I just received amazing service from this restaurant.. Always love Nando’s! I ordered a Deliveroo from Five guys, for my sick kid in Great Ormond Street hospital. And they change the ETA 5 times and then refused to refund my money when it’s still did not show up an hour later. My kid had been nil by mouth all day and then operation cancelled at the last stage, she was bloody hungry. So I stopped to Nando’s and told my woes and they gave me a free glass of wine and got my food order ready very quickly. Now that is service! Thank you, love Tess xxx

Usual good food from nando's but couldn't give it 5 stars as the staff were more concerned with sorting out delivery or deliveroo orders not the actual customers that are in the restaurant. Unfortunately a lot of places are like this now

Me my two girls and partner and his son went to Nandos 31st July 2021. I have been many times and has always been a pleasant experience. I told the staff it was my step sons birthday and gave a cake, they were amazing and so helpful and generally just nice, the kind of atmosphere you would expect from a family run restaurant, even down to the staff singing happy birthday and making it a special occasion for us all. The staff were fantastic and went over and beyond , and they made a very memorable evening! Thank you very much

This restaurant was well managed with convenient connections to public transport. The food was too cold hence it’s only getting 4 star. Also there was no drinking water as the water dispensing Machine was being repaired. A member of staff refused to give tap water. I was surprised as the Licensing Act of 2003 clearly stated that tap water should be provided free of charge. Big plus point to the restaurant is the member of staff named Sharron (with two ‘r’s). She was such a friendly and professional lady. Every branch of Nandos should have one Sharron. Portion size of food was good .

Food was nice but the service could be better. There was this one lady (who took us in to be seated and brought our food later) who was quite rude as if she couldn't care about the customers. When she brought our food over, she just plonked it down in front of us before asking who's meal was who's, so we had to pass it around.Compared to other restaurants,i was expecting someone to come over and take your order. Prices are a tad to high for some dishes considering portion size.

Nando's is always good and this was no different. Well cooked chicken with chips and coleslaw went down well. Good staff, checked if everything was okay. What you want in a restaurant. Don't sit too close to the entrance though if you like to keep warm as the traffic keeps the doors open and you get the draft coming straight at you...cold. Besides that, nice visit. Will be back for sure.

Nando's Brunswick is the perfect place for a Sunday lunch. Not crowded at all and really good chicken. The best value for money plate is the full chicken to share for two people with two sides and bottomless soft drinks.

Expensive.......body lunchtime........annoying waiter man kept looking at us walking up and down....just want to sit and eat dinner on peace without been hassled every few minutes......felt a bit rushed. Food okay but love the orange juice.

Food was brought to the table extremely fast and was all correct. But the table staff were really bad. Not once asked if our food was ok. And once we'd finished our meal the dirty plates were left infront of us for about 25 minutes..... upto us leaving, even though one of the staff walked by and looked on 3 occasions. Had to go and ask for the pot for my son's yogurt which the girl behind the counter really struggled to understand, when she finally did she said it's because they usually give them out when the meal is finished. It was finished.....20 minutes before i went and asked. Unfortunately this has been the worst Nandos we have been in..... And we go a lot 😂😂

Visited yesterday and was very satisfied with the food. Visited today and was disappointed with the service and food. Firstly went to place our order and the cashier could not work out how much we owed firstly stating it was £35 when my husband said that was wrong and it was £42 she said no. Charged us the £35 then realised she was wrong and then charged us a further £10 which was also wrong as we were then over charged! When we told her supervisor who was helping her she told us she had used a calculator!!! Really I guess the saying is true about blaming your tools! That was very poor. Then the food came my husbands chicken was burnt on the outside and over cooked making it very dry. Today seemed like no one knew their job or customer service no apology no nothing and in the end we were right! Poor poor poor need to get your act together imagin how many people you have over charged. Disappointed

Nandos always a friendly place and the food choices are good. I've always felt it is a little above what I would like to.pay, but the atmosphere a food make up for it. We had an NHS discount card so all good. Me, my daughter and grandson(under 3) went and it was clean, food came quickly and staff were very nice. It's consistent whenever/wherever I go and if you are looking to grab something quickly that's always a key for choosing a brand.

(Translated) Nice discovery of the chicken pili-pili, if you come the first time, here is how it works: the server places you at a table, remember the number of the table, look at your card: the accompaniments are not included in the dish so choose the option "2 reg side" to have 2 accompaniments with, then once decided on the choice, go to the cash register, order indicating your table number, drinks are served and take immediately, pay, the dishes are made at your table by the server. In the meantime, you can serve in the kitchen and take one or more bottles of sauces! There are plenty but I do not find them very practical, forced to tap because it's glass, there must be a technique I guess ... the price is low but it is to do at least once !
