Service was good and attentive, the large chips were actually large which is a huge PLUS and the Spiced Clementine seasoning is so damn good so recommend for those alone! However, besides the chicken, half their menu was our of stock, despite it being the early afternoon, and those were some of the most dry thighs I've ever eaten in my life. Still tasty though. Combined with how much of a headache the app was as far as creating an account and all that faff, 3 stars. But still worth a visit for the wings and chips

I think Nando's has lost it Groove. Please make it easy to update the password in order to buy the food from the online menu, there were no options to do so. I haven't been here in a long time. The food 3 we were joined by fruit flies which tells me more cleaning needs to be done.

Hey it’s a Nando’s - you know what you are getting. The service was slightly below par - still don’t know why they are continuing with ordering on your phone when there were plenty of waiters there. The process of ordering was muddled. They also forgot half of our food and we had to tell them it was waiting for collection. Not coming back to this Nando’s

Had my graduation the other day and went to get Nando’s with a couple of mates. The service was really fast and the food was brilliant. Also received a cheeky half chicken for free which was really nice of them to do. Definitely one of the best Nando’s branch I’ve been to.

As a first time visitor, I’d have to say... I’m a fan! It’s no novel idea (roasted chicken)... but they do something so simple, so well. Even though I don’t like all their sauces, just having that option of many sauces makes me so happy. Side dishes are all killer. The roasted sweet potatoes. Fries. Corn and beans. You really can’t go wrong. Even though they’re everywhere, if you’re a traveler, def do yourself a favor and try it at least once!

Great branch, always have had brisk and friendly service here. Never had complaints about the chicken. Music at decent volume. Warm during winter months. Restrooms generally well maintained but could do with a mopping now and then. Lighting darkens later in the evening for a nice "mood lighting" ambience!

In terms of food it's a pretty good Nando's. Although staff seems quite slow and clumsy. I got there and I wanted to sit inside with my family and got told there was a 20 minutes waiting time as the kitchen was busy, so I could go for a walk and come back. Rather weird to see a more then half empty restaurant giving long waiting time. Even weirder is that i've had to ask and almost push the waitress to let me get a sit on the outside terrace while waiting for my table. Inviting people to "go for a walk" when you have space to simply let them wait there doesn't seem to be a very good idea considering that eventually some customers may not even come back. Pretty weird experience.

Dirty lipstick stained glass- workers need to pay a little more attention to detail before serving such to a customer. Also, chips were cold on one plate, then the other plate, order was wrong but they rectified this by bringing out a completely brand new plate of fresh food with the right order. Nando’s have so also changed their peritamer. We had to pay for this which I absolutely didn’t mind but I would’ve liked to have been informed of the new recipe before purchasing. Didn’t even eat it so I wasted my money and time.

This place was a surprise to me, it was my first time and I was impressed. Precious took my order, I got a churrasco burger with fries and a drink. Total came out to 13.95 pounds ($18.60 USD). The food is great to say the least. I understand that it seems pricey, but hell you're on vacation. You might as well try it and see for yourself. I can't say I saw any vegetarian options, but I am sure they sell some salads if they're really about their paper. Cheers!

Well run Nando's. We ordered the whole chicken deal with four sides, which was pretty good value. We were able to share it between three people for lunch. I think this is definitely the best Nandos, by far and away, in terms of customer service. The food is always good and always tastes like Nandos, as expected. On 3 occasions I've been given the wrong order, which is the kitchens fault, because the receipt is always correct. But the way the staff have always handled it, with no fuss or stress, always rings the right tone with me. Also, I feel the staff are really attentive, especially when you're waiting to be seated. Keep it up guys!

I visited this Nando's in May on one of my last days in London and I was extremely satisfied. All staff members were super friendly and very accommodating! We were greeted with friendly comments. The environment was one of the best I've been to. Staff members did not complain about me and my friends being extremely loud with our non-stop laughing. Even the customers were super nice and friendly. The food was also on point. I would definitely go back to this Nando's and would highly recommend. 10/10!

The Place is very modern and nice. It's like other Nandos if you have been before. Ordered the Sunset Burger and was very nice indeed. Fast service. The only cons: some of the tables are really close to another one s so there is no much space so you feeling the lack of privacy.

Food at this restaurant is simply exceptional! Portuguese cuisine that my family and I absolutely loved! In fact, we ate at this particular establishment twice during our stay in London. We ate at another one in Beaconsfield as well a couple of days prior. That’s 3 times during our week and a half stay in the U.K. I would say that in itself shows how much we enjoyed the restaurant. Would return again in the future.

The food was ok but not great. The soda machine didn't work properly (almost no carbonation, the sprite zero tasted like water). The chips were soggy, the broccoli&bean burger could have had a bit more flavour. The chicken wing roulette was a good experience but it would have been better if the wings were crispy. A plus for the sauces you get "for free". Considering the prices, the quality didn't quite meet our expectations. Would not recommend.

Nando's is always great. Even though the portions might be kinda small in comparison to other places but somehow you'll be stuffed anyways. The Peri Peri sauces are especially great. Usually at home I'd use even spicier sauces, like Srirachi but Peri Peri works better with the dishes offered and makes a greater variety for people who like spicy food and those who don't. Also great vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Nandos is the GOAT among fast casual chains. Tons of delicious stuff to eat, including chicken thighs, breasts, half chickens, salads etc. Everything Peri-perified to your heart's desire. This location has tons of comfy seating and a big table for groups

You order at the counter and take a number to your table, where you can choose from a variety of sauces to slather on your chicken. If you're looking for something moderately quick and easy, this should do the job nicely.

Nice and cozy Nandos located near Southbank. Staff is friendly and food is good as any other Nandos. Interior design is quite hip and modern. Thanks to the big glasses by the entrance a lot of natural light is let in. I have been there only once therefore I can't comment on how busy it can get. Ideal for a quick meal but also for a longer stay. Recommended if you're visiting London and are near the London Eye.

Always amazes me that this one of the quickest Nando's I've been to from placing an order to sitting at your table. Local haunt for some ITV celebs from time to time. Can be quite busy Friday lunchtime due to team lunches going on but get there for 12 and you're bound to get a table in no time!
