Went with a group of Uni friends after one person got a takeaway kebab from there. The restaurant area at the back is nicely decorated and the atmosphere from the staff is very friendly. If you’re going to eat in you will find some very friendly people that will make you feel very welcome, Kamaran is the best waiter in there, always very kind and super helpful! I first lived round the corner from this place when I moved to London 13 years ago and I remember it being incredible. Just went back for the first time in a while and I can report nothing has changed! They do simple Turkish dishes and kebabs really well. My young son and i had a father and son dinner last night, the ambience and restaurant was wonderful. Friendly genuine people who helped us. I don't often write reviews but had to comment on the excellent food, everything was cooked and apportioned to perfection! The chips was the best anywhere i have eaten, one could tell the Chef painstakingly went out of his way to find the best chips for his customers. This deserves 6 Stars not 5 Well done all. We will be back.

Lovely food, lovely staff (the Colombian waitress was lovely, attentive and helpful) The quality price ratio I think is one of the best around the area. Only by getting into the place and see the open kitchen with the charcoal grill you know is going to be good. Take away options are amazing too, good sized and reasonable priced. Definitely recommend this and I will be back again.

Far too much salad than meat ratio. Also didn't enjoy the flavourings on the doner. Meat Kebab was too chewy and not seasoned well. The juice was concentrate and not freshly squeezed, one glass cost 1.90 the starters again were very small. I ordered 1 Sucuk sausage and i got 3 slices of sauasage on my plate. It was extraordinarily expensive for very little meat, the bulk of my plate was rice or salad. Probably the best deal is there lunch time deal which runs from 12-3pm for £9 for 3 course meal on a Monday - Saturday.

Definitely the best kebab and turkish food in Hammersmith and Fulham. The Lamb doner and chicken doner wraps are delicious. I recommend chillie garlic and tahini sauce in a Medes lamb and chicken doner. Hits the spot every time. The meat grills are also pretty awesome tasting meats. For starters try the Sucuk and Patziclan- again delicious.been eating here for many years and now having moved away - drive 4km 2-3 times a week to grab a bite there.

What can I say. I'm always blown away by the fresh delicious food served here. They use good quality produce and you can tell. Great service and ambience, feel like I'm in a top class restaurant in Istanbul every time I visit. If you love Kebabs / Turkish food, this should be your No 1 stop!

Best Turkish restaurant I have tried in London by far. Everything from the grill was nice and juicy, the dips were well seasoned, and the hot starters were on point. The server there was lovely even though it was really busy and she was the only one. The only downside is that I discovered this restaurants two days before I’m leaving or else I’ll be here every day. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable and the portions are HUGE.

A very decent place to enjoy some quality Turkish grills. I enjoyed the classic smokey flavour from the chicken, with a dash of paprika and spice. The tenderness combined allowed for a truely authentic taste. The small Chicken shish is probably worth upgrading to large as it came with only 4 cubes, the only slight criticism.

If this isn't the best kebab place in London, I would be very surprised. Never tried the eat-in menu but the takeaway is absolutely top class, being both reasonably priced and incredibly tasty. No matter if you've never tried kebab before or are a veteran, this place will make a loyal customer out of you! As a side-note, this place is also a fully-fledged restaurant for those wishing to sit down and enjoy an eat-in meal, the cleanliness of which puts the majority of UK takeaway places to shame and very much dismisses the myth of 'dodgy' kebab shops. Anyone who might be worried about trying out this style of food from poor experiences after perhaps having a few too many beers in the past really should give this place a shot.

I'm a customer that comes there quite often to have their doner kebab since their meat is very good, although my visit today at around 4pm was disappointing. The team did not welcome me at all but they always do, there was no customers at that time either, not busy at all. I decided to grab a chicken doner to share with my missus since we were in a rush, I have to add the service was quick as always although not pleasant this time even though the person preparing it has prepared that for me before and we've never had any argument, also this guy with another colleague were having a laugh earlier so I suppose everyone was in a good mood before they had to serve me. To our disappointment it appeared to be pretty much a veggie wrap rather than doner and especially not a type of doner they make! As we had no time to go back I've decided to write this here. As a regular customer I am extremely disappointed with the service today and with the quality of the doner I paid for. Happy to provide photos.

Having been to Ottoman previously I had high expections. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed on my most recent visit, the food was average at best and the seating was pretty tight even though I had booked in advance. The waiting staff could have been more attentive.

This is firm favourite of me and my friends and we come here quite often. What keeps us coming back is the amazing taste of the freshly grilled kebabs and bread. The meat is of a high quality, and are flammed grilled till just right such that they are succulent and juicy, and never too dry. The place is quite small and so will be cozy, and be quite cramped when busy. They also do take away and there is always a small queue of people waiting for their take aways. We usually go for one of the mixed grills which are good value for money and allow you to sample a range of their grilled meats. I would also recommend their Patlican Kebab, and turkish tea to finish off.
