Lovely restaurant clean and cosy. But to be honest their lahmacun is not good enough what I expected. The dough should be very thin, crispy and fluffy. The lahmacun should be serve with sliced tomatoes, parsley and onions. They served with sumac onion. Normally, we eats sumac onion with kebabs. Overall it taste was good.

I was very lucky to secure a voucher from Time Out to try this restaurant. One of the many little restaurants hidden away on Charlotte Street, very close to Goodge street station but nice and quiet. Staff member was lovely explaining to me all the options: I went for the Pilav rice, Turkish beef stew in tomato & garlic sauce, Humus, Baked Turkish pancakes with courgettes & carrot and Cloudy apple juice. My photo does not do the food justice - The rice was perfectly cooked, the beef very tender and such a great portion, the humus one of the best I have ever had, and the pancakes which never tried before were really nice. Plus top marks on the apple juice which a lot of the time is quite poor in restaurants. But this tasted like straight out of the orchard with cox's apples. Main's cost from £5.90 onwards, and they also do Pides and Turkish bread. They have tables inside and out, and the establishment was spotlessly clean. The food is really filling and tasty and for central London very reasonably priced.

Tasty food and friendly staff but the portion sizes are a bit on the small side. The rice boxes are served in prison-style box-type plates, which doesn’t make the eating experience all that pleasant. All in all, a very average Turkish restaurant with prices a bit on the steep side.

Average quality . You chose a ‘snuff’ box or whatever it’s called, which is a small container of hot mains and cold staters with a slice of Turkish bread. It wasn’t bas but it reminded of airplane meals. Nice service for the extra star.

Lahmacun bit pricey compare to other pide but still I was happy to pay that money I will be back there soon again. Just updated review : They changed and they got new Turkish food concept and they brought proper Turkish meals and absolutely delicious!! If you can not go to Turkey just get Turkish food from OTE!! You will love it!!!

Loved this place. Brings back memories for me visiting turkey which is a country I love. The culture and experience is all combined and made in this shop. The pizzas here are fantastic and also feel free light as well which is a bonus so you can enjoy more of there different combinations of pizza on there menu. It is a nice small Turkish Restaurant/Take Away with a variety of options that make it easy to choose what to Eat. I would recommend one of the Pide options to try. In addition to that the Manager she is very nice and friendly towards picky customers.

First visit to this excellent Turkish place and I can't wait for an opportunity to visit again. The Pide this Turkish baked dish was exceptional, made on the spot after I placed the order and it was extremely tasty. I had the aubergine and Turkish cheeses version which was delicious. I also had a crunchy sharp cabbage salad that was perfect as a side dish. Seating arrangements were comfortable and the place was extremely clean with friendly service and good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Best Turkish pizza in London! Great flavor. Chicken wings with lemon and salt are good too. A nice variety of lahmacun, I liked the aubergine one most. Sadly they don't have seating for a very large group. The option of takeaway is available. And it's halal!

The food is delicious and it is nice to sit outside, but the music was horrible (top of the pops from the 90's) and the staff had a really hard time understanding our order (maybe I was just unclear). Rather cheap and definitely worth a try, pides are boat shaped Turkish pizza that seems a bit more interesting than most normal pizzas, at least what comes to the fillings. Would go again if peckish and in the area.

So delicious! We had one Pide with sucuk and kasar and the Pide with yagli trabzon both were so good. Open kitchen restaurant, you can’t find this kind of openness anywhere else. With atmosphere and friendly stuff we felt like we went to Turkey.

Dont expect the same pide or lahmacun like in Turkey. But they are one of the best in LONDON circumstances... Lahmacuns are having a little bit small portions but pides are quite satiafying. Dont forget to buy a salad and ayran as a side...very nice staff as well...quite crowded at lunch time. Very suitable for take aways.

The staff are great and friendly in guiding you through the menu and what to eat. After 8pm the food starts to run out so try get in before then! Highly recommended

This was seriously one of the best things I’ve ate in my life. I started out with mint tea (classic) and had the lamb pide (kinda a calzone and pizza in one). The flavors and the texture were just so perfect. They are large so good to share but fine by yourself as it is casual.

Service is the typical Turkish hospitality, and the range of Pides and Lahmacuns is just right, as well as the sides and other knick-knacks. They sell what we call tabiltod. You can have selection of food in one big plate but the plate has 4 different sections. You chose rice, main course, salad and a meze. The whole thing is £7.50 its very cheap and very tasty. Highly recommended.

I only ordered a Lamb Lahmacun (And a mandarin Uludag which I absolutely love) but it was incredible and more than enough for lunch. The selection of freshly made Pide as opposed to the Lahmacun looks amazing with many toppings to try (I’ll go for the chicken and halloumi Pide next!) I’ve had a lot of Pide actually in Turkey and quite honestly this establishment offers a quality even better than that which I have already tried in the country it originates from. Authentic, tasty and a great atmosphere (the shop is small but beautifully cosy and charming). The staff are also friendly, efficient and helpful. That’s a 6 out of 5 from me.

The food was ok if you are hungry and you are familiar with Turkish food. I am just wandering, is it normal for the people who are cooking the food, to handle it with bare hands, without any plastic gloves, even the cashier, who often gets in touch with money, she touched the food that was about to be served without no problem. Other than that, I've noticed the man who was preparing the food at some point, took a mop and cleaned the oven with it. Is it the same mop used to clean the floors? What is the hygiene rating at this place. I think that they should pay a little bit more attention to this details.

Had the lahmacun offer for lunch (2 for £6.50 plus salad) It was nice and warm and the dough was perfect but I could hardly tell the difference between the feta/aubergine and the lamb mince! Tomato onion sauce was the dominant flavor. Also the salad was quite soggy and obviously prepared hours before (if not previous day). I would still like to go back and try the pide though.

Side dishes take up the majority of the plate. Babaganoush was very bland, doesn't seem like they roasted the aubergine properly, rather poached. Large chunks in it as well. Kofte was alright, but ratio to rice is very disappointing. (2 tbsp of rice..) Overall seems more about quantity rather than quality :(
