. A nice Nando's. The staff are unfailingly friendly, the food is usually quick (apart from a few exceptional occasions), but it can get very busy on a Friday lunchtime. Get in as soon as you can after midday before it fills up. The "nest" tables in the centre are a nice feature if you can get into one.

A little hard to spot restaurant between the bridge and the tall building. Chicken pita with halloumi cheese is something new to me as I had either livers, or tights most of the times. This is a busy restaurant, well located and good food. Staff are friendly and the prices reasonable. There is a good atmosphere here and the restaurant is situated within an arch which is quite impressive.

Everybody knows Nando's, so I don't need to go into detail of what they do. However, as with many branches, the Southwark branch is very busy at peak times (e.g. lunch), so it is recommended to take an early or late lunch if you plan on coming here. The service can also be a little slow. Takeout I waited for about 20 minutes after placing my order to get my food, but part of this was down to the fact that the orders were not being fulfilled in the order they were placed (e.g. several people who came in after me, ordering the same food were given their meal and left before I did). Inside we experienced that my food came, but my colleague had to wait 10 minutes longer for her food to arrive, although we ordered together. If you get past the wait, the food is delicious and as it is the only branch nearby, it hasn't put me off going there, just that I have to be prepared for the wait.

When we arrived the staff member who seated us didn't inform us to go to the counter to order so we sat with menus for a long time before we realised. The food was very nice, but the peri salt on my chips had been chucked on in a blob rather than sprinkled making some chips very hot and others unseasoned. My friend's chips were evenly coated.

What else can you say about Nando's. You come in expecting some chicken and that is what you shall get. Got to sit at the fancy basket tables for the first time. I really enjoyed the half chicken with chips (fries) and the garlic bread. This has become my staple order.

A fairly large Nandos, with a good seating area. I would score 5 stars, but had a few issues. They have a large ordering counter as you walk in, but a small queuing area at the side. Naturally people walk directly to the counter not noticing the queue around the side. This causes frustration for people queuing and embarrassment for customers approaching the counter. This could be resolved by having a member of staff direct customers in the right direction and maybe consider reorganising that area for the future. Also for a Friday evening it would be nice to have had more tills open, as 2 tills were not sufficient for the volume of customers, again something that can resolved, but overall my visit was enjoyable and the service was good.

Great! I've never been to Nando's in England, and I thought I must give it at try. It has a vibe on its own. The chicken livers are absolutely tastly!

With its classy wooden ambiently lit pods, creating a focal point for the space, they truly succeed at bringing that Bungalo 8 feeling to your favourite family restaurant, for only the fraction of the price. Five stars because when me and my partner went, staff like Bernadette and Mattia (plus the server with the red flannel shirt on and the young woman who was refilling the sauces and accidently said no more thighs to which I almost had a heart attack, were just so lovely even late into the shift (we got there at 22:15 and it was supposed to close at 23:00). The food was great, no problem, clean and lovely atmosphere. Have gone before, went again and would go more in future. Is one of my preferred Nandos restuarant within the zone 1 area. My partner and I were closer to the Elephant and Castle branch but decided to travel the extra mile.
