Great experience! From a meat eater prospect, I didn't miss the meat or chicken. These vegan burgers are so yummy. Definitely recommend. As chef I might say that the burger tend to fall a part in terms of texture but the taste is amazing. Great those potato bites, much better than chips. Go lady gooooo!!!

Vegan McDonald's with beer. Was the food amazing? No. Was it good enough? Yes. Was the food quick? Absolutely! Was the food easy to order? Absolutely, the whole menu and check out experience was amazing! Was the food cheap? Not really. Was it over the top expensive? No. Was the place clean? Yes, spotless! Was there enough seating? Yes. Were the staff friendly? Yes. I think this place is pefect for after a long night out when you want some decent hot food asap. But if you've got the time to chase quality then perhaps give this one a miss until next time.

What an amazing place to find! We came to London and had no idea what vegan places were okay and what weren’t. This place is lovely. We walked in, the gentlemen at the till explained everything to us in a friendly manner. You order what you want sit down and they call it out and you come and get it. So much choice to have! Plenty of seats and lovely decor inside. You need the cheese sauce chips they are amazing!!!

I love that it’s vegan. i’m trying to expand and be more animal friendly and this place was a great place to go. The food was tasty and i would go here again. my only complaint is that it’s a little pricey for what you get, however it is in london which can explain apart of the price. What a superb place. No compromise tasty, filling food and milkshakes to blow your mind. Biscoff one was amazing. Lovely decor, genuine staff and a good selection of food and drinks available. Not the cheapest but when you know it's for a good cause, and they plant a tree for every burger bought, it makes that a good thing.

One of the best vegan burger places in Central London! I came across this place by chance, glad I decided to walk in! The service and method of ordering was excellent, the choice of burgers, additional toppings, sides and drinks was nothing short of fantastic and the vibes instead the restaurant were great! It was also super cool to see families with young children in there 🌱💚 I decided to go for the biggest, messiest to eat burger with guacamole on top. Needless to say I felt like I needed a shower after eating this 😂 decided to pair my burger with a Toast beer which was great, they stand for good stuff! 10/10 - You will see me again!

Great to see another vegan spot on my visit to London, their seems to be more each time I visit. I ordered the vegan fish burger and fries, I wasn’t a fan of the fish burger but I am still glad I tried it. Next time I’d have what my partner had the vegan chicken burger. Cool branding and nice interior. Food was just ok. Self check-out was excellent. Flavours were not memorable however. I ate there an hour ago and I already forgot what the food tasted like. The sauces didn’t have a specific flavour unless you ordered the spicy one. Prices are quite high and portions a little small but it’s central London so that’s what you get. Definitely not blown away.

I liked the store, but when you eat the Neat Burguer it disassembles itself, it makes the biggest mess and the packaging that surrounds the burger is so thin that it cuts your lip, the only way to eat it is to put it on a plate with a fork and Knife . Great service, very good to promote veganism.

Big Stack is the much better version of the mainstream triple bun burger, the tots have a great crunch, Chick'n Bites are SO GOOD and topped it off with a CBD drink (definitely novelty but nice). MUST visit for vegan fast food lovers in London.

Neat burger is such a great place to eat! Have been there twice already and both times had a wonderful experience. Came in for lunch after a meeting and such a nice little find for vegan food. The burger and fries tasted great. I would say it's a little pricey for what you get, but the quality is what stands out. For a fast food restaurant the setting is nice and clean, with additional outdoor and downstairs seating, and the main lobby consisting of tables on one side and a bar with stools on the other. I would say I had to wait a little long for what I would expect from a fast food establishment, buy lucky I was in no rush. For great tasting vegan food this place is a nice and friendly place to check out while you're out and about. Just give yourself some time to relax inside and it can be a rewarding experience.

Me and a friend accidentally stumbled upon this place a year ago on our walks around central London. Since then I have taken another 5 friends there on separate occiasion and only 1 of them was vegan. They all loved the food and service received and said they would definitely return! The food is delicious, especially the nasty option on the sides. For a good price too! The staff are always so lovely, friendly and poliet and their environment is very chilled and calm. I would 100% recommend for vegans & non-vegans!!

I see the market, vegan fast food. Doesn’t exist in the purest form yet. Not competing with the chains, like Honest and GBK, who offer waitered service and limited vegan options at a slower pace. More McDonald’s and BK but for vegans. Only issue is, this is priced way over all those places and doesn’t seem to offer much in return. In fact, it offers much less. Price - we found it super expensive. £25.69 for what you see seems excessive. Food - Chicken Burger - only thing we enjoyed and it was tasty, I would have that again. Sweet P fries were oily and not enjoyable. Skinny fries were just standard issue and also oily. They could jazz these up a bit - different salts and seasoning. The cheese burger was bang average, had a slightly odd taste and was unsubstantial to say the least. I don’t leave reviews under 4*, but I would have here… not good value and well below average food. Massively disappointed, been wanting to try for a while! I wouldn’t recommend or return.

Fair prices for fries portion size. The hotdog was very good and the nuggets were the best I've had. EDITED TO ADD 2ND ORDER: The hamburger is also good. I got the larger nuggets this time and they are way overpriced. Also fries should come with condiments included in the price.

When I found out that Lewis Hamilton owned shares in this company I really wanted to try it, and I was not disappointed at all. The burgers are among the very best I’ve ever had in London, and fries & drinks are good too. The service is friendly and efficient and the premises look cute. Prices are lower than other similar places in London however portions are smaller so you end up actually paying the same as everywhere else for a meal. Overall, very positive experience and I will most certainly be back!

If I ate these burgers blindfolded I don't think I'd realise it WASN'T actual meat! These are by far and away the best vegan burgers my wife and I have ever eaten! Anywhere, anytime! Game changing food. The Nasty Tater Tots are also insanely tasty! The whole meal was awesome and I can't wait to come back to try more from the menu! If you're a vegan this is a must try and even if you're not a vegan, still give this place a try. Also, their "milkshakes" are also amazing! An environmentally aware boutique vegan fast food venue with amazing customer service. Food - plant-based meat alternatives throughout, with standard burger combinations with sauces, double decked burger patties, good fries and a variety of "new age" beverages rather than standard soft drinks. I liked the burger, though felt the patty itself should be firmer - everything felt soft and squidgy on my choice - The Big Stack @ £9.99 (Double Neat meat patty, triple bun, American style (plastic square) cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, Big Stack sauce). Fries were nice and I went with a cola alternative which was okay. Service was impeccable - a real driven team who believe in good service and the customer experience being great. Cannot praise this team highly enough in making us feel welcome and serving food to our table. Décor I felt a little lacking; all of the packaging they use is environmentally-friendly and plant based, though it may look like plastic - it biodegrades quickly. There's basically a pastel pink and turquoise theme going on on plain white walls with occasional plant leaves fixed to the wall. I feel they are missing a trick here, and could make much more of a tropical rain forest look and feel - Rainforest cafes manage this - so more plants, more green, more canopy and novelty. It is early days yet for this relative newcomer to the fast food arena. It is not as cheap as some lower-end (read the Fast Food Nation book and then decide), nor as eye-wateringly expensive as the high end who I think can never justify charging £20 straight-faced for a burger, fries and a drink. Our family of omnivores all enjoyed the food - including teenage children. Neat Burger offer meal deal options which drop the price to about £14 per person. I shall definitely visit again, and recommend.

I’m vegan, I like vegan food and the burgers here tasted good. BUT they are impossible to eat. After about 3 bites you’re left with a collapsing mess of burger and sauce all over your hands. I can’t say I’ll come back, it’s just too messy and disgusting to eat. Wear surgical gloves if you must go.

Nice to eat a fast food burger that doesn't leave you feeling like you've eaten a greasy stone though! Our server was very friendly but the service was slower than expected despite the fact we were the only two people ordering in house, but I suspect this is due to the number of deliveroo orders they had coming in. I would visit again if I was in the area but wouldn't make a special trip.

A really good vegan burger place. The chicken avocado is really good, as well as the fries and the potatoes. The oreo brownie is delicious. The chicken feels real and has a similar texture to a non-vegan chicken burger. I recommend. They adopt the service of fast-food to ensure fast service however prices do not reflect that as a meal + desert is around 20£.

Went here for lunch recently and was not disappointed. My friend and I were pretty indecisive, but Nikol was patient enough to guide us through the menu and recommended some of her favourite items and it all tasted great! Very delicious kimchi chicken burger. The beyond beef burger also tasted great. Didn’t feel like I was eating plant based burgers at all. The chips were crunchy outside and fluffy inside. Service was efficient and plenty of drinks to choose from. What a great option when you would like to have meat free meal.

Don't get me wrong, the burgers are tasty! But it's too expensive - burger/drink/'normal' chips comes to a minimum of 15 quid. And if you want a slice of cheese on the burger (I mean, who doesn't?) - you pay another one pound for this (which is just pushing it even more). Overall, good burgers (do think they fall apart to easily sometimes) but way too expensive I'm afraid. Totally with you on this vegan-journey and all (love the packaging, the design, etc. etc) but just to give you an idea, a meal at Neat Burger is three (!) times the price of one at the famous....golden arches.

The Big Stack burger was excellent and the portions were nice. I appreciate that they make their own patties so thumbs up. I got sweet potato fries which were quite good as well, not too soft but not too dry. Staff was nice and listening, I really enjoyed the atmosphere which was quite cozy. It's ok. The restaurant looks nice but not striking. I ordered the chicken burger and tater tots. The chicken burger didn't really have much taste but Wass ok. I couldn't really taste much seasoning in the coating. The tater tots was mixed bag because some of them were piping hot whilst the others were cold. I don't really like leaving negative reviews but there are notices inviting feed back on each table. They also didn't ask me to scan in using the NHS track and trace app. Also in this time of Covid 19 I noticed that they didn't immediately wipe down the device that sends an alert when your food is ready when I returned it. I do intend to go back there because as I said it was ok.

First time at a Neat Burger and I'd say okay overall. The food tasted really good and if you're embracing the fact it isn't meat and isn't going to be you'll love the food. It was tasty and very enjoyable. The staff were super friendly (possibly a little too friendly, almost American style service) I will say the portion sizes were small and it was premium pricing for fast food. For the price you pay, I was left hungry and wishing it was bigger. The service was somewhat slow too. I waited 15 minutes from my order to receive my food and it wasn't busy. I'd definitely go back for a second try.

Really new and good vegan burger house in London. They use beyond meat and it tastes great. The burger in my pictures is the neat burger with “cheese” Price for burger and sides will run you about £12. I would recommend for people sitting in that the restaurant invests in reusable plates or containers (think like military tins) as they currently use cardboard which after having sauce or burger grease on it, won’t be the easiest to recycle.

A chance find. The restaurant was spotlessly clean the assistants clean the tables and the order tablets immediately after they have been used. I had a fillet no fish and my brother had the smoke stack. We also had the full nasty tater tots and biscoff shakes . All the food was really tasty. It is well lit, carefully decorated with minimalistic furniture. There are quite a few pledges on containing food waste, and their dedication to protect animals and the environment. The food can be ordered and paid through self serve screens. It was served in trays similar to foodhalls but with compostable pots, and spoons. Food was quite tasty, although the portions were small. If they move away from the plastic tub/ glass for sauce/ water, this place can get a full 10 for sustainability. Overall definitely worth a try if you are in and around Oxford Street.

I think this is such a great spot because it really is plant based fast food - not every vegan spot needs to be a sit down affair with a complex, innovative take on the burger and fries experience. Sometimes I just want a good old fashioned burger made quickly! The cheeseburger was great and my friend really enjoyed his chicken burger. You order from a tablet and the menu was very customisable and clear. My friend is coeliac but the staff knew exactly what was safe for him and were super friendly. It's not cheap cheap, but absolutely fine considering the location I think. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit as I think there are places better suited to a sit down meal, but I will definitely stop by again for a bite when I am in the area.

Got the chick’n burger which was surprisingly really good quality. The batter tasted fresh and crispy. The patty filling had a very similar texture to chicken. The only downside i would say is that the patty was a bit too small. A burger where the patty that doesn’t sink into bun is always good burger.

The store is open, I went at lunch time, it wasn’t too busy and waited less then 5 minutes for my food. The restaurant itself has lots of seating and the aesthetics are good. I went for the Neat Burger (a Beyond Meat patty with onions, cheese, lettuce and pickles) with sweet potato fries. The fries were very good, a decent sized portion and crispy. Although they could have done with slightly more seasoning. On to the burger, the construction was good, with a good bread-burger ratio. The patty was well cooked and tasted good, unfortunately there were slightly too many onions for my taste but I enjoyed it. Overall Neat Burger is worth a try but I won’t be a regular. There are better options in London. I paid £12 for the burger and fries.

This recently opened in my area in Soho, so decided to give it a go. The idea of self service order desk is pretty good, definitely nothing like the McD fiasco. The chicken salad and burger were pretty nice, and the place has a frest, modern vibe to it. Great fit if you want to go out and catch up with a group of friends in a laid back place.

It’s ridiculous that plant-based burger costs more than meat. The neat burger I was told was from pea and “takes like meat”. If this tastes like meat then clearly whoever made it did not eat mean for a while. Patty is just loose falafel with onions. Bread/bun is subpar quality but the place is nice. Great atmosphere & location. Yet once again I am being not convinced that eating vegan burgers is price-reasonable or even can work as meat substitute. Nothing beats real steak burger. Sorry vegans, not today. Not joining your cult this time.

Cute place with lovely decor, pretty small menu. Opted for the beyond burger with cheese which was tasty (4 stars) but I was surprised at how thin the patty was. I also went for the sweet potato fries which were a bit too greasy and soggy with excess oil, which is why I rated down to 3 stars. I like what neat burger stands for and they do make some pretty decent burgers, but I do feel that the quality of the way they build their burgers isn't the best and they tend to fall apart before you finish them which can be frustrating. Another point is that they started with a certain type of pattie which is no longer the same. I feel the old pattie was better. Yet to try their Chick'n ones. Good sides and good low sugar drinks WITHOUT artificial sweeteners, which is a plus. Refine the burger build and pattie quality and you will get 5*'s... 🍔🥂

As a meat eater in a team of vegans and veggies at work, there is often quite a difficult situation at lunch time in picking somewhere that satisfies us all. Today we found the perfect option. Neat Burger. Their Beyond Meat burger was simply incredible. The taste almost perfectly resembling a grilled beef burger. The only difference with this and a beef patty being the consistency - the patty here being a lot softer. The staff were friendly, the music good and the overall atmosphere great. My vegan colleague stated it was "Amazing" - and he rarely gets excited over vegan options in London. 5/5.

A very friendly staff took my order at the counter and when my food arrived, it felt like I was put in a food heaven! I had the Korean Chick'N burger with some fries on the side and it literally tasted like meat. I know a lot of vegan places and I'm happy to be able to add another place to my list of cheat day restaurants :) If you're thinking you can't go vegan because you like meat too much, give this place a try! The food is great, and although I'm not a fan of the decor (really the least important aspect, to be fair), it is clean. Ordering system similar to Five Guys (as are the prices). My only criticisms are that it is very difficult to hear your name being called because of the music - and I was lucky to find a seat closer to the counter. Perhaps a number board would be really helpful. I have a feeling it can get busy and you're in danger of losing your table when you get up to get your food (if you're alone). As I have mobility issues this is problematic, so even some table service would have been appreciated. Given that all the menu is plant-based, and what I had was good, I would definitely go back and would recommend Neat Burger.

I don't want to give 3 stars because it's still a great vegan place in Central London. However, it's not much affordable for the majority of people. Looking forward for your changes.

OMG! Wow! Just wow. I’d happily pay more for this. Vegan burgers have really declined in quality, taste and freshness over the years in spite of its hefty price tag. Neat burger truly is a game changer! It tastes and feels fresh and healthier than anything out there right now. My only grape is the exclusivity with Deliveroo, an app with God awful drivers and terrible costumer service. This is literally the only reason why I won’t be ordering another one anytime soon. Spending 15 mins calling and looking for a delivery driver as your premium food gets cold isn’t fun. These burgers still take amazing even when they are like warm verging on cold. But that’s not what I paid for. If I find myself in the area when the world is normal again, I’m definitely gonna treat myself!

Some of the best vegan food I have ever had. We ordered on NYE and unfortunately the branch we ordered to was closed when we arrived. After talking to someone, we were asked to go to another branch about ten minutes away. The staff were unbelievably friendly and couldn’t have been more apologetic, they did everything they could to make it up to us (within the limits of COVID restrictions) and really improved our night which had unfortunately gone very wrong for many reasons before. We will absolutely be visiting again once lockdown has been lifted as it is in a great location near the West End.

5 plus stars for the food. However lost a star over lack of toilet facilities. Was apparently closed because of Covid. However other eating establishments managed to keep their toilets open. And from what I remember of using the toilets at Neat Burger when they were open they didn't seem anymore risky then those of establishments that have kept them open. It meant my experience was somewhat uncomfortable in that it is hard to enjoy your food if you are dying to go to the loo. Neat Burger are part of the dine out to help out scheme. However the lack of toilets at Neat Burger or indeed any other place would put me off going again. So please Lewis Hamilton! Get the toilet situation sorted out! It may be you have a strong bladder and it's not an issue for you. Especially as you are a man and can find a nearby corner. But for a lot of people, especially women a lack of toilets can make the difference between an enjoyable experience or a nightmare experience. As I mentioned earlier no complaints about the food...perhaps you could consider opening a Neat burger restaurant in Colindale or perhaps deliver in that area?... I would not have to worry about toilets then, as I could just get a takeaway in the comfort of my own home!

Nice small joint serving plant based fast food, I had standard Neat burger with touch of spiciness for around £9 a burger. It is a premium price for such humble food compare to meat equivalent in famous joints...found the burger patties rather thin and mine fell apart while eating so it needs some kind of binder to keep it together or make it bit thick. The burger as whole was kind of tasty with spicy kick but at around £9 it needs bit of rework to make it a proper burger.

I was desperate to try this place as have loved recent vegan offerings from supermarkets of late and wanted to try the convenient option. I finally got there on Thursday early evening. Very few customers in but being in a tunnel makes it very loud - chatter and music. I'm a tinitus sufferer and if you are too then be aware and listen hard for your order to be called when ready. All in, its a nice place with friendly staff, tucked away from of the main drag, conveniently located off Oxford Street. My burger was nice tasting and the relish worked well. The actual burger was a bit thin and lacked substance - think snack size rather than a full meal. With this in mind it seems pricey for what you get.

Okay. The burger itself is decent (Beyond Meat always is), but a bit stingy on the gherkins – I actually was unsure my burger had any at all. The patty was also too small for the bun. Would say that Halo Burger do a far better job with the BM patty – their flavour combinations/options are the best around (in my opinion). Price is expensive for what it is but expected. Decor and atmosphere is lacking somewhat, “style” but no substance? For the duration of my visit, two large tables of what seemed to be influencers/people who are in some way linked to the business dominated the shop. Loud, crowded around the doorway, smoking etc. Put a bit of a dampener on the experience for me as a “normal” customer.

I felt bad for the people working here as they were clearly understaffed, but it also sucked to have to wait ages, and then another 10 minutes for my milkshake... I ended up eating my (then cold) food whilst waiting at the counter for it. To be fair the customers here did nothing to help - even though there were clear places to dispose of waste everyone was just leaving it in a mess on their tables. On a positive I love that everything is vegan, and the ‘nasty’ tater tots were really good.

Was excited to try this joint and was not disappointed! I loved the texture of the bun - reminds me of a good ol filet o fish soft bun which I unfortunately don't eat anymore as I'm plant based. I ordered mine with cheese and spice - the cheese was great, doesn't have that weird vegan cheese weirdness you sometimes get, beware of spicey though. It's literal chili paste and super hot, had to pick some of mine out! I liked the mayo they have as well, vegan mayo can be a hit or miss but the texture and taste were really good. Atmosphere is also hipster and chic! Always room for improvement - in this case I would say the packaging and some options for healthy sides. The packaging for eat in was intense with tons of paper and a full on large box. Condiments were only offered in plastic single use containers as well. Def opportunity to reduce. With respect to the sides there were only fried options, would be nice to have something roasted or steamed etc. Even though I'm binging on a vegan burger I'd still like to eat some healthy non processed food. Overall I enjoyed my burger and would come back!

I also been today on the opening day to try out the burger. I had to wait for around 20 mins as there was a long queues. Once I was in the decor was simple, no frills, which cool as you let the food do the talking. For a meat substitute it was delicious!! Compared with what I have eaten in the past. This is truly a game changer! Had real in-depth flavor and didn't leave a greasy taste afterwards, which meat dose. I wasn't able to choose anything else off the menu as today was a 'free burger give away' but I will be back to try the other items! Well worth it.
