T. L.Overall the hotel is definitely 5 stars. The service is good, i like hotels that let you get on with it and help out when you need it. The breakfast was good, quite a bit to choose from. The entire hotel itself including the room was very clean and staff well presented. The hotel was in a good location, not far from the underground tube station that goes straight into central.
B. B.Stayed at Park Plaza twice and both occasions were amazing thanks to Sabina! She’s so helpful and a lovely person! She never fails to keep us happy whenever we stayed. We always book through booking.com. Highly recommended! Once again thank you Sabina you’re amazing!
H. P.This hotel is amazing, all the staff are incredibly accommodating. The staff let me charge my phone using the charger downstairs, upgraded my room and decorated it free of charge, when I asked to pay for late check out they gave this to me complimentary and all the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing I asked was ever too much for them to not only help with, but go above and beyond. Needless to say that the room was very clean, large and high tech, with so many facilities such as a mini fridge, comfy robes, plenty of towels etc. The price was VERY cheap for this all and I will 1000% be going back soon. Like this weekend.

D. B.This hotel is amazing, the lights, the bathroom are really pleasant. The shower is amazing and the furniture is really good. Also, the staff is nice. Absolutely recommended!!! Also, the plus is that you can connect your phone to the TV so can watch YouTube, Netflix etc. Amazing service!!!
S. P.Excellent location. The tube station with Piccadily serve is right opposite the hotel connected by a subway. The tube takes right into central London in about 30min. It also has bus stops right outside the hotel and hence travelling into City is very easy. Car parking was available though it is kind of first come first served and is charged at £13/night which is expensive I thought given that you are already paying to stay in the hotel. There is seemingly no rebate! The room cleaning service has been reduced in the cover of Covid as in lot of hotels which is a shame and rather uncalled for. Breakfast can be booked with the ticket and you get a buffet continental menue which is quite nice with good seating area. One of the problems I encountered were the lights in the room...it was controlled by a bedside and a wall control panel and there was no simple way of managing it....the reception when asked also did not have any instructions. I was with the family and it was very difficult to use a single light or reduce the lighting so that one of us could stay up late.

Chose this hotel specifically for the free EV Charging, which is ran on a token system. Unfortunately, and I'm not sure if this was just a fault with my charger, but it timed out after every 3 hours, and had to be reset, meaning I couldn't fully charge overnight.
None the less it's still a nice offering I wish more hotels would offer.
M. K.My family and I booked an overnight stay in this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. The interior is wonderfully modern and stylish as well as our hotel rooms. They were exceptionally clean with an abundant of fresh towels.
We were also provided with a selection of tea and coffee within the room. We had breakfast included the next morning which was delicious and had lots of variety. The selection catered for vegetarians like myself.
I probably had the best sleep in a long time while staying here. The mattresses and pillows were unbelievably soft and I thoroughly enjoyed my sleep.
TIPS
There was not a complimentary toothpaste in the bathroom and as a result we had to purchase them at a nearby store. So please bring your own toothpaste.
Additionally you are required to bring your own ID for every guest, even for young adults and teenagers. So bring your own ID.
Overall my stay at Park Plaza was great and with the fact the underground station is a minute walk away, made my trip very convenient.
F. B.So so...was much better few years ago. Standards droped a bit but I had a chat with them as a frequent guest and they have promised to improve. Great English breakfast I must say that has remained great! :-)
m. h.My girlfriend surprised me with a week away in this hotel for my 40th and it was amazing. They layed the room out with rose's a bottle of champagne and balloons the room looked beautiful. It was very modern with touch pads all over the room to adjust the lights and heating. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff very friendly. The food was top quality and had no issues. The location of the hotel is right across the street from the underground with direct services on the Piccadilly line in to London. It's better to pay for the car park at the front desk rather than at the pay booth as you get a discount. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel for couples and a city getaway.

S. S.Parking can be very limited. We travelled on the weekend and it was really busy, got lucky and found safe spot. Did the mobile check in which caused some problems as another guest also checked into our assigned room at the same time and went back to the room twice when staff said now the key should work. Third time our room was changed and upgraded by the manager who i will give 10/10 for and his staff who remained professional, polite and resolved the issue whist upgrading us due to the inconvenience.
Talking about rooms, well words can’t describe it, very big and clean, lovely view of the tesla showroom opposite😂, high tech lighting control and temperature and ac control no standard light switches, tv was easy to connect to phone for some youtube and netflix! Bathroom is also clean and large i would definitely go back due to a fantastic experience!
V. M.Myself and my husband had a wonderful stay from start to finish, the young lady at Reception her name was Filipa was so nice and welcoming, very professional and polite. We met another lady called Janet who served us, she was so friendly and engaging and made us feel very welcome. The manager who was there the day we checked out ( Michael) was a lovely young man. They work really hard and deserve a bonus.

B.I was very impressed with the technological solutions implemented to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out, which by the way is contactless. I was given a complimentary upgrade which again doesn't happen everyday lol. Super-neat, 24/7 front desk, and an amazing stay summarises it all for me. Highly recommended!!!
K. L.The hotel is average. Nothing to do with rooms, they are nice and clean. But that's it. Why? Well for starters, you need to wear a wrist band to be allowed access to the hotel (see picture). It feels like a nightclub as they have a security guard right at the front door checking you are allowed to be admitted. No wrist band, no access.
I'm working at one of the local film studios, and as a result I am unable to invite cast or colleagues back for a drink in the hotel bar. Not to mention how tacky it is having to wear a plastic wrist band for my 4 nights stay.
As for food, it's below average. Only 4 mains items to choose from, so you'd expect the dishes to be of a good standard. Unfortunately my experience of the lasagne was like a microwave meal. Whilst the starter was an exceptionally small portion for the high price (£9). On the 2nd night I ventured out and paid less by going to a local fine dining restaurant just around the corner.
Another disappointment is the bar closes at 10:45pm.
No bottle of water in the room.
Also when trying to use the hotel WiFi, Chrome continually prevented me from connecting due to an insecure network issue.
I doubt I'd choose this hotel again for business, not with the Hilton and Holiday Inn or Crown Plaza so near by.
I now realise why I was the only member of the production staying here, despite it being the closest hotel to the studio.
Shame, the last time I was here in 2019 it was a fine choice.

J. S.By far one of the most outstanding hotels I've stayed in with regards to cleanliness and modern design of the room. Talk about value for money, especially in London. I'm paying less than £60 for a double room and it is beautiful. The social distancing measures in place are also very good so another thing less to worry about. The staff were amazing on check in and a friendly face (even though wearing a mask) is always a pleasure. Only downside I see is the £12.50 parking charge to park your vehicle for the night (or for 24hrs). I always believe if you are staying at the hotel, this should be included but as this is London and I am a Northerner, I understand how precious space is and have had to just accept it. Again, a great place and would definitely stay again if in the Park Royal area.
J. M.It's well presented, clean, and the staff are good. There were a few things that were mild frustrations about the room I had. The lighting: the light all comes from ceiling level (apart from a hideous, huge, bright blue inlaid mirror light). There are no light switches and everything is controlled from a panel - you don't get control over individual lights, but just 'modes'. It makes getting the light you actually want on hard or impossible. The only low light that didn't involve the bright blue mirror light - it really it bright and floor to ceiling - is 'reading' mode. This is a bright ceiling light, not at all soft.
The bathroom had niggles. There is no plug in the sink so if you want to wash your face or shave it is all from the tap. The shower door leaked profusely rendering the bath mat a dam that will not be dry by the time you next want to use it. I'm told this was the same in a friend's room so clearly a design flaw.
Noise pollution from neighbouring rooms could be bad if you have noisier than average neighbors. I could hear mine, but no worse than many hotels.

Fitness studio is small but equipment is sufficient. Treadmills are new and are smart - nice screen with YouTube, etc.
Check-in and check-out was smooth. Parking is a little on the expensive side and sometimes hard to find.
E. 8.From the begin every one was very friendly and given us a warm welcome. The service on the reception and also in the Restaurant was more than good. They not just doing there Job, they give the guest a good feeling. The good, I had a Burger and also the Fish and Chips, was brillant and looks also fantastic on the table. It Was fast served. The Rooms are New, clean and very comfotable. I slept very well. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the centre but there is an underground Station no 2 minutes away. But you here nothing from the traffic outside. Its quite.

The breakfast was very good. You can go for breakfast even if you are not in the hotel. If you are in the area, I really recommend to go. The salmon was exquisite.

L. M.I feel like I should like this hotel more, but I can't.
The decoration is very modern and flashy but on closer inspection, the furniture falls apart and lighting lacks control despite the setup. Everything just seemed a bit lacking really.
The gym consists of 4 machines and some freeweights. The breakfast lacked beans and any eggs except watery scrambled.
At least the bed was comfy and the blackout blinds were decent so the sleep was good, and the staff were friendly.

Really nice new hotel with generously sized rooms, well furnished and very clean. There are no doors into the bathroom which is really uncomfortable as the toilet and shower are right next to the room and you can see into the bathroom from multiple angles - that’s about the only downside to the hotel.

M.The hotel was lovely and clean. I couldn’t wait to come back to the lovely room. We did have one issues though. We ordered room service about 8 o’clock at night, they did pick up, which was good. She said that the food would take about 30-40 mins to come. 1 hour and 15 minutes later the food still didn’t arrive. We tried to call room service back, but they didn’t pick up. So we tried to call reception, they didn’t pick up either. So we didn’t get our food in the end. We was a bit upset, so we ordered somewhere else instead. Other then that the hotel is amazing.

The wildest was my bathroom had no door?! Staff seemed perplexed when I informed them. There is a rail for a sliding door but no door fitted! I have never been in a hotel that doesn't have a door for the toilet, is this designed or a mistake in the build?
Some electrical sockets did not function, the USB ports made a buzzing noise when plugged and the fascia plate fell off
Had to visit reception for paper tea cups and plastic cutlery, why the need for disposable products? And why do I have to collect them?
Gym is closed but not relating to any covid restrictions.
Parking for the hotel is paid at 12.50gpb per 24hours and was fully occupied when I arrived. The hotel told me to park on double red lines beneath a sign that said not to park on the lines at any time. This surprised me, not being local I assumed a hotel would have parking for guests.
B. R.We have been booked into this hotel over the last three nights, tonight is our last night. We have found the room to be very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff have all been very helpful, although Sylvie on the front desk deserves a special mention for being prepared to go the extra mile. I have to say though breakfast over the weekend was a disaster despite the staff trying their best to accommodate everyone.
C. L.Stayed here for two nights for business. I was quite impressed with the hotel! Check in staff were really friendly and polite. The room is modern, it has a funky control panel which controlled all the heating/air con and ambient lights. It even had a "mood lighting" feature, which is definitely a great option. The bed was really comfortable and well sized, complimentary water and Sky TV on the 48” display. In terms of comfort, it was great.
Breakfast is buffet style, there isn't a huge selection but it was constantly being topped up, delicious English breakfast items along with the usual selection of continental ones. You can also order separately omelette off menu if you like.
Location wise, it's outside of central London, it took me about 40 mins on the tube from Kings Cross. However, the Park Royal tube station is a 2 mins walk from the hotel. The parking places seemed a little bit limited and could be a shortage if the hotel is busy and there are many customers by car.
All in all we enjoyed our stay!
L. d. T.The hotel is very luxurious and the service is what you would expect from a hotel. The rooms had everything we needed for a cheap price. This hotel also has a parking space for your car, which was also very nice. The security in the night was also very strict, which was comforting. A downside to this hotel however, is the location. It is very far away from central London which makes it more difficult to go sightseeing. We also didn't have a really nice view from our room and there are not may thing to do close to this location.
B. N. M.Visited for training session. Really good service coffee and tea station always kept clean and replenished as needed. Various sweet treats on offer throughout the day starting form Danish in the morning, through little Victoria sponge around 11 and finished of with lovely double chocolate cookies. Lunch was very tasty to and the waitress was attentive.
As for the room 2 monitors and projectors with high resolution, good air conditioner and no noise from outside.

W. O.I booked this hotel on a whim after business in London, and was very pleasantly surprised.
I arrived at a late hour so the main entrance was locked. I had to buzz an intercom to be let in. Thankfully, the staff member rushed over quickly. Checking in was painless. I didn't get the room I booked, so had to go with a twin, but considering I'd booked it 2 hours before I checked in, it was understandable.
The room itself was spacious, and well-lit. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom immaculate, with great complimentary toiletries, towels and bathrobes.
The room was well presented, but I did notice shoe prints on the floor when I walked in, and the small bench had streaks on it from cleaning. The TV appeared broken. Main channels were fine, but trying switch to smart TV mode to access hotel information brought up a black screen with a pointer, and remote control was missing the battery cover.
The room's lighting and air conditioning were controlled via a panel by the door and smaller versions by each bed. However, when I charged my phone using the socket by the bed and placed it on the bedside table, it would occasionally cause the buttons to light up, which would take a couple of minutes to turn off. Maybe it was the static from the cable or phone, but it was very annoying.
Breakfast was a pretty good, with a decent selection from the buffet. The dining area seemed quite small considering the potential number of guests even on Saturday morning. Food was great quality though.
I didn't manage to use the fitness facilities, and checking out was quick and painless.
Overall, a very good hotel, but with a handful of annoying blemishes that soured things slightly. I wasn't disappointed though, and considering it is literally 2 minutes walk from Park Royal tube station, you'll easily make it into central London in half an hour. Probably the best price vs quality Park Plaza in London.
I'll definitely look to stay again.
S. S.The hotel is pretty much new. The rooms are well lit and are pretty spacious. The rooms are very well maintained. My stay in the hotel was from 20th October 2018 for a week. The hotel is well placed in terms of accessibility from the train station i.e. Park Royal. The only feedback here is the service takes longer than usual as i believe it is understaffed.

The hotel is about 25 minutes from central London but with a train station less that 2 minutes walk makes it and ideal location to explore. Will definitely visit again. N. S.Need to be more organised. The hotel's room don't have soundproof, you feel like you are living on the heart of the highway. Also, the rooms full of dust and there is no way for ventilation and you can find dust under the bed, the sofa and the table. It's very close to Park Royal station but it's still quite a long trip to get from central London to the hotel. Would I use the hotel again? Yes I probably would but I'd always try to get in one of the Park Plazas in central London first and use this as a last resort.

T. M.Really impressed with this hotel. It’s new and really stylish. Really easy to access driving from the M40 but also has the Park Royal tube station across the road that has the Piccadilly line go to the city centre in 40 minutes. There’s a small car park next to the hotel for £10/night.
The room is decent size and stylishly furnished. It’s well-equipped with a safe and a fridge and other necessities. Shower is nice as well.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. The bar is gorgeous and has many options.
There were even paid Sky channels available on the TV.
Would definitely recommend and book again.

F. I.To be fair, it would be closer to a 4 star review but I will try to break it down.
First of all, let me tell you that the hotel is brand new and that's a plus. The location isn't bad but it's not awesome either. Depends on what kind of stay you are looking for. There are a few local restaurants but not a lot to choose. Tube is literally 2 minutes away (walking).
The rooms as spacious but I would expect a bit more quality in some details (awful iron and iron table, which is not good if you are traveling for work). The bathroom was too basic and after showering, all the floor went wet as there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom (hard to explain, but check the pictures). Bed is one of those things that would make a nice 4 stars and the fact that they had sky was also a bonus (not all channels unlocked though).
Probably the most disappointing bit was the breakfast. I was expecting much more and that is definitely something they will have to check if they want people to return. Too basic, not many options and not a great vibe to be honest.
I highly doubt I'll return, but on the other hand, everyone deserves a second chance.

Pick higher floors for better views. The hotel is easily accessible to the park royal tube station, the piccadilly line connects from the airport to the city centre which is very feasible and convenient.
The breakfast spread is a put off not much to pick from. Just standard bakes and cereals and some more additionals. It could be much better.
A. K.The hotel was just opened in 2017 and is therefore in a very good state. We've been there 5 weeks after the opening as we've been told. Facilities are good, rooms are nice. Due to the metro station it is possible to get into the city quick enough and still have a more spacious hotel. Unfortunately, the staff was clearly not trained enough. There is a list of mostly smaller things which added up to the impression, e.g. we had only one large towel in our room and even after requesting a second one as we left the hotel in the afternoon they didn't provide one. Staff comes into the room three hours after the check in time without knocking to check the mini bar. The breakfast buffet was a mess, juice section flooded, cutlery was not complete on tables (knifes missing), which ruins the impression of an otherwise well arranged display. Check in took an extra five minutes because the receptionist did not manage to issue the key card and the line manager had to be called for help and started explaining with an "just as before, you only have to..". Isolated, these are all minor incidents, but it leaves a general impression that is not suitable for such a hotel.
I guess one can hope that all this will change over time when the staff becomes more experienced

S. L.I stayed at the Park Plaza London Park Royal on 12th Feb 2018 in a King Studio Room which included complimentary mini bar, espresso coffee machine and a sofa/ living area as well as the standard hotel bedroom with ensuite.
When I checked-in I was given a key card for my room however when I tried to get into the room the key card wouldn't unlock the door and it was flashing red instead of green. I went back to reception and they reactivated the card so I went back upstairs and opened the door only to find that there was somebody already in the room which was extremely embarrassing. I am mentioning this because I am concerned that the hotel were not aware there was somebody already in that room??
I went back to reception and was given a second room - this time with nobody in it!
The rooms in the hotel are absolutely fabulous! Lighting & heating / aircon is activated & controlled via a touch pad which you have 2 at each side of the bed as well as a 3rd on the wall as you enter the room.
The touch panels control the bedroom & the bathroom/ ensuite and options for lighting modes are mood lighting, night lights, reading lights or full lights and all are suited for each purpose.
The bed was huge & very comfortable - certainly bigger than a king-size bed.
For me personally, a great hotel should have decent sized, modern & comfortable rooms & good facilities as well as providing guests with those personal & special little touches which set it apart from other hotels.
Park Plaza Park Royal certainly does not disappoint on this front.
In the en-suite there were 2 pairs of brand new slippers, 2 fluffy white bathrobes, full set of Elemis complimentary toiletries which included cotton wool & cotton buds, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and soap!
There were also a set of weighing scales and a double-sided magnifying mirror as well as the full wall size bathroom mirror.
In the wardrobe was an ironing board & steam iron as well as a good quality hair dryer and a concealed digital safe.
The mini bar which is complimentary in king studio rooms contains red wine, white wine & various mixers/ soft drinks, still and sparkling water and peanuts!
There are ice machines on each floor in the hotel so that you can fill the ice bucket in your room. There were 2 x large wine glasses, 2 tall glasses and 2 large mugs with biscuits, sugar milk etc.
There was also an espresso coffee machine with coffee pods & 2 espresso cups - Basically everything you could possibly need to make any type of drink in your room.
There is a large flat screen Smart TV with full internet access, all Sky Channels inc Movies and a good "help" section. You can view your bill digitally, in real time, have a virtual tour of the hotel as well as look at tourist info for sightseeing etc.
Basically the hotel room delivered on everything I expected and more.
The staff on the front desk are very helpful - the female receptionist was very apologetic about the mix-up with the key card and offered me a free drink in the hotel bar. The gentleman who works on reception / security at night was also very helpful and friendly.
Even though I had the bad experience with the key card - it hasn't put me off and I would certainly stay here again. The rooms are first class and the staff are great.
Breakfast delivered via room service was fantastic - I ordered it for 7am & it arrived right on time and exactly as I requested.
Full English, danish pastries, toast, fresh orange juice, tea and a large fresh fruit cocktail. Check out was a doddle and took less than one minute including validating your parking ticket so you don't have to pay on your way out of the barriers for car parking.
If it hadn't have been for the mix up with the key card when I arrived I would have rated the hotel 5 Stars.

On entrance, receptionist was monotone, whispering almost and just seemed as though she was reading off a script ( 28/01). I got the jist but expected more.
Our room had a doorway joined to the adjacent room which was not ideal as you could hear nextdoor. At night there is a buzzing noise from a the ceiling which cant be turned off. The room was modern with access to sky and all features. Clean room also overlooking the road. Our door was knocked at midnight by staff but when I answered she got the wrong door, maybe get it right if your going to risk waking people up?
Staff lack any customer skills, and there is a language barrier.
Location was ideal, situated next to the tube.
Gym was terrible.
Wouldnt stay here again, but if managed properly with the right staff maybe it would be worth it.
There is also a £10 parking fee per night so take that into consideration while booking .
V. N.One of the best hotels I've been to in my whole entire life! Service and decor was amazing as soon as I got there and the room was amazing. There was a mini bar, Sky TV as well as Smart TV options such as YouTube, Netflix and Spotify. Location was nice as there is a retail park across the road with a few restaurants, cinema and bowling alley. Park Royal tube station (Picadilly Line) is opposite the hotel and parking is only £10 a day. Overall I would definitely stay here again

Front office friendly and we'll presentable.And the biggest disappointment- Lack of knowlikno from staff side or marketing? Bar advised that room service from kitchen until 10pm. Receptionist advised to my friend that is untill 10:30pm what what can I see on the menu. A4 paper in fact I will try to add photo. It said 11pm. So after long traveling hours I received oizza from 24h service because curry from 24servive by 10:30pm was finished also disapoidisap. Bathroom sometimes, not first time, smells "pee pee" hahaha but not a big deal as it's on and off. So... If you not hungry or not tired and won't sleep long. I would recommend. But of you are, try other hotel with better service. I give 4 only because it's great location! Cheap for luxourlux design. Still think 4* too much ..
A. B.Stayed 1 x night in a super king room which was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was ok! I had to make my own cappuccino from a dispensing machine which made only half a small cup :( There is nothing going on around outside the hotel but it's good for going to Wembley Arena and the hotel is directly opposite the tube station! I would stay again if I needed to be in the specific area!

First of all I have to say that London’s hotels are completely different than the most other hotels in the world,they are smaller,mostly they don’t put free mineral water in your room,there is no slippers and toothbrushs, and surprisingly the size of rooms are far from the standard,
According to above this hotel is acceptable, the rooms are big enough,and I can say that the location of hotel is great to going every where by public transportation, bus station is located in front of hotel and tube station (metro) is located in opposite side of hotel and you can get there by a tunnel by 1minuet walking,this hotel is not in central London and you need to spend more than 20 minutes to get the central, I recommend you buy an Oyster card before everything else(a card that works in buses and underground and its very economic and useful), if you enter London of Heathrow airport you can get this hotel by underground easily just I have to mention that you need to change your line for 2times( I think, maybe3) and this station and most of London’s underground doesn’t have lifts and escalators ,
Breakfast of hotel is not wide range although the quality is very good, staff are friendly and polite and my complaint is:
1-they don’t recharge your water everyday and you can get only one day.
2-housekeeping is terrible, they just recharge the shampoos and soaps ... they don’t care the clothes ,tables and the rest stuffs in the room.
3-housekeepers can’t talk english even a word! And I couldn’t get a toothbrush for 2days because they couldn’t understand, after 2days one of them said I will put toothbrush in your room and she didn’t.
4-my room’s phone didn’t work at all.
To sum up if you want going around the London by public transportation and economic prices this is your best choice but if you have car or you want to go everywhere by taxi you have lots of better choices.

t. a.Used to be my regular hotel in London but off Late service standard is going down. TV was not working and had to call them thrice and eventually have to go down myself to request them. Called them 6 am to ask for Porter, no one replied and then was told no Porter is available. Earlier also had issues with turn down services of the room. Now only use when it is very necessary else use holiday inn which is very near to them at action town.
M. P.Comfee rooms, clean and tidy. Service always smiling. Small gym to burn the calories. Family friendly with board games in foye and in the room on tv. One star off as restaurant has fairly limited choice of food so if you are staying longer you will need to eat out which is not always convenient.

H. S.Great location. The tube station is just next to it from where you can take picadilly line which can take you to all the nice places. If you want central line which is best and fast line to go to London centre and beyond, you can walk around 10 minutes. The recreation centre is just 5 min walk away where you can find all sorts of nice places to eat and entertain. Places like nandos, burger king kfc (halal), subway, chinese, pizza hut, cinema, gym, ten pin bowling, petrol pumo, car wash and loads of free parking. I have never stayed here but live nearby and I have seen it from the time it was being built (very new). You can find busses right next to it and there are many many places nearby to eat and especially if you are looking for something halal, there are many great restaurants. There is coronation road nearby which has got a lot of nice places to eat. Asda (24hrs) is on that road too but walking would take around 30 minutes. Driving is like 5 minutes.
