Ottolenghi is the place to go if one wants refreshing and tasty salads. Their specials (like mushroom soup) are equally delicious . I have visited a few times and never been disappointed. I just wish they expand their menu a bit as it can be limited.

whenever I walk past the Ottolenghi stores, I cannot help buying some dessert because they look so tempting and I know they taste good from experience. and the staffs are always friendly too. today’s pick was white chocolate cookie with no flour and mini pecan financier. both were a perfect treat before or after walking tour in Chelsea area

Excellent as usual. Services was super good and food amazing. This time on my scrambled eggs was served with focaccia bread, it pairs better with this dish rather than the sourdough bread.

The venue itself is very chaotic, there's no order to the takeaway queue and its very busy during peak times. If you're looking for a takeaway, then you will have better luck than seating as you'll be waiting in a queue for very limited seating with no time scale for wait times. The food itself was nice, but cakes for £5-7 is very expensive and I expected more. It's not bad or average by any means and there's a large variety.

Ottolenghi takes you to a journey in Middle East from your seat in London with their variety of lunch and breakfast menus, cakes and even crackers. Everything was so delicious but especially I was in love with their savoury muffin. The seating area is pretty small. We went on a Sunday morning and it was quite busy, expect a wait time around 20-30 mins but it passes quickly when you can look at all the options in front of you and start deciding what you want. Totally recommend a visit.

I have always loved Sloane Square/King’s road area, but have never had a place to go to/to look forward to returning to. Now, thanks to the recent opening of this Ottolenghi branch, I have a place like this! As per usual, great desserts with a bit of savoury dishes, lovely interior design and gorgeous flower bouquets - but this time, finally, all of the above that Ottolenghi is famous for coming with a rather large sitting area. Pineapple cheesecake was heavenly; just like vanilla financier. A big thank you to the member of the team with a blond bob and a gorgeous dress for her kindness and attention. Opening hours during the week are also great; thank you for remaining open in the evening for the people who actually have to go to work. Overall the only letdown, I would say, is a selection of teas; I wish there were more choice for green teas and the tea bag was larger, as for the already rather modestly sized teapot the bag does not seem brewing an enough good/pronounced tea. And a mint herbal infusion is, sorry, not a tea. But I will definitely return many, many times; on my own or with my husband or a colleague or a friend.

The new ottolenghi in Chelsea has a small seated area if you are planning on having lunch there. The food is really delicious. Super easy to grab a quick takeaway.They were very nice and great customer service even though they were incredibly busy.

It has a nice atmosphere, although many choices I feel I would like to have all ☺️ Staff were so friendly.

The staff is always friendly and even when busy they tried to help us in any way they could. There’s always a variety of food, the salad display is so colourful and the deserts look almost too pretty to eat! Great addition to Pavillion road. Would definitely recommend 👌

I had the most amazing experience at this brand new branch of Ottolenghi over the weekend. The staff are amazing, so attentive, welcoming and professional. From being greeted by Terrence at the door, the lovely waitress who took our order and Amy the general manager who personally checked in on every table were all smiling(under their masks) it really comes across how much they actually care about their customers experience. I will 100% be coming back

The service and environment are so great and the qualities and variety of groceries matches with the expectations of this lovely spot. Will give 5 stars due to the potential for it, however I believe some standards needs to be improved - I felt the team a little bit confusing for a little different order like mocha oat milk single shot - which I ordered.

Only got takeout lunch and while service was friendly, I paid £10.4 for a cold chicken breast and another £10 for some cold veggies and salad on the side, which weren’t even that flavorful. I think they’re main objective is just to make their food look pretty and overcharge you for it. Seriously overpriced considering that you could get a cooked, hot lunch at a sit down restaurant just down street for probably less money. Wouldn’t recommend!

It is a lovely place that you can eat lunch or drink coffee. Its cakes are very delicious (I ordered banana and tahini cake, I highly suggest that).

Salad way too salty and flavroless. Bakery equally bad quality. I think the oil they use for bakery product is of bad quality and excessive and gives their bakery a oily wired taste . Dine in hot food that was cooked on site was great though!

We got 2 plates of salad and sea bass to share. It was a little bit confusing to pick what to choose, however, the staff were very helpful and advised us on what to get according to how hungry we were. With this help, we nearly tried all the salads available that day - they were absolutely amazing and very filling. Although on the more expensive side for a salad, it is defintely worth it for the aesthetic and the taste of the food (they are very unique) I did try to save space for the l desserts but I had no space ! Next time I’ll start with them :)

However, since we didn't have to wait very long for a table (about 20 minutes), we decided to eat here. We were not disappointed - the products were of good quality, the dishes were very well composed and the atmosphere was relaxed. Fairly decent prices, very nice service. Clean, simple and tidy. (Original) Weszliśmy tutaj tylko dlatego, że to restauracja Ottolenghi i tylko po to, żeby kupić kilka przypraw na pamiątkę. Jednak ponieważ na stolik nie trzeba było czekać bardzo długo (około 20 minut), postanowiliśmy tutaj zjeść. Nie rozczarowaliśmy się - produkty były dobrej jakości, bardzo dobrze skomponowane dania, a atmosfera swobodna. Ceny dość przyzwoite, obsługa bardzo miła. Czysto, prosto i schludnie.
