Easy and efficient service to get us started. Food didn't take long to arrive. As always the food was amazing and so juicy. The great imitator wrap was available. Friendly staff as always. Cleaned up our table when we finished. Overall great experience.

I actually love this Nandos they dont take too long to serve, u can order through QR Code or at Till. And if you want desserts after Nandos DO NOT go to Cookies and Creams across the road from Nandos instead walk down further and go to UC Ubran Chocatiers. They have DOUBLE the portions, was so disappointed by cookies and creams portions. I couldnt even pack away the dessert from cookies and cremes it was stuck to the gotdamn plate. They are the only place where I found that they respect all the rules for respect the social distance. Cons. In my options the portion are a bit little, they should make a bit larger for justify the price. Overall I enjoyed my dinner!

I really want to like this place as my kids love it and the staff are all really nice. However, the absence of any menus on an outing with 8 kids in tow was a complete and utter pain. They have them at other branches at the moment so Covid is no excuse. They told me to "take a picture" of the menu outside (in the dark) and then peer at the tiny picture on my phone screen, with the 8 kids. Not cool. Food was tasty and hot, as usual, and arrived fast. Lovely sweet potato fries.

It's perfect if you like spice, they have a wide variety of spices and spicy sauce's, and if you don't then they have options for that too.Once you get a cup it's unlimited refills (except the fruit juice).It cost a reasonable amount for the quality of the food. The he menu also has lots of options to choose from too.

The store is located very close to the Empire cinema so its good for if you are waiting for a movie, you can just save up some dollar by popping in for a proper meal than the cinema food. the staff there are friendly and always on their toes but still maintain a very constant smile to the customers. On the food, well you can't expect less from Nandos, their chickens are large and succulent. Their salads are very good.

However the day I went they really struggled to serve half the restaurant (only half full!), 30 minute wait to sit down, got our order wrong too and then it was cold and needed to be reheated. Maybe this is just because of not a lot of workers on /staff isolation. I'd still go back and give it another try!

I haven't come to nandos in a while, we got there and scanned to get in the virtual queue and was inside within less then 5 minutes. Adan (guy with a pony tail and glasses) apologies of I got your name wrong gave us the most best and amazing customer service I've ever experienced, we was going to sit by the window but asked for a different seat and he gave us a different seat, explained how to order and that drinks were brought to us, we was Brought our drinks and our food were brought to us within 10 minutes. He then came when we wanted another drink, checked if everything was good aswell. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it was amazing.

Hello Team, giving a 4 stars as food taste really good. I'm a regular at Nandos and since delivery has started, ordering Nandos is like weekly, however on 2 occasions, order was missed, and today is the second time. I wouldn't have mind if it happened once!

This is the best service in Nandos Walthamstow, I had since the re opening of Nandos. Staff were very helpful and were super attentive, they noticed when your drink was empty and offered a new one and brought you sauces before your meal even arrived. The food was also cooked to perfection.

The staff was very friendly, only did take away but could see the tables were well attended to. The wings, chips and corn on the cob were all amazing, great flavour, very succulent. I was disappointed with my chicken wrap, shredding the chicken took the bite away, also needed more flavour. Overall pretty good, just disappointed with the wrap. Ordered food via a delievery app and received the wrong order. I called the branch direct and spoke with the manager, who could not of been more helpful. He made my order again with no qibbles. Went as a treat for my husband as he eats a halal diet. Felt safe in terms of COVID. Efficient service. However I was extremely disappointed in the menu changes. I am vegetarian and there was basically 1 option for me, so I chose a starter instead as a bean burger is totally unappealing. We wont bother going again until the menu goes back to pre coronavirus choices.

Went during the he week at lunch, it was calm and nice. Food was delish, just wished they would pay more attention to the sauces. I know it has been like that for years, but the fact that the sauces just stayed there open for hours, getting dusty..... why can't it have some sort of lid? And this is not just for this Nando's it's for all of them.

Some people struggle to accept or follow simple instructions and as a result, make the experience difficult for themselves and the team at Nandos. Fortunately I'm not one of them :) Of course, it's different to pre-Covid but I was satisfied with measures put in place by Nandos Walthamstow to keep themselves and my family safe. They really do try and make it a lovely experience. I'm having a little rant because I had to witness seeing difficult customers giving the team there a hard time asking them to do things they're now not legally allowed to do. My family and I treated them with respect the moment we walked through the doors. In return they gave us some wonderful food and a lovely Saturday afternoon. Food as always was delicious but the team there were Fantastic . Well done and Thank you guys.... Keep it up. I'll be back soon

If there was WiFi in this restaurant it would be perfect. There is a lot of delicious chicken to choose from. A lot of customisation is available: different chicken parts, numerous sides (though garlic bread is the best), a ton of sauces to pick from. The boneless platter is the best meal for two, for us it was enough for a whole day. Definitely recommend going.

Frozen yoghurt machine had to be refilled so staff offered the kids packaged gelados instead. Problem dealt with swiftly to kids satisfaction. Satisfied kids=happy parents!!! 👌

I don't like the new serving system. Years ago you would have your order taken by the waiting staff at your table,. Now you have to order at the till like McDonald's. However the staff are very helpful and they try to be prompt when dishing out the food.

Normally we really enjoy our meal here at Nandos Walthamstow but this evening meal wasn't very good.. The food itself was good but the one main issue is the chips were hard and not very nice. We asked for another replacement of chips but they said it would just be the same as the fryer is not work properly. Really they should take chips of the menu here unti the fryer is fixed!! As you pay £2.50 for chips which aint very enjoyable at all. As ive said we normally enjoy our visit here but im hoping this is a one off. Other than the issue with chips it was a nice night out here.

Put the sauce in the burger. Seriously, it not only tastes better that way but is actually easier to eat. The hybrid Thai chilli sauce is bad enough but it's far too sticky to coat the bun with. So to sum things up, the sauce. It needs to go inside the bun not across the bottom of the plate and not on top of the bun. Also if possible try to keep the ratio of skin below that of the meat.

Well, well, well.... where do I start... Nandos is like Heaven! I go to this Nandos and I am never disappointed! Staff is amazing as usual, sometimes under pressure but it gets very busy!
